IT Operations Analyst

Responsibilities : <ul><li>Install, configure and deploy applications, hardware &amp; operating systems&nbsp;</li><li>Ongoing maintenance and support of Desktop/Laptop devices</li><li>Basic troubleshooting of hardware &amp; software</li><li>Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system</li><li>Work with and support team members on various projects</li><li>Provide timely resolution of issues</li><li>Work in collaboration with our 3rd party support contractor</li><li>Develop documents and implement standard operating procedures</li><li>Periodically provide 1st level support to users for all issues raised by phone, email, self-service or face to face</li><li>Any other duties as required</li></ul> Requirements : <ul><li>Associate Degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related field﻿</li><li>Proficiency in Windows desktop OS&nbsp;</li><li>Working knowledge O365 environment essential. Specifically, MS-Outlook &amp; TEAMs</li><li>Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within particular field</li><li>Experienced knowledge of Networks and IT infrastructure.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive &amp; solve technical issues through to completion</li><li>Excellent team player</li><li>Resourceful, self-educating and self-motivating</li><li>Excellent team player with strong communication and customer-facing skills</li><li>You must have strong organisation and time management skills</li><li>You may be required to travel to and / or support other sites</li><li>Motivated self-starter with a “can-do” attitude who works well to tight and varied deadline.</li></ul>
