Responsibilities: Strategy Development <ul><li>Develop and drive the HVCA product portfolio strategy for the AMS region, ensuring scalable, profitable, and above-market growth.</li><li>Create product roadmaps and innovation strategies in collaboration with R&amp;D.</li><li>Develop efficient product supply strategies, including stocking proposals aligned with market needs.</li><li>Translate global trends and local insights into actionable strategies, focusing on customer needs and competition.</li><li>Lead the development and execution of business plans, ensuring alignment across teams and geographies.</li><li>Identify and support the assessment of M&amp;A target companies.</li></ul> Operational Excellence <ul><li>Manage P&amp;L for the assigned product portfolio in AMS, ensuring revenue growth and gross margin expansion.</li><li>Optimize product lines through rationalization and cost reduction programs.</li><li>Conduct financial analysis of the responsible product portfolio.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure Sales &amp; Operations Planning (S&amp;OP) aligns with organizational objectives.</li><li>Prepare and present regular reports on product range performance against key performance metrics (e.g., revenue growth, margin, new product sales).</li><li>Drive product acceptance and approval with all target customers.</li></ul> Market and Innovation Leadership <ul><li>Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback.</li><li>Drive new product developments, automation, and sustainability initiatives.</li><li>Identify and pursue business expansion opportunities, including FTAM expansion, M&amp;A, and strategic partnerships.</li><li>Conduct market research to define optimized pricing levels for new products.</li><li>Obtain and coordinate market/customer requirements through Voice of Customer (VOC) meetings.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: &nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Experience <ul><li>3+ years of experience in product management or business development.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.</li><li>Strong understanding of the global energy market, specifically power generation, distribution, and transmission.</li><li>Knowledge of the high-voltage market is a plus.</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking abilities.</li><li>Ability to work remotely, with occasional travel (up to 20% in LAM &amp; NAM regions).</li><li>Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.</li><li>Experience working within an international matrix organization.</li><li>Must be based in the United States.&nbsp;</li></ul>
