Job Summary and Team Description: <ul><li>The Amsterdam exchange building is a listed building which requires specific technical maintenance services.&nbsp;</li><li>The maintenance engineer will be responsible for managing the maintenance contracts with 3rd parties and keeping the HVAC/ E-&amp;W Installations in good condition, according to Dutch legislation.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Management technical infrastructure maintenance as described above ensuring that all in-house services provided are efficiently performed and implement changes when required to improve the service.</li><li>Manage annual contracts retaining to job holder, ensure that contracts are continually reviewed and adjusted where appropriate to achieve maximum flexibility and cost savings.</li><li>Keeping the BMS (Building Management System) up to date.</li><li>Technical assistance on any related Facilities projects ensuring they are completed within the allocated time frame.</li><li>Liaise with departmental managers, heads of departments and directors relating to any Facilities requirements or special requested technical services.</li><li>Supporting and managing technical infrastructure and maintenance at our partners Amsterdam property.</li><li>Supporting and managing technical infrastructure and maintenance for the IT department on a consulting basis.</li><li>Operational responsibility for physical safety subject to department responsibilities (Access control/ camera surveillance/fire detection- and prevention etc).</li><li>Support and manage E- &amp; W maintenance for the Electrical installations/ UPS/ Generator/ and water supplies.</li><li>Manage and maintain the Audio/Video installations in the building.</li><li>Support and manage HVAC maintenance (Heat Ventilation and Air Conditioning).</li><li>Manage the Health &amp; Safety procedures according to local legislations and protocols.</li><li>Safeguarding building technical conditions.</li><li>Technical assistance and support projects when and if applicable.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education on Engineering level with regards to building E-, W- and HVAC.</li><li>Good communication on all levels of staff.</li><li>Good knowledge of the English language verbally and in writing.</li><li>Able to adapt within job responsibilities.</li><li>Able to reach to support the business when required.</li><li>Computer skills, word, excel.</li><li>Knowledge of company Procurement policy.</li><li>Knowledge of company money laundering and gift policy.</li></ul>

Role Description:The Head of Freight Forwarding Commercial SSA is responsible for developing the business within assigned industry verticals in SSA, focusing on new customers, geographic development, and Freight Forwarding sales activities across the SSA Region.This role will involve leading the creation of trade lane strategies and products, leveraging Freight Forwarding and other relevant capabilities in the Region, and developing specific products to enhance trade through key assets and capabilities in the Region.
