Drives root cause analysis.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Weekly recaps of delays vs. targets, FAC’s, and Update with customer on weekly basis and local station management. SR (Shared Responsibility)&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the General Manager and Commercial leader (PAM. Local Director) of any problems that may arise.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Weekly inventory status checks. SR&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provides regular two-way communication between the client and local GGI, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Inventory Management: <ul><li>Ensures customer inventory sheet to be current and up to date par levels.&nbsp;</li><li>Manages inventory process taken accurately and on time. Results reviewed before submission to the customer. Communicate to the customer when par levels need to change. SR&nbsp;</li><li>Provides customer feedback to help customer reduce costs through inventory management.&nbsp;</li><li>Warehouse space, issue here is to not be a warehouse for obsolete or excessive inventory. SR&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that Customs requirements, GGI Bonded policy and local Agriculture (compliance agreement) are implemented. SR&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Quality: <ul><li>Assists internal department on quality/compliance through weekly specification checks and audits (chef tables, packing diagrams, CCP’s, VSIE process, safety).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Compares FACs against goals.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ownership of CSI and drives the process as outlined in GG policy and procedures.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Cost Management: <ul><li>Conducts weekly documented billing checks to ensure items billed.&nbsp;</li><li>Reviews monthly service order to ensure all service items captured and aligned with CXP and Sales force.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Targets: <ul><li>Manages to a customer-specific set of KPI’s – reports on this performance to the commercial team, agrees performance targets to these KPI’s (e.g., delays, complaints, audit results) with Commercial VP and GM&nbsp;</li><li>Annual (or quarterly) customer feedback survey on each aspect of the role – communication, inventory management, Quality cost management/invoice accuracy, and customer service orientation (does the customer view this role as representing their interests in the unit) SR&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: Education:&nbsp; <ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Associates degree or degree from a 4 year university or college is preferred&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Work Experience:&nbsp; <ul><li>Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of account/project management experience.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)&nbsp; <ul><li>Extremely detail oriented&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Technical and analytical competence (understands software, hardware, networks, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Motivated, goal oriented, and persistent&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>High level of initiative and works well in a fast paced, team environment&nbsp;</li><li>Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Full knowledge of any customer specific requirements in Service Agreement and delivers as listed below:&nbsp;</li><li>Delta Airlines: Full knowledge of IFX system; Owner of change notice distribution list; understands the unit performance grading system; ensures the AC Damage reporting process is followed; full knowledge of Delta build tool.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>United Airlines: Full knowledge of Unimatic (aircraft operation); Full knowledge of IBSOPS (meal board location); Ensures PSS (passenger counts) is used for forecasting; Ensures AirServ/AirVision is used for flight finalization; Ensures Sky Net is used for packaging/general requirements; Full knowledge on the use of Igaps (real flight info)&nbsp;</li><li>American Airlines: Understands AA evaluation and evaluation definitions; Full knowledge of AMOS &amp; Sabre systems; Ensures food/equipment inventories in AirVision; Ensures equipment distribution is updated in AirVision; Ensures monthly IUR is documented in AirVision; understands the PMP process.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>British Airlines: Knowledgeble/Ensures BA IFX tools are used in operation; Maintains chronological telex and bulletin information; Analysis TCS and BBSC sheets for BA performance; Full knowledge of AirServe and train staff on the use; Owner of TP006 accuracy for each scheduled change&nbsp;</li><li>Virgin Airlines: Take weekly photos of menu items and submit them to Virgin; Monthly review of TP006 and distribute the flight information; Must have full knowledge of Skylogistix; Must have full working knowledge of AirServ.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Language / Communication Skills:&nbsp; <ul><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Bilingual is a plus.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Leadership and Management The Business Intelligence Manager will oversee all activities that optimize the value, cost and risk of BI/analytics applications: <ul><li>Independently lead and deliver a few analytics projects at a time. Acts as the analytics translator and negotiator between the business and data teams.</li><li>Work with BU CIOs and collaborate with other IT leaders to develop overall IT strategy in the context of the business strategy.</li><li>Develop productive relationships with business leaders across the organization to influence how BI/analytics applications can enable new sources of value.</li><li>Define and enhance methodologies and practices for the application life cycle management in line with best practice and practical experience of continuous improvement.</li><li>Own all communication channels pertaining to assigned projects, including regular stakeholder review meetings</li><li>Assist in managing analytics group personnel and in developing their skills and capabilities to meet the needs of the organization.</li><li>Implement and manage application life cycle management status reporting, metrics, and benchmarks.</li></ul> Behaviors and Competencies The Business Intelligence Manager acts in a leadership role and must demonstrate the following leadership attributes: <ul><li>The ability to uphold the goals and culture of the organization.</li><li>The ability to lead, enable and motivate teams by providing advice and guidance in an inclusive fashion.</li><li>An understanding of strategic business objectives and the ability to drive results toward those objectives.</li><li>Openness to, and the ability to deal with, rapid change in business needs, processes, and technologies.</li></ul> Requirements: Skills The Business Intelligence Manager must be able to demonstrate the following: <ul><li>Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.</li><li>Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical people to enhance understanding and drive decisions that lead to positive outcomes.</li><li>Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels in a matrix-management environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.</li><li>Strong analytical, data-processing and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in process formulation and improvement.</li><li>Ability to operate and perform in a fast-paced environment managing few projects at a time</li></ul> Knowledge The Business Intelligence Manager must have an in-depth knowledge and experience of the following: <ul><li>Experience with data science, RPA, data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI, UiPath and Python&nbsp;</li><li>IT BI/analytics applications, operations, service, and support organizations.</li><li>Data processing, analysis, and quality management tools.</li><li>Development and implementation of processes and policies.</li><li>Lean IT, agile development, and DevOps principles and frameworks.</li></ul> Experience The following experience is considered essential: <ul><li>Leading a team of at least 20 members in application development, implementation, or management.</li><li>Total 10+ years experience.</li><li>3-5+ years of experience in Software design/development, application architecture, project management, software as a service (SaaS), data management/governance, business intelligence and business process analysis.</li><li>3-5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience building cross-organizational consensus with exposure to technology providers and/or business clients.</li><li>5+ years of demonstrated experience in liaising with middle and senior management.&nbsp;</li><li>The following experience is considered desirable but not mandatory:</li><li>3-5+ years of experience working in the Manufacturing / Hi-Tech industry.</li><li>3-5+ years of experience in managing external IT service providers.</li><li>3-5+ years of experience managing the risk and cost implications of IT contracts or contract negotiations.</li><li>Membership of professional organizations, trade or user groups and a pattern of regular attendance at industry conferences to enhance knowledge of current technology.</li></ul> Education and Training <ul><li>An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in computer science, engineering, business management or a related field</li></ul>
