The Role:The objective of the Field Sales Executive (Business Development) is to grow the company revenue, profitability and trading base through achieving a forwarding sales target on an area specific basis. The incumbent will administer field sales plans and processes to achieve revenue growth, enhance customer retention and acquisition, and increase lead conversion for a defined geographic location in line with the SSA Commercial business strategy, financial objectives and company policies. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage and process customer orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure efficient transportation and on-time delivery of goods.</li><li>Resolve order-related issues, including delays, discrepancies, and customer complaints, with a focus on customer satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, procurement, warehouse) to align on order priorities and address customer needs.</li><li>Monitor and manage inventory levels to support order fulfilment while minimizing disruptions.</li><li>Maintain and update order documentation in ERP systems and ensure compliance with company policies.</li><li>Analyse and report on order metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement in the process.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Proven experience in order management, logistics, transportation, or distribution roles.</li><li>Strong understanding of supply chain processes and customer service principles.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications.</li><li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.</li><li>A customer-centric mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience in managing international orders and coordinating with global supply chains.</li><li>Knowledge of transportation regulations and customs procedures is a plus.</li><li>German B2 required.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Experience in IT, with at least 5 years in Intune and EUC management.</li><li>Strong expertise in managing Windows and Mac devices in hybrid and cloud environments.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools.</li><li>Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).</li><li>Familiarity with EUC tools and platforms like Jamf for Mac device management.</li><li>Solid understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards.</li></ul> Microsoft Intune Management: <ul><li>Act as the primary owner for Microsoft Intune, managing its implementation, configuration, and optimization.</li><li>Design and enforce policies for device compliance, security, and conditional access for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.</li><li>Oversee app lifecycle management, including deployment, updates, and retirement.</li></ul> EUC Leadership: <ul><li>Lead the EUC team to deliver high-quality end-user device management services across the organization.</li><li>Define and implement strategies to enhance user productivity and experience while maintaining security and compliance.</li><li>Collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams to align EUC solutions with organizational goals.</li></ul> Endpoint Lifecycle Management: <ul><li>Manage the full lifecycle of endpoints, including provisioning, patching, monitoring, and decommissioning.</li><li>Leverage automation tools and scripts (e.g., PowerShell) to streamline endpoint management processes.</li><li>Ensure seamless device onboarding for both Windows and Mac environments.</li></ul> Security and Compliance: <ul><li>Implement and manage security baselines, encryption, and data protection policies for all endpoints.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards such as GDPR, ISO, and other relevant regulations.</li><li>Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments for endpoint devices.</li></ul> Continuous Improvement: <ul><li>Stay updated on the latest developments in Intune, EUC technologies, and device management trends.</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the performance, reliability, and security of EUC solutions.</li><li>Lead efforts to modernize the EUC environment, including adopting zero-trust principles and cloud-based solutions.</li></ul> Team Leadership and Support: <ul><li>Provide mentorship and guidance to EUC team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.</li><li>Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues related to Intune and EUC.</li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, processes, and user guides.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree in IT or related field.</li><li>8 to 10 years’ working experience in IT companies with 5 years in Intune and EUC management.</li><li>Strong track record of managing EUC environment and executing projects.</li></ul>
