Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own our clients strategy for the Focus Application – develop “where to play” and “how to win” plans by combining market and customer insights with knowledge of our clients product and go-to-market strengths.</li><li>Enhance application knowledge of our clients sales, product management, and engineering team members through Voice of Customer initiatives and market research. Drive pipeline growth in partnership with sales and marketing teams, through effective value proposition development and communication, and sales coverage planning and optimization.</li><li>Maximize opportunity pipeline conversion by participating in pipeline reviews, providing input into our clients major project proposals and quotes to enhance win rates, and supporting sales and product management team members with customer presentations for major opportunities.</li><li>Generate ideas for enhancing our clients value proposition in the target application through Product Portfolio expansion.</li><li>Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams on portfolio expansion through New Product Introduction, Strategic Partnerships, or Acquisitions</li><li>Plan and execute external and internal ideation/innovation workshops to enhance application-specific product roadmaps.</li><li>Partner with marketing communications team to develop and execute ideas that position our client as a leader and trusted advisor to customers, through content such as whitepapers, webinars, tradeshows, and other technical marketing content.</li><li>Generate market knowledge and insights, including products, competitors, market trends, technology roadmaps and regulations.</li><li>Keep key stakeholders, including executive management, updated on these trends on an ongoing basis. Use the insights to develop actionable growth and market share expansion plans.</li><li>Be the “champion” for the focus application. Be the recognized “expert” and “leader” who sets the direction, and makes things happen to win in the focus application.</li><li>Deliver growth plans that cover both strategic (setting the long-term trajectory) and tactical (translating into 6-12 months action plans) horizons. Lead the implementation and execution of those plans.</li><li>Work closely with leadership to ensure that application plans are aligned with regional commercial plans, sales planning and our clients strategic objectives / key initiatives.</li></ul> Key objectives <ul><li>Strategic projects to win in the focus application, including application roadmaps and plans for portfolio expansion into product adjacencies through partnerships / acquisitions.</li><li>Number and quality of joint product &amp; technology roadmaps with leading customers.</li><li>Commercial pipeline, and conversion.</li><li>Long-term revenue growth above the market growth rate.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 10+ years of experience in strategy, industry marketing, or product management role in relevant industries. Role Description: <ul><li>The AD&amp;M business unit is seeking a Product Data Manager to document and improve SAP Master Data</li><li>across the areas of Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality and Plant Sap data.&nbsp;</li><li>This role will create Current State SAP Data Map, propose solutions including required resources and document Future State and associated Standard Work.&nbsp;</li><li>Ultimately this role will be responsible for Managing all Manufacturing SAP data.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Creation of Current State Map for each Plant, including how critical data is entered and by whom.</li><li>Create a Future State Map that identifies Best Practices for methods of entry and maintenance.</li><li>Define Resource Plan required to Execute and Maintain Future State Solution.</li><li>Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality and Plant Engineering Functions to ensure timely and accurate data.</li><li>Champion process and procedure changes through Lean activities to effect improvements in Data Integrity, Business Process throughput and data error proofing.</li><li>Develop and Mentor a team of Engineers, in all of the before mentioned activities.</li><li>Assist in ERP system data accuracy including but not limited to: routers, Bills of material, item master data, to enable flawless execution of production.</li><li>Work with other disciplines within the plant to maintain accurate specifications and documentation to support new product introduction</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience</li><li>8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment supporting SAP systems.</li><li>Individual should be a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast change, high paced environment</li><li>Must have experience with SAP system set up and use.</li><li>This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).&nbsp;</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident.&nbsp;</li></ul>
