Responsibilities: <ul><li>The Application Support Analyst III will maintain, integrate and implement software applications within the organization.&nbsp;</li><li>In this role, you will perform complex software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and recommend improvements to advanced and complex application support processes and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Review, analyze and prioritize incoming incident tickets and user requests.&nbsp;</li><li>Keep an open channel of communication with users and respond to advanced and complex application support requests and needs.</li><li>Review and performs the programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases.&nbsp;</li><li>Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Previously worked as an tech support, applications specialist or in another related role.</li><li>4 years of Salesforce experience and be comfortable doing basic Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, configuration and building reports and dashboards.</li><li>Computer proficiency, communication skills, analytical thinking, troubleshooting abilities, accuracy, and teamwork.&nbsp;</li><li>A Bachelors Degree in information technology or a similar field is often required by employers.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Support engineering of Solar + BESS projects in ANZ for large scale applications.</li><li>Complete system design for PV projects including: plant cabling layout, voltage drop calculation, cable size and dimensions, single-line electrical connection, specification of disconnect</li><li>boxes location, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Preparation of design documents such as SLDs for electrical networks and switchgear components, Bill of Materials, Functional Design Specifications, sizing calculations, General</li><li>Arrangement drawings, cable schedules, earthing drawings. Develop sizing, specifications and selection of BESS and Balance Of Plant (BoP) Equipment.</li><li>Engagement with customers to collect structural, electrical and related project information for use in the design of the PV system.</li><li>Provide technical direction or support to installation teams during construction, installation, testing and commission stages as required by customers.&nbsp;</li><li>Project ownership – support to sales, customer support, detailed bill of material, project presentation and delivery/execution support.</li><li>Developing supporting documentation required for PV solar systems: instruction manuals, procedures and other, as defined in company quality system.</li><li>Provide sales, project managers and other internal departments with engineering support needed for successful project execution.</li><li>Champion the solar application in the region and propose optimal design applications.</li><li>Support evaluation of alternative products and solutions for solar applications.</li><li>Support customer training and participation in external events and promotional presentations.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>University degree (Electrical engineering / Renewables Energy Engineering / Photovoltaics and Solar Energy Engineering preferred)</li><li>Excellent knowledge of PV and BESS systems in large scale applications and construction practices</li><li>Any additional experience in tendering or estimation is valued</li><li>Competence in AUTOCAD is mandatory.
