Overview:&nbsp; <ul><li>The Aerospace, Defense &amp; Marine (AD&amp;M) Business Unit is currently seeking a plant controller to support its Mansfield OH, and Hauppauge, NY locations. The Plant Controller must be an exceptional Business Partner to the plant manager and his/her teams.&nbsp;</li><li>This position is responsible for pulling together all plant financials, analyzing and bridging between details at the entity level, and up-leveling results for review by global management.&nbsp;</li><li>The role reports directly to the Sr. Mgr. Responsibilities: Planning and Budgeting: <ul><li>Develop and implement production operating budget and plan; monitor the achievement of the budget; Cascade VS target to subordinates and monitor team and indivisual performance; and develop VS headcount planning and budgeting in order to achieve targeted VS performance.</li></ul> Compliance: <ul><li>Promote values. Oversee the implementation of TE global and Qing Dao-released policies, procedures and systems; </li><li>lead and monitor the development and implementation of localized policies and procedures in order to provide working guidelines and direction for the VS team members to ensure zero compliance incidents in your team</li></ul> Team Development: <ul><li>Allocate and balance the allocation of work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback; mentor, develop and motivate them; </li><li>and resolve people/functional issues in the team in order to achieve targeted department performance and retain key talent. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Coordinates the End of Month Financial closing processes including the full consolidation of subsidiaries and branch activities and maintain documentation and analysis for audit and compliance purposes.</li><li>Prepare auditor-reviewed quarterly consolidated financials for the group of entities under mandate.</li><li>Prepare the statutory financial statement of multiple entities and perform the consolidation as applicable in conformity with applicable standards.</li><li>Manage the audit of multiple entities with external auditors and local managements of respective entities.</li><li>Draft the Directors Report and coordinate the collection of required information from internal stakeholders.</li><li>Support periodic preparation of financial and management reporting to management and stakeholders at the parent.</li><li>Align with Tax Unit for tax compliance activities and supporting the maintenance of the Tax Control Framework.</li><li>In alignment with Compliance, ensure external compliance with regard to chamber of commerce and Tax reporting.</li><li>Collaborate and coordinate with other Finance teams in relation to End of Month Financial closing processes (i.e. Treasury, Debt Management, IPM, Operations, GRC).</li><li>Maintain the General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, and manage changes in line with policy.</li><li>Review detailed procedures and guidelines, these include conducting review of company finance and accounting guidelines and office manual.</li><li>Perform technical accounting analysis and develop memos for documentation and collaboration of informed decision making.</li><li>Enforce procedure compliance throughout AOC and coordinate internal and external audits on behalf of the Finance Unit.</li><li>Advise the Finance Supervisor on complex finance issues.</li><li>Assist with the coordination of Internal Audit.</li><li>Maintain Internal Control documentation in the best order.</li><li>Maintain and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements in local jurisdictions.</li><li>Prepare CBS reporting documentation and coordinate monthly and quarterly reports in line with the timeline</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor (/Master) degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.</li><li>Combination of Big 4 and industry experience is a must.</li><li>Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately in English (Dutch is a plus).</li><li>Minimum of 9 years of progressive technical work experience in external audit, financial reporting, consolidation, financial statement preparation.</li><li>Strong understanding of IFRS standards and its application.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of MS Office, S4/HANA, SAP Central Finance, advanced skills in Excel.</li><li>Experience with BPC is a plus.</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Audit Support: <ul><li>As part of the Annual Financial (external) audit process, the accounting department is requested by our external auditor to provide supporting documentation and audit evidence. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide management and asset reporting, forecasting, budgeting and on asset management.</li><li>Assist management to ensure business practices and processes are in line with good corporate governance.
