Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own the technical design and solution both for FSM Core and FSM Mobile</li><li>Own the solution functionality design as per approved demands, and translate those to IT functional and technical requirements</li><li>Defines the optimal configuration with maximal utilization of out-of-the-box functionality vs company -specific customization</li><li>Support in defining data model and controlling data integrity for the solutions</li><li>Support application support teams and company service management in problem management</li><li>Support FSM license management</li><li>Ensure that solution development is in line with business objectives, user needs, target architecture and IT standards &amp; frameworks</li><li>Ensure the solution documentation is always up-to-date</li><li>Understand the FSM solution big-picture and the target state and it’s role in IT landscape and service business processes.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>M.Sc. degree or equivalent</li><li>Professional experience of minimum 12 years in IT industry, with at least 8 years in Salesforce</li><li>Expertise and hands on experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning and Service Cloud products and their implementation</li><li>Expertise and hands on experience in custom mobile architectures</li><li>Good knowledge of handling &amp; simplifying Salesforce data integration designs with backend systems like SAP, IoT etc.</li><li>Salesforce App Builder and Developer certification(s). Other Salesforce certification(s) are an added advantage</li><li>Demonstrated track record of clear achievements from previous positions held</li><li>Experience in leadership and matrix organizations</li><li>Experience with supplier collaboration / collaboration with development partners</li><li>Experience in working in international environment with stakeholders distributed globally</li><li>Excellent stakeholders’ communication skills (both written and oral)</li><li>Excellent change management, analysis and problem solving skills</li><li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English</li></ul>
