About role <ul><li>As a Manager, Embedded Software Engineering, you will be responsible for managing Platform developments requiring software development (embedded software, firmware) for the sensor products to grow the sensors portfolio serving the Industrial &amp; Medical markets.&nbsp;</li><li>This leader will build and lead a high-performing team of engineers that will engage with Global and Regional Engineering Teams in various Centers of Expertise all around the world.</li><li>The Manager, Embedded Software Engineering will engage and work with internal cross-functional engineering teams across the globe as well collaborate with internal and external technical partners of engineering teams/NPI teams. He/She will need to be comfortable, experienced, and adept working across time zones, geographical and organizational boundaries as well as ambiguity.</li><li>The Manager, Embedded Software Engineering will leverage a structured and systematic approach, applying best practices and Lean Product Development principles such as Front Loading, Risk Detection &amp; Countermeasures and Set Based Concurrent Engineering … all to ensure programs meet technical, performance &amp; product cost requirements, are completed on time and within the project budget.</li><li>The ideal candidate would be a highly experienced leader with vast experience developing and successfully delivering software in the industrial or medical markets, former Senior Design Engineer/Technologist, or a Senior Software Architect.&nbsp;</li><li>Also having experience of design for functional safety applications in Lean Product Development and DFSS frameworks, he/she can be proficient in IEC 61508 Functional Safety Standards. The Manager, Embedded Software Engineering, will bring know-how in CI/CD and highly efficient/automized agile developing processes&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Leading IMS Sensor software development team, mainly working on software architecture, System and Software Design, Software development, CI/CD and Testing. Analyzing and elicit stakeholder (internal/external) requirements to generate software requirement.</li><li>Leading all aspects of the software development life cycle:</li><li>Requirements capture</li><li>Feasibility study and architecture definition</li><li>Software design and implementation</li><li>Integration and unit/validation testing</li><li>Ensure the link between the SW architecture and the SW development</li><li>&nbsp;Facilitate collaboration with international development teams</li><li>Leader of the software project team to develop new products/processes using DFSS tools &amp; techniques and software metrics</li><li>He/She will have to perform architecture and requirement review, challenging their consistency, maturing change request, and analyzing their risks and impacts</li><li>Work with hardware and project team to propose the hardware / software roadmap for the future, enabling SIL and cost reduction. He/She will also work with test/qualification team to ensure all the defined software is well tracked and validated.</li><li>Work closely with software project management, product line engineering and quality teams.</li><li>Perform firmware safety-oriented analysis (IEC 61508)</li><li>Leverage structured new product development process and participate to stage gate frameworks</li><li>Anticipate and alleviate bottlenecks, identify and mitigate risks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs and be responsible to ensure every aspect of the project is properly and promptly executed.</li><li>Constantly assess what is working, what is not working, identify areas for improvement and consistently drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Continuous training of employees and drive the exchange of experience.</li><li>Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to team members creating a team mindset and culture that is aligned with our clients core values.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Above average engineering degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics/ Communication Engineering or related</li><li>12+ years of technical experience in delivering embedded software</li><li>Experience leading product development teams, ideally in cross-functional, multi-site environments and drive results in projects with multiple dependencies and constraints Excellent knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hands on experience in C/C++ programming and modern agile SW toolsets</li><li>Experience in Microcontroller based system development (using ARM based microcontrollers)</li><li>Experience in wireless protocols LoRaWAN or LPWAN, MQTT, ZigBee, Bluetooth 5.1 supporting BLE protocol and IoT infrastructure</li><li>Expertise in secured bootloader</li><li>Expertise in UML / SYSML using Enterprise Architect or MathWorks System Composer</li><li>Expertise in SW-DFMEA</li><li>Experience with secure and safe coding standards for C/C++ (CERT SEI / MISRA C, etc.)</li><li>Good knowledge of Key Peripherals: ADC, GPIO, SPI, I2C, UART, etc.</li><li>Good experience in application lifecycle management as CodeBeamer</li><li>Good experience in configuration management (Git / Gitlab)</li><li>Good experience in continuous integration and continuous testing</li><li>Good experience in Vectors tools: CANoe / CANalyser</li><li>HW skills: Able to read HW schematics</li><li>Good knowledge on Software / Hardware debugging tools, Oscilloscopes, JTAG, Logic Analyzers</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualification: <ul><li>Functional Safety (SIL) Knowledge and Expertise</li><li>Experience in sensor technology</li><li>DFSS certification</li><li>LEAN development experiences</li><li>Power Management knowledge</li><li>Unified Diagnostic Services (UDS) knowledge</li><li>Python coding knowledge</li></ul>&nbsp;Motivation/Culture Fit: <ul><li>Result driven</li><li>Problem solving</li><li>Clear and concise communication</li><li>Passion for technology and innovation</li><li>Cross-Team Collaboration</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own our clients strategy for the Focus Application – develop “where to play” and “how to win” plans by combining market and customer insights with knowledge of our clients product and go-to-market strengths.</li><li>Enhance application knowledge of our clients sales, product management, and engineering team members through Voice of Customer initiatives and market research. Disseminate insights widely in the company through engagement with stakeholders and creation of reusable training content.</li><li>Co-own (with sales) the customer strategy and revenue / new opportunity pipeline within the focus application. Drive pipeline growth in partnership with sales and marketing teams, through effective value proposition development and communication, and sales coverage planning and optimization.</li><li>Maximize opportunity pipeline conversion by participating in pipeline reviews, providing input into our clients major project proposals and quotes to enhance win rates, and supporting sales and product management team members with customer presentations for major opportunities.</li><li>Generate ideas for enhancing our clients value proposition in the target application through Product Portfolio expansion.</li><li>Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams on portfolio expansion through New Product Introduction, Strategic Partnerships, or Acquisitions</li><li>Plan and execute external and internal ideation/innovation workshops to enhance application-specific product roadmaps.</li><li>Partner with marketing communications team to develop and execute ideas that position our client as a leader and trusted advisor to customers, through content such as whitepapers, webinars, tradeshows, and other technical marketing content.</li><li>Generate market knowledge and insights, including products, competitors, market trends, technology roadmaps and regulations.</li><li>Keep key stakeholders, including executive management, updated on these trends on an ongoing basis. Use the insights to develop actionable growth and market share expansion plans.</li><li>Be the “champion” for the focus application. Be the recognized “expert” and “leader” who sets the direction, and makes things happen to win in the focus application.</li><li>Deliver growth plans that cover both strategic (setting the long-term trajectory) and tactical (translating into 6-12 months action plans) horizons. Lead the implementation and execution of those plans.</li><li>Work closely with leadership to ensure that application plans are aligned with regional commercial plans, sales planning and our clients strategic objectives / key initiatives.</li></ul> Key objectives: <ul><li>Strategic projects to win in the focus application, including application roadmaps and plans for portfolio expansion into product adjacencies through partnerships / acquisitions.</li><li>Number and quality of joint product &amp; technology roadmaps with leading customers.</li><li>Commercial pipeline, and conversion.</li><li>Long-term revenue growth above the market growth rate.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 10+ years of experience in strategy, industry marketing, or product management role in relevant industries. Deep knowledge and expertise in one or more of the focus applications.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, science or Engineering from a leading institution is required.</li><li>Demonstrated success with key marketing processes (e.g. market segmentation, strategic planning, competitive analysis, market research, new product development and launch, strategic marketing etc.)</li><li>Strong teamwork and leadership skills – success in delivering results in cross-functional, non-hierarchical, and cross-cultural environments. Ability to work effectively with and influence individuals at all organization levels.</li><li>Substantial project management experience in large, complex, global organizations.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills – ability to convey messages concisely in both text format and presentation format to busy executives.</li><li>Willingness to travel (up to 20%) to our clients locations, attending industry conferences, visiting customers etc.</li><li>Professional working proficiency in English required.</li></ul>

Responsibilities : <ul><li>Set-up a range of 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC machine tools by installing and adjusting work holding devices, tooling, spindle liners and bar feeders.</li><li>Operate a range of 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC machine tools, ensuring that machine down time is minimised.</li><li>Verify programs and settings using a range of measuring equipment on first articles and apply appropriate adjustments and program modifications.</li><li>Ensure component compliance in accordance with engineering drawings and quality procedures using a range of inspection equipment.</li><li>Record daily operations on machine tools and provide operational equipment effectiveness (OEE) results daily.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement activities within the department. Improving processes and applying tools and methods from the our client site plan.</li><li>Maintain and improve time standards.</li><li>Ensure that daily maintenance is carried out as required.</li><li>Maintain a high level of housekeeping.</li><li>Observe health and safety regulations as laid down in company procedures and government legislation.</li><li>Adhere to company procedure at all times.</li><li>To support with any other ad-hoc tasks where required</li><li>To carry out any other reasonable tasks as may be requested from time to time by the business within Production or elsewhere as may be required.</li></ul> Requirements : <ul><li>Time served apprentice with C&amp;G/NVQ or equivalent in mechanical engineering discipline.</li><li>Experience working on alternating early/late shifts with minimal supervision.</li><li>Experience setting and operating 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC machine tools.</li><li>Experience of Fanuc, Citizen and Mazatrol is desirable.</li><li>Ability to interpret engineering drawings.</li><li>Experience using a range of measurement equipment.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all our client policies and procedures, EHS and safety first together with delivering exception ECE.</li><li>Driving and encouraging the values and key behaviours in all actions</li><li>Highest level of accuracy/attention to detail, to ensure standards of work are exemplary with minimal defect.</li><li>Organized and self-motivated to work with minimal supervision.</li><li>Demonstrate initiative, flexibility and willingness to take on additional tasks and responsibility in an efficient manner.</li><li>Excellent communication at all levels both internally and externally.</li><li>Fully flexible with tasks and the ability to multi-skill.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>VAVENPI project mold to complete the sampling work and make FSR samples</li><li>Analyze abnormal molds in the process of mold sampling, summarize improvement plans, and make suggestions</li><li>Improvement of abnormal quality process and mold, optimization of common defects of products (short shot, bubbles, burns, weld marks, burrs, size)</li><li>Be able to provide repair solutions for abnormal problems according to the on-site production status, and assist in mold maintenance</li><li>53P standard molding parameter table production</li><li>Assist the team with difficult problems to troubleshoot and solve difficult problems</li><li>Experiment, promotion and application of new injection molding technology</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>More than 5 years of relevant work experience as an injection molding process engineer;</li><li>Master the production and process of injection molding products, and master the injection molding process of connectors;</li><li>Proficient in the material characteristics and processing parameters of plastics;</li><li>Master the principle, structure, function and maintenance of injection molds, and have the ability to assemble and repair conventional molds;</li><li>Familiar with the overall development process and acceptance process of injection mold trial production; Summarize according to the mold test problems and maintenance plans;</li><li>Able to operate Sumitomo, Fanuc injection molding machines and peripheral equipment;</li><li>Master the ability to find the best process through the waveform analysis of the injection molding machine, and set the process parameters of the best molding cycle and the best product rate;</li></ul>
