Responsibilities: Safety and Quality: <ul><li>Proactively drive outstanding performance in Safety and Quality in Delivery Operations</li><li>Responsible for driving a culture of Safety and Quality throughout the organization</li></ul> Customers: <ul><li>Establish and promote service-minded culture and outside-in thinking in Delivery Operations</li><li>Capture and feed Voice of Customer throughout Delivery Operations</li><li>Ensure customer-centricity in all projects by understanding and serving customer needs and proactive communication throughout the project (i.e., transparency, flexibility, and dependability</li></ul> Management and people development: <ul><li>Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to develop and implement a strategy for Delivery Operations that align with the organization’s overall vision</li><li>and its current and long-term business objectives&nbsp;</li><li>Lead, evaluate, and develop the operations team(s) and professionals to achieve the established budget, safety, quality and customer satisfaction goals. Identify and address</li><li>competence development needs for Delivery Operations managers, project managers, supervisors and support functions Installation</li><li>Drive efficient, safe, and high-quality installation operations in line with company method</li><li>Ensure quality of resourcing and manage Installation capacity and competences</li></ul> Project Management: <ul><li>Ensure that company adds value to customers’ projects with seamless and reliable project delivery</li><li>Drive proactive identification and execution of value-add services and change order opportunities</li><li>Drive profitable, reliable and efficient project management practices in line with company met</li><li>Manage and develop required project management competences</li></ul> Delivery Operations management: <ul><li>Own company Way Delivery Operating model in the Unit</li><li>Ensure solid cross-functional Sales &amp; Operations Planning</li><li>Drive high-quality order book management (scheduling and revenue/cost forecasting)</li><li>Actively improve Sourcing &amp; Logistics performance with respective functions</li><li>Actively drive good co-operation, alignment and synchronization with relevant Supply Units</li></ul> Business performance: <ul><li>Set targets for Delivery Operations, follow business performance and give actionable feedback based on business metrics</li><li>Constantly identify gaps and improvement opportunities in sales volume, CMII and costs, and drive actions to improve business line performance</li><li>Establish operating budgets and monitor customer service, safety, quality and financial performance to optimize resources and priorities investments</li><li>Ensure effective deployment and benefit realization of company Way and local initiative</li><li>Provide input and feedback about changes needed to company Way</li></ul> Other <ul><li>May have the responsibility of Frontline Customer Solutions Engineering operations</li><li>May have the responsibility of Frontline Quality &amp; Environment operations</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related disciplines.</li><li>Have a good understanding about escalator and elevators.</li><li>Excellent in leadership management.</li><li>Good command of English.</li><li>Proven track record of P&amp;L, business planning &amp; controlling, budgeting and long term planning processes.</li></ul>
