Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provision, configure, and manage core Azure resources, such as virtual machines, storage accounts, and networks.</li><li>Implement and maintain Azure Active Directory (AAD) for identity and access management.</li><li>Configure and enforce role-based access control (RBAC), policies, and security protocols.</li><li>Ensure the integrity of data through encryption and secure networking, including firewalls and network security groups.</li><li>Manage backup strategies using Azure Backup, ensuring system reliability and minimal downtime.</li><li>Design and implement secure virtual networks, including subnets, VPNs, and ExpressRoute for hybrid cloud environments.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Has overall 8+ years of IT experience in Microsoft Technologies Microsoft Azure, .Net and Azure DevOps.</li><li>Experience in design, architect and implementing the Azure infra as a new data center, migration of workloads, providing Backup &amp; Restore and DR solutions</li><li>Strong hands on experience on Azure Cloud Administration.</li><li>Excellent Technical, Analytical and Problem-Solving skills and ability to get on well with people</li><li>Involve in RFP and provide technical solutions for Azure related, Bill of materials and effort estimates</li><li>Strong knowledge on PowerShell scripts and ARM Templates</li><li>	Public Sector experience and GCC experience is must.</li></ul> Working Experience: <ul><li>Experience in design, architect and implementing the Azure infra as a new data center, migration of workloads, providing Backup &amp; Restore and DR solutions</li><li>Strong hands on experience on Azure Cloud Administration.</li><li>Excellent Technical, Analytical and Problem-Solving skills and ability to get on well with people</li><li>Involve in RFP and provide technical solutions for Azure related, Bill of materials and effort estimates</li><li>Strong knowledge on PowerShell scripts and ARM Templates</li><li>Public Sector experience and GCC experience is must.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage and guide the security team responsible for infrastructure and network security.</li><li>Monitors network performance, troubleshoots issues and deploys solutions</li><li>Manage front-line technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems regarding their Access</li><li>Perform SME role and work on complex technical issues in Firewall, VPN and Proxy.</li><li>Familiarity with Service Management tools (eg:ISM/ Service Now/BMC remedy) for the logging and tracking of incidents, and service requests</li><li>Implement and manage continuous security monitoring solutions for infrastructure and network components</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>10-13+ years of Cyber security for Firewall, Proxy, VPN IPS</li><li>Working experience, having played roles as VPN end-to-end implementation.</li><li>Strong reliability and high quality and security awareness.</li><li>Knowledge of web and application servers (Apache/IIS/Tomcat/Websphere)</li><li>Perform SME role and work on complex technical issues in Firewall, VPN and Proxy.</li><li>Candidate should have experience in Zscaler private Access (ZPA) VPN end-to-end implementation.</li><li>Experience in Deep troubleshooting experience with Zscaler VPN and other Firewalls.</li><li>Knowledge of ITIL incident and problem management.</li><li>Knowledge of Security Incident Event Management ( IBM QRader SIEM) is a add on</li><li>Must be familiar with Network Protocol Analyzers (tcpdump, Wireshark)</li><li>Must have deep understanding of network protocols and network security TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, FTP, SFTP, SNMP, SMTP, SSH, SSL, DNS, RDP, HTTP and HTTPS.</li><li>The network security SME possesses the technical hand on capability and experience to assess current network security posture, document current/future state, provide roadmap/gap analysis for implementation activities</li><li>Good understanding of financial domain and Security IT.</li><li>Good to have experience with other security solutions like Firewall – Checkpoint or Palo Alto etc. Knowledge of Linux and web application servers (Apache/IIS/Tomcat)</li><li>Hands on experience on Firewall (Palo Alto, CISCO), VPN (Zscaler), Proxy (forward, Reverse, Transparent and Web 2.0), SSL interception/MITM &amp; Data leakage space, Security Analytics. Implementation, customization, coding, Support.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Design and execute the standardization of workplace and infrastructure solution across the group, taking into consideration industry best practices and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Implement and manage workplace technology solutions including end users devices, telephony, collaboration and office productivity tools, managed print. </li><li>These will include the focus on Microsoft 365 suite, including emerging technologies like Microsoft Co-Pilot.</li><li>Implement and manage network infrastructure such as WAN, Enterprise LAN, firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, remote access and other network enabling technologies and applications.</li><li>Implement and manage the Service Desk to handle service requests and incidents.</li><li>Drive workplace technology and infrastructure service recovery to reduce system downtime and impact to internal users and external customer.</li><li>Track service providers SLAs.</li><li>Experimentation and recommendation of new workplace technologies. Keep abreast with technology development in the industry and regulators.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a combination of relevant professional experience.</li><li>More than 5 year’s relevant working experience in managing Workplace Technology and infrastructure. Financial services industry experience preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Experience in implementing and managing Microsoft infrastructure (i.e. Microsoft 365), including Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, SCCM, end point management tools.</li><li>Familiar with WAN routing protocols, QOS, COS and experienced with Telco’s business and operations and network protocols like DHCP, TCP/IP, and VPN.</li><li>Relevant certifications in Workplace Technology and Networking preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Strong technical, analytical and engineering competencies with hands-on experience in managing workplace and infrastructure environments.</li><li>Customer and service centric and able to communicate concisely and clearly with non-IT-savvy users.</li><li>Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management concepts and Agile methodologies.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Network Design &amp; Implementation: <ul><li>Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN, etc.), including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, and network security devices.</li></ul> Network Maintenance &amp; Troubleshooting: <ul><li>Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability by performing regular maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, and hotfixes.</li></ul> Network Security: <ul><li>Configure and maintain security devices, including firewalls, VPNs, and other security protocols, to protect the integrity of the network. </li><li>Respond to security breaches and mitigate risks.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>·Networking, Switches, Routers, : L1 and L2, Client facing.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills.</li></ul>
