Responsibilities: <ul><li>Experience in IT, with at least 5 years in Intune and EUC management.</li><li>Strong expertise in managing Windows and Mac devices in hybrid and cloud environments.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools.</li><li>Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).</li><li>Familiarity with EUC tools and platforms like Jamf for Mac device management.</li><li>Solid understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards.</li></ul> Microsoft Intune Management: <ul><li>Act as the primary owner for Microsoft Intune, managing its implementation, configuration, and optimization.</li><li>Design and enforce policies for device compliance, security, and conditional access for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.</li><li>Oversee app lifecycle management, including deployment, updates, and retirement.</li></ul> EUC Leadership: <ul><li>Lead the EUC team to deliver high-quality end-user device management services across the organization.</li><li>Define and implement strategies to enhance user productivity and experience while maintaining security and compliance.</li><li>Collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams to align EUC solutions with organizational goals.</li></ul> Endpoint Lifecycle Management: <ul><li>Manage the full lifecycle of endpoints, including provisioning, patching, monitoring, and decommissioning.</li><li>Leverage automation tools and scripts (e.g., PowerShell) to streamline endpoint management processes.</li><li>Ensure seamless device onboarding for both Windows and Mac environments.</li></ul> Security and Compliance: <ul><li>Implement and manage security baselines, encryption, and data protection policies for all endpoints.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards such as GDPR, ISO, and other relevant regulations.</li><li>Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments for endpoint devices.</li></ul> Continuous Improvement: <ul><li>Stay updated on the latest developments in Intune, EUC technologies, and device management trends.</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the performance, reliability, and security of EUC solutions.</li><li>Lead efforts to modernize the EUC environment, including adopting zero-trust principles and cloud-based solutions.</li></ul> Team Leadership and Support: <ul><li>Provide mentorship and guidance to EUC team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.</li><li>Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues related to Intune and EUC.</li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, processes, and user guides.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree in IT or related field.</li><li>8 to 10 years’ working experience in IT companies with 5 years in Intune and EUC management.</li><li>Strong track record of managing EUC environment and executing projects.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Goal Setting <ul><li>Production area Key performance setting base on Quality strategy</li><li>To let each engineer clear understand own KPI and dedicate to quality improvement toward to corporate strategy</li></ul> Customer Complaint handling <ul><li>Review 8D report, monitor customer complaint quantity, response time, 8D score, and improvement effectiveness.</li><li>To improve customer satisfaction and compliance the strategy to ECE</li></ul> COPQ Reduction <ul><li>Direct and support to analysis the production data, find the quality improvement opportunity and lead team to determine the actions, follow up and verify the improvement result, take</li><li>reaction base on the actual result.</li><li>To control scrap cost and continue improvement process quality to contribute cost saving.</li></ul> CIP <ul><li>Review historical data to identify CIP projects, and follow up the progress.</li><li>To continual reduce COPQ and prevent customer complaint as well as efficiency improvement.</li></ul> Audit supports <ul><li>Coordinate and support external and internal audits, communicate about audit findings and lead the corrective actions where appropriate to ensure that audits are completed in a timely</li><li>manner</li></ul> People Management <ul><li>Allocate work across direct reports; monitor and review their performance; mentor, coach and motivate them; and help resolve people/functional issues to achieve the targeted team</li><li>performance and retain talent</li></ul> Lesson learn <ul><li>Share experience with team to prevent potential quality risk.</li></ul> Requirements: Education:&nbsp; <ul><li>Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics or relevant&nbsp;</li></ul> Qualification &amp; Certification: <ul><li>APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA certification;</li></ul> Experience: <ul><li>More than 5 years of working experience in quality process management, Automotive experience must be.&nbsp;</li></ul> Technical Skill &amp; Competencies: <ul><li>Master APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA,8D.&nbsp;</li><li>Process audit and product audit skills</li><li>Familiar with ISO9001, IATF16949</li><li>Familiar with 8D method</li><li>Familiar with special characteristic symbol requirements</li><li>Proficient in written and oral English</li><li>Good communication skill, integrity, accountability, logical, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure</li><li>Good interpersonal skill</li></ul>
