Responsibilities: <ul><li>Strategy &amp; Pricing – You support the Senior RGM Manager in developing 1 to 3 year pricing/PPA goals and in creating innovation budgets. You drive pack pricing initiatives through competitive analysis and market research and evaluate implemented initiatives.</li><li>Trade Investments - Setting trade investment budgets and a list price strategy for the DACH region as part of annual business planning.</li><li>Innovation &amp; Insights – Evaluate potential innovations commercially, including pricing recommendations and go-to-market strategies. Participate in the implementation and use of RGM tools and functions.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>A strong commercial understanding paired with RGM knowledge from functions such as account management or revenue growth management.</li><li>You have successfully completed your studies in economics or a comparable qualification.</li><li>Through a collaborative mindset, you promote cross-functional collaboration for effective goal achievement.</li><li>The ability to work and think strategically and to consider long- and short-term perspectives when formulating solutions.</li><li>Ideally, knowledge of the German food retail sector and trading structures.</li><li>Advanced MS Office knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools such as Tableau/Power BI.</li><li>Ideally experience with Unify and/or Nielsen.</li><li>Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>Our Smart Grid/Grid Monitoring Solutions Product Management team is looking for a Product Specialist to help support the growth of smart grid solutions in the Americas market.&nbsp;</li><li>This role reports to the Product manager of Grid Solutions Americas Region and is under the Smart Grid /Grid Monitoring Solutions segment, Energy business unit.&nbsp;</li><li>This role’s goals will be aligned with the product management team goals. This role also works closely with sales, customer care, and manufacturing teams to provide overall product support to grow the product lines to help meet sales and profit targets of the business.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide technical and commercial support to internal (sales, product management production, and engineering) and external customers for all the Smart Grid/Grid Monitoring Solutions Products.</li><li>Interpret customers specifications to select or create the correct Smart Grid/Grid Monitoring Solutions Product for their application and provide technical product support.</li><li>Support developing specifications and sales support materials including but not limited to installation instructions, data sheets, cross references, etc.</li><li>Coordinate prototypes for testing with engineering and provide technical assistance to design feasibility and work with the Product Manager to make recommendations for necessary changes.</li><li>Manage new part number creation process for Smart Grid/Grid Monitoring Solutions Products.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with 3+ years experience in related and/or technical field</li><li>Experience in product management, technical support, manufacturing engineering, application engineering, and/or technical sales, preferred</li><li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams</li><li>Driven to identify and resolve issues</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Gather and Analyse consumer electronic end customers needs and Voice of Customer, identify product requirements and proposing solutions, plan and implement the changes to reach the project objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders on project management issues. Ensure products fully meet requirements and regulatory standards.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing, Electronics, Mechanicals, Industrial Engineering or equivalent</li><li>Proven experience in leading sizable product development projects, as a Project Manager or Program Manager.</li><li>Shown knowledge in Manufacturing Practices, Product Specification &amp; Process Manufacturing Standards, etc</li><li>Strong presentation skills and excellent command of English is a must.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Technical communication to customer, confirm customer application and technical requirement;</li><li>Translate customer’s requirement into engineering specification and provide new product design solution in time;</li><li>Responsible for part list/BOM building, 3D models and 2D drawings, GD&amp;T, product specifications, application specifications, DFMEA, DVPR, SC/CC list etc.</li><li>Lead the design review for compliance with engineering principles, high voltage standards, customer contract requirements, verification and related specifications;</li><li>Lead design review with cross functional teams to confirm the manufacturing and quality control feasibility;</li><li>Leads DV/PV test, responsible for resolving product design and test problems;</li><li>Responsible for FAI review, work with project team to release product in time.</li><li>Interacts with customers, vendors, marketing and sales personnel, and other engineering areas during the pre-production stages of new products.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor level degree majored in Engineering, or above;</li><li>More than 10 years mechanical design experience in Automotive industry. Independently new product development experience is plus.</li><li>Knowledge of connector fundamentals, capable of connector component and terminal design,&nbsp;</li><li>Familiar with GD&amp;T, mechanics of plastic/metal materials, and basic knowledge in injection molding, stamping.</li><li>Familiar with automotive product development, automotive products development process like APQP and PPAP.</li><li>Skilled in at least one 3D Software: Creo or Pro/E or Catia or UG. Mastery of office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.</li><li>Proficient in writing and reading English. Good Oral English is plus.</li><li>Good communication skills, High team work spirit and team work experience, ability to work with multicultural engineering teams and cross functional environments.</li><li>Effective problem solving skills, to be innovative, willingness/ability to deal with multiple product and assigned tasks.</li></ul>

Proficient at limit and fit analysis including statistical tolerance analysis.</li><li>Proficient in developing and writing design objectives for product specifications</li><li>In depth knowledge in manufacturing process (machining, molding, stamping, plating, assembly, etc.) with experience driving Design for Manufacturing (DFM)</li><li>Fluent in English (both verbal and written) to facilitate global communication both internally and with external customers.</li><li>Ability to work in a global environment – able to accommodate varying time zones and capable of collaborating with individuals across geographies.</li><li>Optimistic when facing difficulties and team work spirit;</li></ul>
