Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and analyse market research and competitive research plans and programs, identifying suitable external vendors to carry out research</li><li>Use inputs from research and competitive analysis to provide inputs to internal customer teams in the following areas: scope, competitive positioning, white spaces available etc.</li><li>Develop and implement plans for identification in line with Unit’s business plan, build validated database for segmentation</li><li>Update marketing team on new segments or channel-specific delivery vehicles e.g. social media that can be used to bring in innovation into company’s marketing programs to create targeted and innovative campaigns</li><li>Develop and execute brand and communication plan for brand, region, services and solution in consultation with GTM/Sales and Marketing.</li><li>Gather feedback on brand based on specific campaigns and present analysis to Group Manager and Segment Head</li><li>Develop and implement marketing programs targeted at specific industries, geographies by leveraging multiple channels, network with peers within the company and outside to exchange ideas</li><li>Provide creative ideas and develop brief for designers, direct team to check with in-house image library before purchasing new images</li><li>Check compliance with brand architecture/standards</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree holder</li><li>At least 10 years’ experience in the following areas – (a) research, analysis and intelligence (b) target audience definition and segmentation (c) positioning, messaging and branding including brand management (d) opportunity generation, outreach program management (e) design and production</li><li>Demonstrated success in these key areas – handling quarterly reports, size of database and quarterly growth, email conversion rates, leads and RFI/RFPs, brand awareness and engagement, CRM metrics i.e engagement scores, cross sell leads, number of references, channel management and pricing</li></ul> Preferred Requirements <ul><li>Experience building a brand from ground up.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>With a keen eye for customer success and loyalty, the individual in this position will lead our sales team in LAM.</li><li>The Senior Manager Sales in the Energy business unit plays a critical strategic role in driving revenue growth through LAM account management excellence and best in class thought leadership in select end markets (applications).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>This team partners extensively with customers across the LAM region as well as members of our Strategy and Business Development, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering and Regional sales leaders, to develop and execute the BU Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and tactics to drive growth, within a direct reporting and matrix managed structure.</li><li>We are flexible on the location within South America with a preference for candidates based in Brazil.</li><li>The Senior Manager Sales will bring a strategic growth-oriented and entrepreneurial mind-set, excellent commercial acumen, and leadership experience, “Go to Market” track record, deep customer relationships and a hands-on leadership style.</li><li>The person must have the ability to inspire, engage and motivate a large regional sales team to execute on the desired strategy in a broad portfolio of technical products whilst operating in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Success in the role requires extensive experience in the Utility Sales Market in each country of Latin America and major geographies of Central America and Caribbean region. In addition, extensive experience managing, coaching and nurturing remote teams to drive high efficiency on sales growth</li><li>In addition, successful candidate will have the following qualifications, experience and skills:&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Degree in Electrical Engineer, complemented by a degree in Administration or MBA focused program.</li><li>Minimum of 10 Years with direct reports with responsibilities in the areas of Commercial, Product Management and/or Sales.&nbsp;</li><li>Foreign Language: Spanish and English (fluent in speaking, reading and writing), Portuguese (proficient in speaking, reading and writing).</li><li>Proven ability to effectively manage a Sales Organization, making sure that action plans are created and properly executed. Experience on developing teams, providing feedback and motivate the sales teams to achieve their performance goals and the expected growth for the LAM Utility territory.</li><li>Strong Technical background on the field of Electrical Products, able to provide technical and commercial presentations as well as to present to the upper management constant clear &amp; concise Market Updates of his territory of responsibility.</li><li>Prior specific experience selling Electrical Products required.</li><li>Broad experience on the market dynamics for the Utility Electrical segment, in each of the countries of Latin &amp; Central America and Caribbean.</li><li>High levels of conceptual thinking, problem structuring and analysis, cross functional team leadership, and the ability to work across organizational boundaries</li></ul>

Role Summary: <ul><li>Development and implementation of channel strategies for the assigned states to generate revenue through primary and secondary sales of companys Brand and grow the contribution.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning: <ul><li>Execute the sales strategy for the area in alignment with the business plan and in consultation with the Branch Head.</li><li>Increase sales revenue through implementation of appropriate Go To Market strategies</li><li>Understand and analyze the market trends, potential and competition information to leverage and explore sources of business growth and profitability.</li></ul> Sales Operations: <ul><li>Drive the team in the area effectively to realize sales targets</li><li>Ensure overall and efficient administration in the area</li><li>Ensure execution of customized BTL activities through the team</li><li>Drive operational efficiencies by closely working with other concerned stakeholders</li></ul> Distribution Management: <ul><li>Drive Distribution Infrastructure [Appointment, Review, Planning and Management]</li><li>Consolidate and analyze distributors’ feedback to drive corrective actions</li><li>Support the team in ensuring product/ range availability to all the retail points of sales &amp; manage stock at the distributor level and address any concerns from the team.</li></ul> Reporting and process management: <ul><li>Analyze sales reports and drive weekly sales plan</li><li>Drive data insights led corrective actions in the areas</li><li>Drive implementation of sales systems and processes in the areas</li></ul> People management: <ul><li>Coach team members to deliver on their sales performance and looking towards future growth</li><li>Ensure a well-trained sales team to deliver superior sales performance</li></ul> Reporting Relationships&nbsp;: <ul><li>Reports To:&nbsp;Branch Head</li><li>Supervises : Area Sales Managers/ Senior Sales Managers</li></ul> Requirements:﻿<ul><li>8-14 years + Experience</li><li>Experience in Inner wear or Apparel or FMCG Industry</li><li>Experience handling Upper North (Punjab, Haryana, HP, J&amp;K)</li></ul>

Responsibilities:Initiate, develop & expand the Company’s renewable business.Achieve revenue targets as set by the ManagementSupport strategy development and long-term plans to deploy renewable applicationsPreparing periodical progress reports for managementLead team to interpret and audit financial models of opportunities, conduct sensitivities and produce key financial ratiosEvaluate new business proposals and participates in the development of complex new business ventures.Identification of project risks, analysis and recommendation of mitigation measures.Lead the development of Power Purchase Agreements with developers of renewable projects Support structuring of binding agreements such as Shareholders Agreement, Project Development Agreement, O&M Agreement and Equity Subscription & Retention Agreement.Support structuring and negotiation of deals to achieve final deal closure Review & consult on all transaction documents.Work with corporate teams to achieve desired results of transactions.Lead and directs the work of team members with less experience.Build a learning environment and ensure knowledge transfer through mentorship of young talent.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or in Business. MBA Degree is preferable.Minimum (12) years of experience in business development and transactions.Strong background in renewable project development, deal structuring, stakeholder management, financial modeling, bankability and valuations.Excellent command of spoken and written English.Project management skills.Computer & MS Office proficient.
