Responsibilities: <ul><li>Technical communication to customer, confirm customer application and technical requirement.</li><li>Translate customer’s requirement into engineering specification and provide new product design solution in time.</li><li>Responsible for part list/BOM building, 3D models and 2D drawings, GD&amp;T, product specifications, application specifications, DFMEA, DVPR, SC/CC list etc.</li><li>Lead the design review for compliance with engineering principles, high voltage standards, customer contract requirements, verification and related specifications.</li><li>Lead design review with cross functional teams to confirm the manufacturing and quality control feasibility.</li><li>Leads DV/PV test, responsible for resolving product design and test problems.</li><li>Responsible for FAI review, work with project team to release product in time.</li><li>Interacts with customers, vendors, marketing and sales personnel, and other engineering areas during the pre-production stages of new products.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor level degree majored in Engineering, or above;</li><li>More than 5 years mechanical design experience in Automotive industry. Independently new product development experience is plus.</li><li>Knowledge of connector fundamentals, capable of connector component design,&nbsp;</li><li>Familiar with GD&amp;T, mechanics of plastic/metal materials, and basic knowledge in injection molding, stamping.</li><li>Familiar with automotive product development, automotive products development process like APQP and PPAP.</li><li>Skilled in at least one 3D Software: Creo or Pro/E or Catia or UG. Mastery of office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.</li><li>Proficient in writing and reading English. Good Oral English is plus.</li><li>Good communication skills, High team work spirit and team work experience, ability to work with multicultural engineering teams and cross functional environments.</li><li>Effective problem solving skills, to be innovative, willingness/ability to deal with multiple product and assigned tasks.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Instructing employees on occupational safety issues as well as ensuring and ensuring compliance with safety regulations</li><li>Technical and disciplinary supervisor (m/f/d) of all employees in individual plastic part production (approx. 30 employees)</li><li>Controlling the work effort of employees</li><li>Advising, instructing and informing employees about duties, tasks, responsibilities and changes in the work process</li><li>Conducting performance appraisals of subordinate employees</li><li>Scheduling and technical monitoring and control of the workflow</li><li>Troubleshooting operational disruptions in collaboration with other departments</li><li>Arranging maintenance, informing the supervisor about defects and their Elimination</li><li>Optimization and improvement of production processes</li><li>Provision of department-specific key figures (OEE, etc.)</li><li>Personnel planning, personnel deployment planning, detailed production planning</li><li>Independent prioritization of capacity bottlenecks and identification of risks</li><li>Process optimization using analytical and statistical methods (5S method, 5 Why, Poka Yoke, Kanban, etc.)</li></ul> Requirements : <ul><li>Completed vocational training in the field of process mechanics, plastics and rubber technology or comparable</li><li>Further training to become an industrial master (m/f/d), master craftsman (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d) or completed studies, alternatively many years of professional experience</li><li>Hands-on mentality</li><li>Professional experience in a similar position</li><li>Experience in human resources management</li><li>Experience in process optimization</li><li>Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written</li></ul>

Role Description:Company is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join the Transport Technologies Division of Company's Research & Development Center.The Transport Technologies Division conducts research and technology development in the area of transport fuels chemistry and advanced engine technologies.Our research focuses on the co-optimization of fuel and engine systems while we demonstrate the commercial viability of competitive internal combustion engine (ICE) platforms and low climate impact fuels, which will address the environmental and business sustainability of transport fuels for road, marine and aviation applications. The Process Engineer’s primary role is to provide engineering and process optimization support on developing sustainable synthetic fuels and chemicals production facilities including liaison with leading technology and engineering solution providers.Responsibilities:Participate in a unique, world-class project on innovative process design for transport fuels and petrochemicals production.Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes and participate in engineering and process design studies.Address technical challenges associated with adopting new process and retro fitting to existing refinery configurationsPerform financial modeling, cost estimates and projections on transport fuels and petrochemicals.Conduct techno-economic analysis and benchmarking of R&D projects against commercial and existing technologies Analyze the carbon footprint and energy intensity of new and existing refining/petrochemical processes; and suggest process improvements to reduce the carbon footprint and enhance energy efficiency. Liaise with business proponent and engineering teams within company. Mentor and oversee development of young engineers in the area of specialty. Find creative solutions to technical problems, both working individually and within a team.Requirements:Advanced degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant discipline from a recognized and approved program.At least 10 years of experience of process engineering in refining/petrochemicals industry.Experienced in refinery and petrochemical flowsheeting (PFD and P&ID), and equipment sizing and capital cost estimationKnowledgeable about standard refining, petrochemical processes (e.g. fluid catalytic cracking, hydrocracking, reforming,…etc.) and utilities process. Able to conduct detailed techno-economic assessment of R&D projects. Experience with R&D projects, process development and/or scale up is a plus. Strong project management, interpersonal skills and the capability to work effectively across multiple functional departments.

Responsibilities:As a subject matter expert, you will;Use/maintain geological models to conduct and document reservoir characterization work-flows via generating cross sections from well logs, maps, cores, cross plots, histograms, summary tables, and written reports for different stratigraphic intervals to recommend placement of wells and supplementary processes to enhance production.Evaluate current practices and identify opportunities for innovative improvements using data science applications to predict reservoir quality.Actively participate in the well planning process to optimize well locations using a variety of geological and geophysical data.Monitor and trac wells, performing well evaluations during and post frac jobs, generating and/or updating maps for structural, stratigraphic, fluid limits in light of new drilling and flowback information.Provide geological input into generation of appraisal and development plans for resource assessment and development optimization.Work closely with drilling, production and reservoir engineering teams and champion operational activities from planning to execution.Effectively communicate through presentations to technical peers and management teams to enhance in-house knowledge.Provide support, recommendations and advise in the area of expertise.Mentor and develop newly hired and young professionals.Requirements:As the successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Geology or a related science, however an advanced degree is preferred.You must have at least 8 years or more of experience and active technical roles, with at least 5 years in shale unconventional plays, we will consider candidates with more or less experience, depending on the quality of their experience.You will also have;Experience in building, maintaining and evaluating large and complex geological models utilizing geological modeling software.Working knowledge in the integration of sedimentology, depositional environments, petrophysics, geophysics, geochemistry, geomechanics and well placement. Experience working with the production and drilling teams on well performance and optimization.Previous experience working with reservoir engineers and reserve auditors to determine reserve and resource estimations is preferred.
