Overview: <ul><li>The VP &amp; General Manager of the Sub Vertical will be a senior executive responsible for leading a global business with a P&amp;L of 600-M. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Incorporate best practices in developing, implementing, and executing processes related to recruiting, onboarding, policy administration, employee relations, performance management, payroll and benefits administration, employee development, and regulatory compliance, primarily for the Operations division.</li><li>Support performance management life cycle to include goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews.</li><li>Consult with employees and plant leadership to raise and resolve minor workplace issues. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Coordinates the End of Month Financial closing processes including the full consolidation of subsidiaries and branch activities and maintain documentation and analysis for audit and compliance purposes.</li><li>Prepare auditor-reviewed quarterly consolidated financials for the group of entities under mandate.</li><li>Prepare the statutory financial statement of multiple entities and perform the consolidation as applicable in conformity with applicable standards.</li><li>Manage the audit of multiple entities with external auditors and local managements of respective entities.</li><li>Draft the Directors Report and coordinate the collection of required information from internal stakeholders.</li><li>Support periodic preparation of financial and management reporting to management and stakeholders at the parent.</li><li>Align with Tax Unit for tax compliance activities and supporting the maintenance of the Tax Control Framework.</li><li>In alignment with Compliance, ensure external compliance with regard to chamber of commerce and Tax reporting.</li><li>Collaborate and coordinate with other Finance teams in relation to End of Month Financial closing processes (i.e. Treasury, Debt Management, IPM, Operations, GRC).</li><li>Maintain the General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, and manage changes in line with policy.</li><li>Review detailed procedures and guidelines, these include conducting review of company finance and accounting guidelines and office manual.</li><li>Perform technical accounting analysis and develop memos for documentation and collaboration of informed decision making.</li><li>Enforce procedure compliance throughout AOC and coordinate internal and external audits on behalf of the Finance Unit.</li><li>Advise the Finance Supervisor on complex finance issues.</li><li>Assist with the coordination of Internal Audit.</li><li>Maintain Internal Control documentation in the best order.</li><li>Maintain and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements in local jurisdictions.</li><li>Prepare CBS reporting documentation and coordinate monthly and quarterly reports in line with the timeline</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor (/Master) degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.</li><li>Combination of Big 4 and industry experience is a must.</li><li>Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately in English (Dutch is a plus).</li><li>Minimum of 9 years of progressive technical work experience in external audit, financial reporting, consolidation, financial statement preparation.</li><li>Strong understanding of IFRS standards and its application.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of MS Office, S4/HANA, SAP Central Finance, advanced skills in Excel.</li><li>Experience with BPC is a plus.</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Proactively drives outstanding performance in Safety and Quality in Delivery Operations</li><li>Responsible for driving a culture of Safety and Quality throughout the organization</li><li>Accountable for the use of correct installation methods and tools by the installation team, and for proper risk assessment for parts of installation where method is not feasible</li><li>Establishes and promotes service-minded culture and outside-in thinking in Delivery Operations</li><li>Captures and feeds Voice of Customer throughout Delivery Operations</li><li>Manages customer disputes and escalations, and tracks NPI and transactional survey feedback</li><li>Leads, evaluates, and develops his/her operations team and professionals to achieve the established safety, quality, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals. Identifies and address competence development needs for project management and installation.</li><li>Accountable for his/her Delivery Operations team’s adherence to Company’s Way and standard ways of working requirements&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Sets individual targets and actions together with his/her team members using data and KPI’s to achieve the set objectives, as well as to identify waste, find root causes, and continually improve standard ways of working</li><li>Regularly performs Gemba walks on site and/or process audits to understand how Delivery Operations happen on site level, assesses deviations from standard ways of working (installation methods, safety policies and Way/Frontline processes), and allocates improvement opportunities to the team members</li><li>Ensures every member of the team follows standard ways of working</li><li>Drives efficient, safe, and high-quality installation operations in line with regulatory and methods, requirements, and site management practices</li><li>Responsible for Installation capacity planning</li><li>Accountable for optimized resource utilization (people and tools)&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that adds value to customers’ projects with seamless and reliable project delivery and proactive communication</li><li>Drives proactive, profitable, reliable, and efficient project management practices in line with methods.</li><li>Key responsibility will be overseeing all new business projects for UAE.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Safety and quality management</li><li>Revenue recognition and relevant financial understanding</li><li>Customer relationship management</li><li>Installation portfolio management</li><li>Project management</li><li>Forecasting and capacity planning</li><li>Managing performance&nbsp;</li><li>Basic knowledge of installation methods</li><li>Understanding of relevant laws, standards, norms and other requirements</li><li>General contractual understanding</li><li>Basic construction industry and building system knowledge</li><li>Change management, coaching and training skills</li><li>Subcontractor management</li><li>Lean fundamentals, lean thinking and continual improvement competence</li><li>Educational qualifications: Engineering background.&nbsp;</li><li>English (Practitioner), Arabic Language preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in leading people and leading managers (Operations Managers).&nbsp;</li><li>PMP certification would be an added advantage.&nbsp;</li></ul>
