Role Description: <ul><li>Assistant Manager, Finance and Accounting, IndiaOver</li><li>The Assistant Accounting Manager, India is the key Finance &amp; Accounting contact for all operations in India.&nbsp;</li><li>Key responsibilities will include compliance with all local financial regulation, preparation and delivery of the&nbsp;statutory accounts for the India entity, filing of VAT submissions, income tax filings, managing statutory and&nbsp;other audits etc.</li><li>This role will be based in India, and will report directly to the Controller, EMEA and Asia/Pacific&nbsp;Regions</li><li>The Assistant Accounting Manager will also be responsible for all contacts with local authorities, both for Finance as&nbsp;well as tax matters and other (statistical/Central bank reporting etc).</li><li>He/she will work in close collaboration with the&nbsp;external auditors and the tax team to this effect but will also have a direct connect with the Finance&nbsp;</li><li>Organization including treasury and AR/AP support where necessary.</li><li>With a sound understanding of the local entity underlying business, he/she will support an effective control environment and have a key role in the delivery of all controllership activities relative to the legal entity under his/her responsibility.</li><li>This includes Financial Accounting, Reporting and InternalControls.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Main country contact for Finance and Accounting in India</li><li>Key business partner for regional leadership where necessary</li><li>Main contact to local authorities re. different financial matters, including tax and treasury related matters.</li><li>Support the Finance organization during month-end closing activities</li><li>Analysis of Balance Sheet and Income Statement for entities under responsibility</li><li>Other compliance matters (e.g. Statistical/Central bank reporting)</li><li>Provide support for accounting matters related to projects with implications for the entities under responsibility</li><li>Support execution and maintenance of effective Internal Controls in line with the internal policies</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance</li><li>5+ years of progressive accounting experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of statuary tax fillings and financial reporting requirements</li><li>Experience working in a manufacturing or chemical industry preferred</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP software (S4 HANA)</li><li>Based in Vadodara, Gujarat&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and analyse market research and competitive research plans and programs, identifying suitable external vendors to carry out research</li><li>Use inputs from research and competitive analysis to provide inputs to internal customer teams in the following areas: scope, competitive positioning, white spaces available etc.</li><li>Develop and implement plans for identification in line with Unit’s business plan, build validated database for segmentation</li><li>Update marketing team on new segments or channel-specific delivery vehicles e.g. social media that can be used to bring in innovation into company’s marketing programs to create targeted and innovative campaigns</li><li>Develop and execute brand and communication plan for brand, region, services and solution in consultation with GTM/Sales and Marketing.</li><li>Gather feedback on brand based on specific campaigns and present analysis to Group Manager and Segment Head</li><li>Develop and implement marketing programs targeted at specific industries, geographies by leveraging multiple channels, network with peers within the company and outside to exchange ideas</li><li>Provide creative ideas and develop brief for designers, direct team to check with in-house image library before purchasing new images</li><li>Check compliance with brand architecture/standards</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree holder</li><li>At least 10 years’ experience in the following areas – (a) research, analysis and intelligence (b) target audience definition and segmentation (c) positioning, messaging and branding including brand management (d) opportunity generation, outreach program management (e) design and production</li><li>Demonstrated success in these key areas – handling quarterly reports, size of database and quarterly growth, email conversion rates, leads and RFI/RFPs, brand awareness and engagement, CRM metrics i.e engagement scores, cross sell leads, number of references, channel management and pricing</li></ul> Preferred Requirements <ul><li>Experience building a brand from ground up.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Risk Assessment and Control Design: <ul><li>Work with the Teams to develop sustainable policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and Group referentials, strengthen internal controls and promote standardization of processes.&nbsp;</li><li>Leads the yearly Internal Control self-assessment campaign (SMART).&nbsp;</li><li>Identify the main control gaps and business partner with the process owners to formulate pragmatic, practical solutions and recommendations.&nbsp;</li><li>Defines and manages the Entity’s Internal Control roadmap.&nbsp;</li></ul> Testing and Monitoring: <ul><li>Review supporting documents submitted by process owners, challenge declarations/ratings and performs substantive tests to validate the accuracy of process owners’ self-assessments.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform routine checks as an independent reviewer of business processes to ensure the continuous operating effectiveness of key controls.&nbsp;</li><li>Document test findings and work with process owners to develop remediation plans for identified control deficiencies.&nbsp;</li></ul> Reporting and Communication: <ul><li>Prepare clear and concise presentations for senior management and relevant stakeholders on the status of internal controls, identified risks and remediation efforts.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate and business partner effectively with all process owners to provide guidance on control implementations and improvements.&nbsp;</li></ul> Continuous Improvement: <ul><li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal control environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Actively contribute to process continuous improvement initiatives.&nbsp;</li></ul> Training and Support: <ul><li>Leverage the Group tools and referentials (e.g., charters, standards, and systems) to provide insights on critical issues to be taken in consideration.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide training and guidance to employees on internal control concepts, policies, and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Promote and activate a strong internal control culture across the Entity.&nbsp;</li><li>Shares initiatives with Group and Zone Internal Control Departments.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>8+ years of relevant experience in financial or business roles with a focus on internal control, process reviews/improvement (e.g., Internal Control, Internal Audit, or a similar role).&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with Enterprise Risk Management would be an added advantage.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence all levels in the Entity.&nbsp;</li><li>Systems oriented. Knowledge of SAP and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to work independently and possesses a strong sense of responsibility and ownership</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide 2nd level helpdesk and onsite support to users and VIPs for desktops, notebooks, mobile devices, peripherals, video conferencing, and audio-conferencing equipment.</li><li>Ensure timely updating of software patches and maintain devices at optimal performance.</li><li>Deliver IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and Desk-side Break Fix support for end user devices and peripherals, adhering to SLAs by location.</li><li>Oversee installations, de-installations, cascades, moves, additions, refurbishments, and operational changes for all in-scope equipment, software, and related services at designated customer sites.</li><li>Coordinate, plan, and schedule IMACs in support of office changes, staff onboarding/offboarding, collaborating with all affected IT functions and/or 3rd party vendors to minimize operational interruptions or disturbances.</li><li>Handle Video Conferences and assist with meeting room A/V setups.</li><li>Participate in IT-related projects, activities, and events as required.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>Strong technical skills and general IT knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve desktop, notebook, mobile, and peripheral issues.</li><li>Fresh Graduates or 1-2 yrs of experience in Deskside support.</li><li>Familiarity with video conferencing and audio-conferencing equipment.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-notch support to users and VIPs.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with other IT functions and external vendors.</li><li>A proactive and customer-focused approach to address user needs promptly.</li><li>Flexibility to handle office changes and other on-site activities efficiently.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Leadership and Management The Business Intelligence Manager will oversee all activities that optimize the value, cost and risk of BI/analytics applications: <ul><li>Independently lead and deliver a few analytics projects at a time. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Coordinates the End of Month Financial closing processes including the full consolidation of subsidiaries and branch activities and maintain documentation and analysis for audit and compliance purposes.</li><li>Prepare auditor-reviewed quarterly consolidated financials for the group of entities under mandate.</li><li>Prepare the statutory financial statement of multiple entities and perform the consolidation as applicable in conformity with applicable standards.</li><li>Manage the audit of multiple entities with external auditors and local managements of respective entities.</li><li>Draft the Directors Report and coordinate the collection of required information from internal stakeholders.</li><li>Support periodic preparation of financial and management reporting to management and stakeholders at the parent.</li><li>Align with Tax Unit for tax compliance activities and supporting the maintenance of the Tax Control Framework.</li><li>In alignment with Compliance, ensure external compliance with regard to chamber of commerce and Tax reporting.</li><li>Collaborate and coordinate with other Finance teams in relation to End of Month Financial closing processes (i.e. Treasury, Debt Management, IPM, Operations, GRC).</li><li>Maintain the General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, and manage changes in line with policy.</li><li>Review detailed procedures and guidelines, these include conducting review of company finance and accounting guidelines and office manual.</li><li>Perform technical accounting analysis and develop memos for documentation and collaboration of informed decision making.</li><li>Enforce procedure compliance throughout AOC and coordinate internal and external audits on behalf of the Finance Unit.</li><li>Advise the Finance Supervisor on complex finance issues.</li><li>Assist with the coordination of Internal Audit.</li><li>Maintain Internal Control documentation in the best order.</li><li>Maintain and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements in local jurisdictions.</li><li>Prepare CBS reporting documentation and coordinate monthly and quarterly reports in line with the timeline</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor (/Master) degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.</li><li>Combination of Big 4 and industry experience is a must.</li><li>Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately in English (Dutch is a plus).</li><li>Minimum of 9 years of progressive technical work experience in external audit, financial reporting, consolidation, financial statement preparation.</li><li>Strong understanding of IFRS standards and its application.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of MS Office, S4/HANA, SAP Central Finance, advanced skills in Excel.</li><li>Experience with BPC is a plus.</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>
