MIS Specialist

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Working closely with the marketing team, support on premise and industry focused activation sessions and events</li><li>Ensures POS is 100% Brand Guideline compliant and 100% fit for purpose, in sufficient quantities to achieve visibility objectives in all relevant channels</li><li>Support in the development and execution of Consumer &amp; Shopper activations, including point of sale, in-store displays, sales toolkits and sampling activations, consistent with Perfect Store guidelines</li><li>Work collaboratively with the Commercial team to ensure compliance to activation calendar objectives</li><li>Coordinate with the distributor for stock, execution and other requirements</li><li>Coordination with the local agency partners to execute activations</li><li>Capture Ad-hoc opportunities in the market and plug in our brands (E.g. concerts, parties, launches etc.)</li><li>Manage the POSM and deploy in the right outlets</li><li>Keep inventory of all POSM and procure all locally produced POSM</li><li>Raise “drinks” knowledge and capability within the local distributors and wholesaler network and educate employees on company portfolio including product attributes, history and usage</li><li>Support the development of face to face training module development</li><li>Manage payments with distributor and other partners</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Significant Liquor Industry experience essential, with strong On Premise focus 5 years +</li><li>Strong Leadership and coaching capability</li><li>Strong relationships in On Premise</li><li>Sales experience highly regarded</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Offering Enhanced Solution Delivery to Process Automation, Power Transmission &amp; Distribution, and Power Generation industries helping customers jumpstart to digital focusing on asset optimization, efficiency and &amp; thereby cost savings.</li><li>Dealing with customers on solutions that have a combination of technology and business process re-engineering that comprises end-end solutions covering IT (CRM platforms, Enterprise Content Management), OT, Security, Cloud Technologies, Data Analytics, and dash-boarding / visualization solutions, Smart Manufacturing/Industry 4.0</li><li>Participating and presenting in industry-specific events while liaising with key stakeholders in Govt sectors and building Go-To-Market plans.&nbsp;</li><li>Assessing future market trends in the industry and offering recommendations and closely working with internal sales to build a healthy funnel of projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Explore AI, Digital Twins, etc. to gain insights and strategic competitive advantage&amp; drive strategic initiatives with large accounts and end-user seminars.&nbsp;</li><li>Closely work with the internal strategic team to support and build eco-system partners to enhance solutions and customer experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Engaging with customers, and consultants, and mapping key stakeholders in an organization to educate and promote company solutions &amp; being a speaker to present company Enhanced Solutions to customers and industry events.&nbsp;</li><li>Managing end-to-end operations in the visualization of the shop floor to ensure enhanced production efficiency, quality, and reduced downtime.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education – Degree in relevant discipline with a minimum of 10+ years’ sales experience in the Automation sector.</li><li>Markets – Technically strong and familiar with smart manufacturing that covers – IoT, networking, security, edge, and cloud solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Should understand the entire automation process from the field to the control center/cloud. Experience in project sales with industry connections at every level with End Users, Consultants, System Integrators, and EPCs.&nbsp;</li><li>Relevant knowledge of field-level process areas in manufacturing will be an added advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Customers Define our Success – Should be able to independently conduct presentations and should be good at articulating business cases to customers/partners and senior management.&nbsp;</li><li>Organizational leadership skills - aggressive in achieving results, while collaborating and communicating effectively with other members of the team and partners.</li><li>Relevant Industry Experience – Process, Pharma, Metal, Mining, CPG, Cement, and other manufacturing industries.</li><li>Strong connections with consultants will be an added advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have connections with C-level executives at the end-user level.&nbsp;</li><li>Should have connections with major SIs and EPC contractors in this space.&nbsp;</li><li>A good social network will be preferred.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:Design and build the next generation of the world's best investment management technology platform, focusing on managing various investment lifecycle processes and investment research.Integrate new AI services across the platform and Aladdin application ecosystem. Refine business and functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.Collaborate with product engineering teams to implement comprehensive AI/ML-based solutions from start to finish.Apply quality software engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle.Optimize the software delivery and workflow of the team. Work with team members in a multi-office, multi-country environment.Requirements:B.S./M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject area with 2+ years of proven experience, or equivalent experience, for Associate positions and 4+ years, or equivalent experience, for Vice President.Proficiency and hands-on experience in object-oriented programming with Java and Python.Proficiency in designing and building scalable APIs and Microservices.Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure (Preferred), AWS, or GCP.Ability to reverse engineering existing applications.Grit in the face of technical obstacles Experience working in Agile development teams with excellent collaboration skills.
