Responsibilities: Quality Documents Preparation and Revise. DQIP, Workmanship, Control Plan: <ul><li>Identify the key process basing on quality control and assure process quality.</li><li>Prepare DQIP, workmanship and Control Plan, and quality control document according to procedure.</li></ul> Setup &amp;F AAR: <ul><li>Basing on product, Process and procedure, review and approve Setup and FAAR report.</li></ul> MSA (GRR),gage: <ul><li>Do assessment on product and measurement tool, prepare MSA (GRR) report. Calibrate the inspection equipment as gage and process inspection machine to assure the efficiency.</li></ul> PFMEA: <ul><li>Assure the process risk control basing on efficient PFMEA.</li></ul> NCR &amp; QA instruction : <ul><li>NCR&amp; QA instruction prepare and confirmation, assure the good control on non confirming parts.</li></ul> Customer Quality: <ul><li>Fast response for customer complaints to drive customer satisfaction</li><li>Drive internal improvement and expansion based on customer complaints</li><li>8D CHS</li><li>8D report prepare and CHS system handling</li></ul> Process Improvement: <ul><li>In association with engineering department and production department to identify and analyze problems of production process, find out the root cause of failures</li><li>Do process capability analysis and defect statistic analysis, to increasing the product &amp; process quality</li><li>NPI product and process study to assure the NPI goes well on quality control.</li><li>Engage process improvement, confirm implementing and tracking effects and results</li></ul> Training: <ul><li>Providing practical training to QC and operators</li><li>Quality Improvement Summary and Sharing</li></ul> Requirements: Education,Technical Qualification &amp; Experience: <ul><li>Bachelor degree in technical or related major.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 1 year working experience in Quality management， connector working experience preferred.</li><li>English can be working language</li><li>MSA, SPC, FACA</li><li>Familiar with quality management tools, such as MSA, SPC, FACA etc</li></ul> Personal Attributes &amp; Competencies: <ul><li>Integrity; Accountability; Communication; Outgoing.</li><li>Good capability of logical thinking, self-study and independent problem solving</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>End to end connector manufacturing process development (From raw material to components process and to final assemblies), overall manufacturing process owner, guiding team for the best manufacturable process &amp; the best cost process development.</li><li>Concept design &amp; proofing for overall assembly process and tooling, Process development DOE.</li><li>Technical leader and trouble shooter from LVM to HVM in process development, tooling design &amp; qualification, issue finding and problem solving</li><li>Platforming manufacturing process development.</li><li>Provide detail process definition and requirements to automation team for Auto MC development</li><li>Challenge product design for manufacturability and cost feasibility.</li><li>Launch product at rate through FACA/QCPA tools (yield, CPK, OEE…)</li><li>Launch product on time with cross function team.</li><li>Process documentation (DFM，FMEAs, WI, FACA/QCPC…)</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor or above degree in mechanical engineering or related background.</li><li>5+ yrs. in high precision connector assembly process development or automation development.</li><li>Data oriented issue finding and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Rich shopfloor hand on experience.</li><li>Sensitive on product cost, know how to drive cost through manufacturing process development &amp; design optimization.</li><li>Fluent in using of basic process development related tools like DFM, PFMEA，DOE，FAA, CTAR， CAD，Pro E</li><li>Knowledge of quality control and quality issue analysis and improvement</li><li>Good teamwork and communication skills。</li><li>Fluent in written and Spoken English.</li><li>Overseas working experience is a plus.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Non-standard automatic equipment design and development, execute machine mechanism detail design and drawing, build, and execute automation design standard.</li><li>Handle machine or auto assembly line establish by external automation suppliers.</li><li>Platforming manufacturing process development.</li><li>Challenge product design for manufacturability and cost feasibility.</li><li>Launch product at rate through FACA/QCPA tools (yield, CPK, OEE…)</li><li>Launch product on time with cross function team.</li><li>Process documentation (DFM，FMEAs, WI, FACA/QCPC…)</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor or above degree in mechanical engineering or related background.</li><li>5+ years automation design/development knowledge / experience. Can complete machine mechanism design independently.</li><li>Familiar with mechanical, pneumatic, servo component selection; Understand machining principle of precision parts well.</li><li>Familiar with Creo or SolidWorks or AutoCAD design software</li><li>Data oriented issue finding and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of quality control and quality issue analysis and improvement</li><li>Fluent in using of basic process development related tools like DFM, PFMEA，DOE，FAA, CTAR</li><li>Good logical thinking, teamwork, and innovation consciousness; powerful sense of responsibility。</li><li>Fluent in written and Spoken English.</li><li>Oversea working experience is a plus.</li></ul>

Job Summary: <ul><li>Design and develop manufacturing process, tool, fixture and related equipment for cable assembly as project schedule with the objective of ensuring the whole manufacturing process is competitive and meet cost target within the direction of department manager and project manager.&nbsp;</li><li>Design and develop manufacturing process for new project/product, meet CoPQ and delivery target.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Manufacturing Process Development: <ul><li>Define, review and confirm the entire manufacturing process from start to finish.</li><li>Coordinate Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review, and initiate Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) with core team members.</li><li>Prepare documentations and process specifications for production.</li><li>Lead team in identification, tracking and resolution of engineering issues using the Failure Analysis and Corrective Action (FACA) form.</li><li>Continuous manufacturing process improvement with company OA tools for cost reduction.</li></ul> Assembly Tool, Fixture and Equipment Development: <ul><li>Evaluate new tool, fixture, and equipment demand/cost for new projects.</li><li>Design and review the tool, fixture and equipment with core team members meeting company engineering and EHS requirement.&nbsp;</li><li>Upload all tooling prints to company data management system(DM.TEC, PDMLink, etc.)</li><li>Discuss and review details of tool/fixture/equipment with outside supplier.</li><li>Follow up the purchasing process to fabricate new tool/fixture/equipment.</li></ul> Qualification for Manufacturing process, Tool, Fixture, and Equipment: <ul><li>Condition all tool, fixture and equipment, lead the tool/fixture/equipment qualification by running samples or LVM.&nbsp;</li><li>Follow up the documentations for qualification, using company standard format and follow up the approval.</li><li>Coordinate pilot run for new products and solve engineering issues, make sure the manufacturing process capability meet engineering, quality and customer requirement.</li></ul> Technician Guidance: <ul><li>Coach, train and develop operator and technician in order to ensure their technique could be succeed and get continuous upgraded.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor degree or above. Mechanism engineering related background.&nbsp;</li><li>5 years’ working experiences in related field.</li><li>Good coordination and communication skill, accountability, integrity, customer focus.</li></ul>
