Responsibilities: Sales Activities: <ul><li>Propose and implement annual sales plan (TERP target, billing target, market share, product portfolio expansion, new project etc.) on the dedicated key accounts; conduct analysis to identify customer needs and content per car increase</li><li>Promote products to customers based on their enquiries and requirements to earn sales orders; convince customers to accept contract trade terms, pricing and obtain change approval from Key Account Manager and Sales manager in order to achieve billing targets and increase market share.</li><li>Create and maintain relationship with existing customers; coordinate communications between customer and internal departments in order to maintain customer satisfaction and develop new sales.</li><li>Take care of the offer and negotiation with customer.</li><li>Reach the defined project target (quality, capacity, timing, cost).</li><li>Solve problems and work on profit improvement, handle technical changes.</li></ul> Marketing Activities: <ul><li>Maintain general market awareness; gather customers and competitor information; learn and study market trends; and prepare reports in order to increase market share and develop expansion plan.</li><li>Coordinate with Marcom to organize marketing events and send catalogues and promotion materials to customers in order to promote TE Auto products and corporate branding.</li><li>Customer Relationship Development and Maintenance. Role Description:The Marketing Assistant role plays a pivotal role in Europe and Pacific Developed markets (EPDM) zone team. The position lies within the Growth HQ of the EPDM Zone and is located in our office in London.The position reports into the Brand Lead for EPDM. This position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals currently serving in marketing assistant or coordination roles. The primary focus of the role will be on the Heinz brand, with additional responsibilities extending to support other growth brands such as Tingly Ted’s. As a Marketing Assistant you would be working alongside brand marketing, category and insight teams, ensuring successful delivery of budget forecasts, leading day-to-day team organisation, and supporting teams on big bet initiatives. Responsibilities:Brand budgets ownership: full management of collective EPDM budgets, ensuring the successful delivery of budget forecast and supplier payments. This includes raising purchase orders on behalf of the team, and managing approvals and invoice queries. Budget reporting and analysis: monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis of team budget trackers to senior leadership. Vendor system management: work closely with the procurement team to set up new vendors, including contract & system registration and renewal. Administrative & organisation: efficiently and autonomously handle day-to-day team administrative & organisational tasks. This can include registering external visitors to the office, arranging couriers, placing sample orders, and organising team events. Support marketing team: work in partnership with the marketing teams to execute marketing plans for new launches and campaigns. Tasks can include leading internal launches, eventing, and presenting to senior management. Requirements:Competent in Microsoft Excel, ability to use most common formulas and functions (SUM, Average, VLookup, Count and IF), create charts and graphs, and use data tools to add filters and complex sorts to a spreadsheet.
