Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for Sales Volumes and Market Share of Heavy Commercial vehicles through local dealers in respective territory.</li><li>To identify and engage with strategic customers / Fleet owners.</li><li>To conduct activities of this segment customers like transporters, influencers and to materialize deals by working out group deals.</li><li>To map sub territories segment wise, application wise and working on conversion plan.</li><li>Should be able to do sales forecasting for existing range of models / products.</li><li>To guide channel partners to develop secondary sales network.</li><li>To act as an interface between the Product development / PMG team and the end customers.</li><li>To gauge and give inputs regarding the customer expectations through timely reports to product development / PMG team.</li><li>To know competitors’ activities, new product plans and prepare strategy to counter the same.</li><li>To train, motivate and develop the channel partners and their sales team.</li><li>To develop the market through host of BTL activities most suited for that market and segment</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education Qualification: MBA; Bachelor of Engineering</li><li>General Experience:&nbsp;3-12 Years of experience</li></ul> Skills <ul><li>Channel Sales Management&nbsp;</li><li>1st Pref Heavy Commercial Vehicle only</li><li>2nd Pref CE Industry – Haulage &amp; Tipper, also HCV segment</li><li>Channel Manpower Management – Dealer&nbsp;</li><li>Financial Management</li><li>Sales Planning</li><li>Capability Building</li><li>Consumer Focus</li><li>Market Intelligence</li><li>Territory Coverage Optimization</li></ul>
