Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Responsible for analysing input requests, identify right suppliers from the approved supplier panel.</li><li>Responsible for preparing RFQ’s, quote analysis, negotiations, obtaining Sourcing Committee approvals and awarding new business to supplier to develop finished products, components and tooling.</li><li>Define PBL supplier sourcing strategy based on business needs, that defines strategic suppliers into grow, fix and exit suppliers and maintains product footprint, incl. “make or buy”-analysis. Introduce new suppliers in Mexico, North America, SEA and India</li><li>Accountable for info record and PO accuracy, transfer relevant data to SCM, (Incoterm, lead time, price, MOQ etc)</li><li>Drive attainment and improvement of relevant procurement KPI’s, incl. Material Productivity (CMP), Lead time performance, delivery (STR/STC), and Quality (DLPM).</li><li>Responsible for improving material productivity by maintaining 125% material pipeline, CMP, TEBIT and WAV analysis and Drive VA/VE projects in collaboration with Engineering</li><li>Responsible for supplier price management, including PIA</li><li>Responsible for maintaining the capabilities and capacities of suppliers to avoid any constraints</li><li>Ensure and Drive MOQ optimization for material/components (incl. finished goods) used by the plant for production and establish supplier agreements, e. g. VMI, EDI, consignment, Scheduling Agreements frame order review, blanket PO)</li></ul> ﻿Requirements; <ul><li>Experience in Electronics, Stamping, Machining, Moulding, especially from connector, connector assembly or cable assembly industry is preferred</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus and continues improvement</li><li>Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task</li><li>Ability to work in a matrix environment with multi-cultural teams</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Lead a team of engineers who will: <ul><li>Develop cable assembly processes and production lines in accordance with LEANPD product development</li><li>Drive for excellence in existing high speed cable assembly lines</li><li>Strive to reduce line startup and eliminate defects.</li><li>Support Product Development in the optimization designs (DFM) and piece parts for high volume manufacturability; realizes proof of concept tooling, product samples and prototypes.</li><li>Design, develop, and qualify tooling and processes to meet our client Digital Data Networks quality and production standards.</li><li>Support supply chain to verify supplier compliance and capability.</li><li>Act as the binding element between product development and cable assembly engineering, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of this critical interface.</li><li>Maintain communication with project management team to understand current and future strategic business needs</li><li>Prioritize and time manage a portfolio of projects/work efforts based on criticality and business need</li><li>Provide readouts to Director and VP level cross function management as necessary</li><li>Work with Hermosillo operations team to assign resources necessary for the successful execution of new high-speed cable production</li><li>Facilitate and coordinate cross-function communication across globally matrixed organization</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor or above degree with mechanical/electric related majors;</li><li>At least 5 years related experience managerial level in multinational manufacturing site;</li><li>Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma. etc. industrial methods/tools;</li><li>With 2 years or above work experience in high-speed cable assembly production is required</li><li>Fluent in English and good presentation skills;</li><li>Familiar with MS software;</li><li>Familiar with industrial specification (i.e. IPC 620)</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for generating alternative solutions for absenteeism and turnover.</li><li>Responsible for keeping track of absences to assess the causes and propose solutions.</li><li>Support for severance pay and claims.</li><li>Responsible for giving induction courses to new employees in relation to human resources during their schedule if required.</li><li>Support in internal events.</li><li>Responsible for resolving employee complaints and suggestions regarding services corresponding to human resources.</li><li>Support in solving payroll queries.</li><li>Responsible for applying internal satisfaction surveys.</li><li>Apply internal rules and regulations.</li><li>Prevent and resolve conflicts in individual and collective labor relations.</li><li>Responsible for applying disciplinary sanctions to employees.</li><li>Update HC and attend PIM meetings corresponding to their assigned area.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining a good relationship with the companys union representatives to negotiate and reach agreements</li><li>Responsible for administration and delivery of credentials.</li><li>Follow-up and delivery of contract renewals.</li><li>Responsible for locker management.</li><li>Responsible for direct staff termination files and order of active direct labor staff files.</li><li>Overtime management: Identify weekly hours worked in accordance with the Law.</li><li>Responsible for applying and monitoring NOM 035.</li><li>Carries out actions to reduce environmental impact, as well as activities to comply with the ISO14001 standard.</li><li>Authority to stop a process in which there is a possibility of damaging the environment or/a.nd which is outside of environmental legal compliance.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment.</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in HR Roles with main focus on Labor Relations.</li><li>Bacherlor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, related.</li><li>Understanding about HR process.</li><li>General knowledge in Microsoft Package.</li><li>High desirable experience using TRESS.</li><li>English Communications skills high desirable.</li><li>Excellent communication and social skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Review and release material purchase orders (Raw Material, Semi-Finished and/or manufactured parts) to cover requirements and support customer demand, maintaining Inventory levels within target.</li><li>Review and Execute exception codes (messages) in system (example: 10, 15 and 20) for planned purchase orders or pending approvals, since they indicate a situation (Purchase Orders Placement, Changes and/or Cancellations) that need an action to prevent Inventory Excess, Material Shortages, etc.</li><li>Plan and execute system messages. Review and release system customer blocks with established frequency to maintain STR performance within goal and avoid Past Due.</li><li>Follow the appropriate escalation process to communicate on time any situation that could put in risk the normal performance of the business.</li><li>Track Shipments from supplier thru receiving, coordinating with logistics, customs, cross-dock, GLOG warehouse and receiving inspection to ensure on-time delivery.</li><li>Monthly Review of Materials excess and obsolescence and follow procedure for proper disposition.</li><li>Analysis of safety stock levels to meet the changing sales trends/customer demand changes.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify areas of improvement and implement preventive and corrective actions in the supply chain area.</li><li>Work closely with purchasing team to improve supplier’s performance.</li><li>Review and maintain related parameters for part numbers assigned.&nbsp;</li><li>More activities can be assigned by supervisor or manager as they are required to comply with the job role.&nbsp;</li><li>Aid VSM and Materials Manager in achievement of performance targets, including delivery (STR), inventory value, and cost avoidance/cost reduction.</li><li>Serve as cross functional liaison to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>﻿Minimum 3yrs to 5 years of experience as Planner/Buyer.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of ERP System (SAP) in modules such as: Purchasing, PP, WM, etc.</li><li>Understanding of Lean Concepts (Standard Work, Visual Management, KanBan, 5S, etc.) through PDCA.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working in automotive plants.</li></ul>
