Manufacturing Engineer - Injection Molding

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for Molding Process, Tool Design development, (New &amp; Old tools) Qualification and Trial</li><li>Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout</li><li>Participate and engage on product development, Tool Design, DFMEA / PFMEA</li><li>Work with Global COE Assembly to drive continuous improvement in Molding Technology / Process</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and for all Mold tooling, Spares, Mold and Process Set-up Sheets</li><li>Ensure all Tooling / Mold design drawings (Soft &amp; Hard Copy) are up to date.</li><li>Impart trainings and development for new joiners, Technical Trainees etc</li><li>Multi skilling among, Stamping tool design and Mould tool design&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinating with inter-department and assists with investigations of reject product and the development of corrective actions.</li><li>Drive company OA culture in shop floor.</li><li>Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineer for new product development and process improvement.</li><li>Assessing resource requirements and opportunity for Automation and Process Productivity improvement</li><li>Review of company OA deployment</li><li>Review ISO documents and update</li><li>Engage in ISO audits</li><li>Visit vendors for Assembly tooling assessment (Capability, Know How &amp; Capacity)</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering major or Industrial Engineering</li><li>3-5+ years’ experience and practitioner in the Tooling Design &amp; Development</li><li>CAD Knowledge Must, preferably Pro E / Creo &amp; Auto-cad, Solidworks, NX, etc.</li><li>DFM analysis, New Mold / Tooling RFQ</li><li>Stamping Tool Debugging</li><li>Computer Knowledge, MS Office etc, SAP knowledge added advantage</li><li>Tool Room Process’s</li><li>Tooling Knowledge</li><li>Know How on core competencies (Stamping, Tool Design, Auto- Assy is an added advantage)</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Senior Solution Architect – AMEA will be the key responsible for driving solution strategy across tech programs for AMEA, for the purpose of business-IT joint strategy development, solution discovery, project planning &amp; delivery, risk management and relationship management.</li><li>SAP is the underlying stack for our Enterprise Systems and the solution architect will be pivotal in driving standardization in SAP Platform while collaborating with Business Units to deliver capabilities for Business.</li><li>Individual has direct accountability for the Standard and scalable solution design that are provided by our staff and third-party service providers.</li><li>This is a leadership role providing strategic direction to multiple globally diverse teams in the delivery of projects spanning across ERP and non-ERP platforms.</li><li>Works with all IT Services teams (Applications teams, business partners, business clients, external vendors, and service delivery partners, Security, infrastructure) to define, prototype, and implement new technologies in support of business objectives and projects.</li><li>This role will provide Business Technology thought leadership, bringing knowledge and solutions to drive business outcomes.</li><li>This role will be pivotal in enabling future-fit capabilities by framing the Technology Roadmap for AMEA, as well ensuring a standard template solution design for S4 HANA in AMEA.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>16-18 years of relevant technical and business work experience</li><li>Engineer/MBA or equivalent degree in Tech/ Information Systems from tier 1 college.</li><li>Manage senior business stakeholders in a matrix organization</li><li>Has the experience and cultural awareness required to work effectively with a global team.</li><li>Developing strategic plans and setting timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of solutions</li><li>Identifying opportunities for simplifications and digitization of various workflows across the organization</li><li>Supervising quality assurance processes, integration, and system tests</li><li>Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills</li><li>Ability to Communicate and inspire confidence at a senior level with technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>Experience in the identification, evaluation and documentation of process flows, risks, and controls</li><li>Expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S4, including all modules such as MM, FI, CO, SD, PM etc.</li><li>Good understanding and background on Business Processes as part of digitization</li><li>Should have run large scale tech led transformation programs</li><li>Ability to engage with functional business leaders at a strategic level, as well as with delivery teams at an operational level</li><li>Hands-on experience leading such areas end-to-end and track record of delivering results and business value</li><li>Requires team leadership skills, experience/in-depth knowledge of business operations and IT processes</li><li>Experience with organizational change management preferred</li><li>Experience managing multiple vendors and external project resources</li><li>Proven ability to manage talent and team</li><li>Very strong academic background</li><li>Can do attitude and problem-solving mindset</li><li>Proficient in English Language (Writing, reading &amp; Speaking)</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Generate and maintain project documentation including schematics, drawings, test data, and reports</li><li>Design and develop electronic circuits while incorporating mechanical design</li><li>Tasks will include using equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies and additional test equipment</li><li>Plan and record results of design, development and sustaining activities, including validation testing.</li><li>Design to cost target while meeting financial and performance expectations.</li><li>Manage Bill of Materials for new products.</li><li>Facilitate cost reduction activities on new and existing products.</li><li>Perform calculations, analysis, and testing to ensure that a product meets specifications.</li><li>Participate in and/or lead Design and Process failure mode and effects analysis.</li><li>Provide support to both internal manufacturing, quality, Product/Project Managers and external customers.</li><li>Initiate and manage engineering change activities. Including notification to customers using external customer systems.</li><li>Collaborates with other colleagues and peers.</li><li>10% travel domestic/international (Passport will be required).</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, electronic or electro-mechanical degree 3-5 years of experience Experience circuit design, testing, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Experience in mechanical design Knowledge of electro-mechanical devices and/or magnetics (e.g., relays and contactors).</li><li>Knowledge of EMI/EMC is a plus.</li><li>Good communication verbal and written.</li><li>Experience in the use of Creo Wildfire software or similar CAD software Windchill PDM Link is a plus Knowledge of SAP is a plus Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of analog circuitry is preferred Knowledge of circuit analysis software such as TINA or SPICE Knowledge of ANSYS or similar analysis tools is a bonus Experience in Altium software or similar software is a bonus.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office Suite of Products Ability to read schematic diagrams Generate and maintain project documentation including schematics, drawings, test data, and reports Design and develop electronic circuits while incorporating mechanical design Tasks will include using equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies and additional test equipment Plan and record results of design, development and sustaining activities, including validation testing.</li><li>Design to cost target while meeting financial and performance expectations. Responsibilities: Sales Activities: <ul><li>Propose and implement annual sales plan (TERP target, billing target, market share, product portfolio expansion, new project etc.) on the dedicated key accounts; conduct analysis to identify customer needs and content per car increase</li><li>Promote products to customers based on their enquiries and requirements to earn sales orders; convince customers to accept contract trade terms, pricing and obtain change approval from Key Account Manager and Sales manager in order to achieve billing targets and increase market share.</li><li>Create and maintain relationship with existing customers; coordinate communications between customer and internal departments in order to maintain customer satisfaction and develop new sales.</li><li>Take care of the offer and negotiation with customer.</li><li>Reach the defined project target (quality, capacity, timing, cost).</li><li>Solve problems and work on profit improvement, handle technical changes.</li></ul> Marketing Activities: <ul><li>Maintain general market awareness; gather customers and competitor information; learn and study market trends; and prepare reports in order to increase market share and develop expansion plan.</li><li>Coordinate with Marcom to organize marketing events and send catalogues and promotion materials to customers in order to promote TE Auto products and corporate branding.</li><li>Customer Relationship Development and Maintenance. Create and maintain relationship with existing and new customers; coordinate communications between customer and internal departments in order to maintain customer satisfaction and develop new sales.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor in Engineering.</li><li>3+ years sales experience in auto industry, position in account manager or CQE or FAE or PM or Product engineer.</li><li>Good command of English.</li><li>Communication and influencing skills, integrity, sense of responsibility, proactive, learning capabilities.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Technical communication to customer, confirm customer application and technical requirement.</li><li>Translate customer’s requirement into engineering specification and provide new product design solution in time.</li><li>Responsible for part list/BOM building, 3D models and 2D drawings, GD&amp;T, product specifications, application specifications, DFMEA, DVPR, SC/CC list etc.</li><li>Lead the design review for compliance with engineering principles, high voltage standards, customer contract requirements, verification and related specifications.</li><li>Lead design review with cross functional teams to confirm the manufacturing and quality control feasibility.</li><li>Leads DV/PV test, responsible for resolving product design and test problems.</li><li>Responsible for FAI review, work with project team to release product in time.</li><li>Interacts with customers, vendors, marketing and sales personnel, and other engineering areas during the pre-production stages of new products.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor level degree majored in Engineering, or above;</li><li>More than 5 years mechanical design experience in Automotive industry. Independently new product development experience is plus.</li><li>Knowledge of connector fundamentals, capable of connector component design,&nbsp;</li><li>Familiar with GD&amp;T, mechanics of plastic/metal materials, and basic knowledge in injection molding, stamping.</li><li>Familiar with automotive product development, automotive products development process like APQP and PPAP.</li><li>Skilled in at least one 3D Software: Creo or Pro/E or Catia or UG. Mastery of office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.</li><li>Proficient in writing and reading English. Good Oral English is plus.</li><li>Good communication skills, High team work spirit and team work experience, ability to work with multicultural engineering teams and cross functional environments.</li><li>Effective problem solving skills, to be innovative, willingness/ability to deal with multiple product and assigned tasks.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and implement manufacturing processes for wire harness assembly.</li><li>Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products.</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process failures.</li><li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.</li><li>Mentor and train junior engineers and production staff.</li><li>Prepare and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and standards.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred).</li><li>5+ years of experience in manufacturing and process development, specifically in wire harness or related fields.</li><li>Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean methodologies.</li><li>Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork abilities.</li></ul>
