Use established EHS data processes such as Velocity to manage data such as injuries and illnesses, environmental metrics, risk assessments, EHS action items and other pertinent information.</li><li>Working with Construction project management team to develop management of change program at construction site.</li><li>For example, design change may trigger additional actions for safety, or to monitor and follow EHS law and regulatory revisions and report to EHS manager and Project Manager for actions required.</li><li>Training shall be delivered to leaders of project team, PM and GC about related safety alerts, new specifications and requirement from company, etc.</li><li>Work with site EHS leader and Construction Project Manager to prepare, submit and disseminate information in compliance with regulatory agencies in order to ensure timely submittals.</li><li>Work with Project and Construction Management team to ensure that all key EHS operational controls are in place and that EHS action items are resolved on a timely basis.</li><li>Strict Supervision of all contractor activities with PM in order to ensure compliance with EHS Work Permit.</li><li>Ensure emergency preparedness is in place, e.g. Construction Emergency Response Team ready to deploy in the events of fire, earthquake and strong typhoon.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>College degree, major in Environmental, Safety, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or relevant.</li><li>5 years minimum as manager or can consider 10 years as safety supervisor / senior engineer.</li><li>Actual experience as Safety Officer or Pollution Control Officer role is an advantage.</li><li>Experience in working with multinational company local or in abroad.</li><li>Comfortable to Speak and write English to all level of organization.</li><li>Demonstrated ability in conducting EH&amp;S audits and inspections.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>Assistant Manager, Finance and Accounting, IndiaOver</li><li>The Assistant Accounting Manager, India is the key Finance &amp; Accounting contact for all operations in India.&nbsp;</li><li>Key responsibilities will include compliance with all local financial regulation, preparation and delivery of the&nbsp;statutory accounts for the India entity, filing of VAT submissions, income tax filings, managing statutory and&nbsp;other audits etc.</li><li>This role will be based in India, and will report directly to the Controller, EMEA and Asia/Pacific&nbsp;Regions</li><li>The Assistant Accounting Manager will also be responsible for all contacts with local authorities, both for Finance as&nbsp;well as tax matters and other (statistical/Central bank reporting etc).</li><li>He/she will work in close collaboration with the&nbsp;external auditors and the tax team to this effect but will also have a direct connect with the Finance&nbsp;</li><li>Organization including treasury and AR/AP support where necessary.</li><li>With a sound understanding of the local entity underlying business, he/she will support an effective control environment and have a key role in the delivery of all controllership activities relative to the legal entity under his/her responsibility.</li><li>This includes Financial Accounting, Reporting and InternalControls.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Main country contact for Finance and Accounting in India</li><li>Key business partner for regional leadership where necessary</li><li>Main contact to local authorities re. different financial matters, including tax and treasury related matters.</li><li>Support the Finance organization during month-end closing activities</li><li>Analysis of Balance Sheet and Income Statement for entities under responsibility</li><li>Other compliance matters (e.g. Statistical/Central bank reporting)</li><li>Provide support for accounting matters related to projects with implications for the entities under responsibility</li><li>Support execution and maintenance of effective Internal Controls in line with the internal policies</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance</li><li>5+ years of progressive accounting experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of statuary tax fillings and financial reporting requirements</li><li>Experience working in a manufacturing or chemical industry preferred</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP software (S4 HANA)</li><li>Based in Vadodara, Gujarat&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Development Strategy:&nbsp; <ul><li>You will own the development strategy for the UK onshore pipeline, establishing a clear and competitive approach to sourcing and developing future projects, positioning the business to maximize value through a strategic framework that anticipates both market opportunities and challenges.</li></ul> Project Sponsorship and Accountability:&nbsp; <ul><li>As the project sponsor, you will hold commercial and financial accountability for all UK onshore wind projects, overseeing them from inception to completion.</li></ul> Business Development and M&amp;A:&nbsp; <ul><li>Beyond organic project growth, you’ll actively seek partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions to strengthen the project portfolio. You’ll represent the UK Onshore Wind business on industry bodies across the UK and be a primary advocate for our interests in the market.</li></ul> Cross-Functional Collaboration:&nbsp; <ul><li>You’ll work closely with teams across other regions, including Sweden, the Netherlands, and Germany, promoting best practices and effective, streamlined ways of working. </li><li>You will also coordinate with the Solar &amp; Batteries business to maximize integrated project development opportunities.</li></ul> Team Leadership:&nbsp; <ul><li>Leading a team of around 15 professionals, you will manage Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Stakeholder Managers, and Coordinators, focusing on recruitment, team growth, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.</li></ul> Travel:&nbsp; <ul><li>This role requires regular business travel within the UK and internationally.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a leader in renewable energy, ideally in onshore wind development and within an international organization.</li><li>Strong drive and motivation, with a balanced focus on people and business.</li><li>A commercial mindset, always seeking improvements and efficiencies.</li><li>Proficiency in communication and influencing, both internally and externally.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage strategic, complex issues and negotiations.</li><li>Strong commitment to health and safety values.</li><li>Reporting Line</li><li>The Head of UK Onshore Development reports to the Director of Development Onshore in Business Area Wind and is a member of the Development Onshore Management Team.</li></ul>
