Responsibilities: Safety and Quality: <ul><li>Proactively drive outstanding performance in Safety and Quality in the Major Project Business, including New Building Solutions and Modernization Businesses.</li></ul> Customers: <ul><li>Drive and promote customer-centric culture with outside-in thinking in the business by intimate understanding of the customer and market needs.</li><li>Ensure early involvement with the customer in selling process and consultative selling approach with key stakeholders including, Developers, Architects and Consultants</li></ul> Drive solution selling across the Area: <ul><li>Promote utilization of voice of customer throughout the business Business performance</li><li>Holistic understanding, accountability and development of whole Major Project Business&nbsp;competitiveness, growth and profitability in full chain.</li><li>Evaluate the results of Major Project Business activities/contracts and identify recurring problems.</li><li>Establish Area level management practices driving key initiatives and programs for the Major&nbsp;Project Business. This includes share of market, OR growth, CMII, pricing and pre-to-post&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> performance: <ul><li>Prepare recommendations and feedback about significant changes that need to be made to&nbsp;Offering portfolio and company Way operating model elements (i.e., processes, roles,&nbsp;</li><li>organization, IT tools, data, governance, business performance management) to improve efficient&nbsp;&nbsp;performance.</li><li>Collaborate with key Front Line leaders including Managing Director, MP head, NBS and&nbsp;&nbsp;Modernization directors as well as other functions such as operations to develop and achieve targets and close gaps across the Area.</li><li>Set Area level targets and plans aligned with global and Area ambitions.</li><li>Drive short and long-term competitiveness based on global company strategy.</li><li>Full-chain accountability of Major Projects Business competitiveness, growth and profitability.</li></ul> Business Development: <ul><li>Drive the Major Project Business sales and offering development and go-to-market actions in&nbsp;collaboration with other business stakeholders</li><li>Collaborate across the business for best practice sharing</li><li>Ensure compliance with business operating model and effective deployment of company Way&nbsp;&nbsp;Initiatives</li><li>Leadership / People management with team guidance and coaching</li><li>Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to develop and&nbsp;implement a strategy for Major Project Business that is aligned with the organization’s overall</li><li>vision&nbsp;and its current and long-term business objectives</li><li>Lead, evaluate, and develop the Major Project Business team and its professionals at Area and FL&nbsp;&nbsp;Level</li><li>Identify competence gaps and training needs to fulfil the business plan</li><li>Identify and develop key resources required to support early engagement, bid and execution&nbsp;</li><li>support including Customer Solution Managers and Infrastructure specialists</li></ul> Project Management – Major Projects: <ul><li>Guide and Support the Major Project PMO leader to own the Area Project Management&nbsp;&nbsp;Governance model with ongoing development and deployment</li><li>Assess and develop project management competence</li><li>Develop and coach Project Management people to effectively lead major projects with a focus on&nbsp;customer communication, quality, profit improvement and on-time delivery</li><li>Support FLs to identify and manage Project Management resources Leadership / People management</li><li>Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to develop and&nbsp;&nbsp;implement a strategy for Major Project Business that is aligned with the organization’s overall&nbsp;</li><li>vision and its current and long-term business objectives</li><li>Lead, evaluate, and develop the Major Project Business team and its professionals at Area and FL&nbsp;&nbsp;Level</li><li>Identify competence gaps and training needs to fulfil the business plan</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Approximately 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years of operating as a leader in an Area or large frontline</li><li>Track record in driving revenue growth and profitability by acquiring new customers and develop new businesses with existing clients.</li><li>Experience in pursuing and winning major construction projects.</li><li>A collaborative leader who appreciates teamwork across functions and regions.</li><li>Sound understanding of financial reports</li><li>Ability to impart knowledge to the frontlines / countries</li></ul>
