ASC - Business Sys Analyst I (SAP Central Finance)

Manager Tax - GCC

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Be responsible GL and FA functions for middle-size legal entity</li><li>Prepare manual GL journal entries, review system generated journal entries and propose adjustment if necessary</li><li>Perform month-end closing activities, including closing checklist preparation, posting periods maintenance, and GL closing</li><li>Generate and review TB, BS and P&amp;L, prepare financial reports including statutory reports, Hyperion reports, etc.</li><li>Coordinate and perform monthly accounts reconciliation, follow up to resolve variances</li><li>Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required</li><li>Prepare SOX documentation on GL related functions in order to ensure the documents represent the companys existing situation; and implement an action plan to address the SOX findings in order to ensure compliance with SOX regulations and other Corporate policies</li><li>Provide support in external and internal audits</li><li>Assist GL Supervisor to identify potential areas for improvement, support the implementation of the initiatives in order to drive continuous optimization</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>College degree or above, majoring in accounting, finance or a related field</li><li>More than 3 years’ working experience in GL, experience in multi-national company or shared service environment is preferred</li><li>Good knowledge of US GAAP, PRC accounting standards and related statutory regulations&nbsp;</li><li>Good communication (written and oral) skills in both English and Mandarin</li><li>Proficient in MS Office, SAP and Hyperion system experience is preferred</li><li>Integrity, accountability, proactive working attitude, customer-oriented, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Month-End Closing Process: <ul><li>Analyze P&amp;L and Balance Sheet by natural/line of statement.</li><li>Review general expenses accruals and prepaid.</li><li>Prepare intercompany recharge costs and the relevant invoices.</li><li>Analyze and prepare accruals for trade customers bonuses and penalties.</li><li>Calculate and update income and deferred taxes in the One Source system.</li><li>Control plan oversight on Financial Solution Center tasks.</li><li>Review regular reports and B/S account reconciliations via the accounting system.</li></ul> Direct Tax: <ul><li>Prepare P&amp;L by source, calculate transfer price adjustments, and monitor profitability.</li><li>Prepare the annual Transfer Price book report conduct FAS 109 studies, and RTP calculations.</li><li>Prepare income and deferred taxes for Statutory and Tax Return.</li><li>Provide support during tax audits.</li></ul> Statutory Reporting: <ul><li>Support in Statutory package preparation (P&amp;L, B/S, Note).</li></ul> Other Activities: <ul><li>Prepare presentation for Statutory auditors meetings.</li><li>Prepare and collect SOX requirements.</li><li>Support in balance sheet reviews and self-assessments preparation.</li><li>Support internal audits.</li><li>Manage non-SAP re-approval access.</li><li>Manage SAP SOD conflict access.</li><li>Support VAT and Intrastat controls and check the SDI platform.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance</li><li>Fluent English</li><li>5-7 years of experience in accounting or tax-related roles, in multinational/industrial companies or consultancy firms.&nbsp;</li><li>Solid knowledge of accounting, direct and indirect tax rules and regulations. Knowledge of US GAAP is a plus.</li><li>Excellent SAP knowledge (FI and CO modules)</li><li>Proven, solid Office (in particular Excel) skills and exposure to automated accounting systems</li></ul> Location: <ul><li>Torino, Italy</li></ul>

Responsibilities:Partner with business stakeholders to conduct scoping, develop design, coordinate development and testing, and managing the rollout of Group financial solutions leveraging SAP Central Finance, Group Reporting and related technical solutions.Coordinate with affiliate organizations to coordinate the infrastructure readiness, integration requirements, troubleshooting and enablement of the affiliate data exchange with the Group systemProvide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting modules, ensuring smooth transaction processing and data accuracy.Implement CFIN mappings, configure Group reporting solution, configure and troubleshoot with Application Interface Framework (AIF), setup workflows, and manage master data by designing and utilizing SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)Analyze and resolve complex system issues, collaborate with IT team for technical escalation if needed.Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and consolidated financial statements according to local GAAP and IFRS standards.Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP updates and best practices for Central Finance and Group Reporting.Participate in system upgrades and implementation projects, providing expertise and ensuring smooth transitions.Document processes and maintain user guides for efficient knowledge transfer within the team.Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in SAP Central Finance topics, obtain necessary technology certifications.Communicate technical concepts and findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.Maintain, support and optimize digital solutions.Requirements:As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance or IT from a recognized and approved program. Possession of an advanced business degree (e.g. MBA) and/or relevant professional certification (e.g. CMA, CFA, CPA) is preferred but not required. You will have six to eight years’ experience in implementation of SAP based financial accounting systems, including at least four years’ experience in solutions related to SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting. You will have four years of experience, preferably at multiple companies, inYou will be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the various aspects of implementing financial accounting systems including articulation and measurement of benefits, evaluation of technical and execution options, critical success factors, and project risks.You must have hands on experience implementing SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting systems and will be able to analyze the financial accounting landscape and provide architectural options for implementing such solutions.

ResponsibilitiesPromote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement with regard to the Tax Operation function for the respective market(s).Execute best in class/efficient operational Tax processes for Tax reporting, Tax provision, transfer pricing, indirect and direct tax compliance.Specifically the following processes in the initial phase:Import/export processes.US GAAP and statutory tax accounting.Tax return preparation (CIT, VAT, WHT) and filing tax payments.TP support files.Non-deductible expenses.Build and foster a strong team of tax experts and strong cross-functional relationships in the respective markets across the business (e.g., Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and Operations).Help the company understand how all the pieces fit together.Be up to date with relevant legislation to manage effectively respective markets tax positions, tax audits, tax litigation and communication with Fiscal Authorities.Provide internal tax advisory and ensure that respective teams in the organization are trained in the tax area to allow for a proper tax risk mitigation.Your “day to day”:Implementation of newly introduced tax streams in the local legislation (eg, Corporate taxes, Transfer Pricing)Direct Contact with Fiscal Authorities - Tax Audits ManagementEnsure timely and accurate filing of all tax filings obligations in the respective markets Ensure timely payment and/or refund of all tax obligations.Tax management of JV set up in GCCRequirements:Graduate degree in Business or Finance, Certified Public Accountant, with at least 8 years’ experience, strong track record of handling complex tax matters, in a multinational group and matrix-reporting environmentExperience in the execution of the affiliate tax processes, in support of Finance co-pilot and business partner strategiesStrong influencing and collaboration skills; able to drive alignment of teams within and across organizational boundariesHigh performer with future leadership potential, strategic planning capabilities to address our client priorities and goalsAbility to work in a diverse cultural environment is required.
