Role Overview: <ul><li>As the Head of Sales for Modernization Business, you will lead a talented sales team to achieve ambitious targets by developing and coaching team members, setting both short- and long-term goals, and building lasting customer relationships. </li><li>You’ll drive proactive engagement, solution-based selling, and strategic market development, helping our client to elevate its impact in Dubai - UAE.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management: <ul><li>Shape and grow our market presence, expanding our customer base through proactive engagement.</li><li>Lead solution-driven selling to address various customer needs across different segments, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction.</li><li>Strategically manage top-tier customer relationships, identifying key influencers and decision-makers to build strong partnerships.</li><li>Ensures the development of customer relationships, profitability, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.</li></ul>&nbsp;Plan sales, manage pricing and offering: <ul><li>Oversee and craft regional and individual sales plans to align with market potential and strategic goals.</li><li>Leverage market insights and pricing strategies to enhance profitability, balancing growth with competitive pricing.</li><li>Identify cross-selling opportunities for all solutions, driving a holistic approach to sales.</li></ul>&nbsp;Manage Sales Funnel: <ul><li>Lead and optimize the sales process, including CRM data quality, opportunity management, and comprehensive reporting.</li><li>Set achievable, strategic targets, focusing on customer analysis and tailored value propositions.</li><li>Manage tender approvals and pricing strategies while using global tools to drive local success.</li><li>Accountable for ensuring results within orders, contracts, profitability, and market price development</li></ul>&nbsp;Leadership / People management: <ul><li>Leads the sales team to be proactive with customers, to use solution selling methodology, and to communicate the value of solutions to customers’ performance</li><li>Coaches the team members to achieve better results through constant one-to-one dialogues and sharing of best practices</li><li>Manages the performance of the team and ensures adequate resources to achieve short and long-term targets</li><li>Develops the competencies of the sales team</li><li>Motivates &amp; inspires the team &amp; individual to high performance</li><li>Ensures a great onboarding experience for new employees on the team.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Industry Expertise: Over 10 years of sales experience within the Elevator Industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.</li><li>Leadership Excellence: Proven skills in leading and inspiring teams to achieve high performance.</li><li>Sales Mastery: Deep understanding of the sales cycle, customer purchasing strategies, negotiation, reporting, and funnel management.</li><li>Business Savvy: Strong foundation in business planning, performance control, and strategic thinking.</li><li>Service-Oriented: Commitment to delivering exceptional service and understanding customer needs.</li><li>Digital Forward: Embraces digital solutions and innovation to drive growth and efficiency.</li><li>Change Management: Skilled in guiding teams and clients through change.</li><li>Data-Driven Decision-Maker: Confident with numbers, leads by metrics and facts, relies on sales analytics, and strategically captures value through smart pricing.</li><li>Customer Relationship Expertise: Strong background in CRM, dedicated to building and maintaining impactful client relationships.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Audit Support: <ul><li>As part of the Annual Financial (external) audit process, the accounting department is requested by our external auditor to provide supporting documentation and audit evidence. In this role you are responsible for</li><li>preparation of audit schedules and collection of the supporting documents.</li></ul> Depending on the region (APR/EMEA) the audit support can include, but is not limited to: <ul><li>Collecting supporting documentation for the Order to Cash Process and the Procure to Pay Process.</li><li>Maintaining overview of the status of the requested supporting documentation and follow up on outstanding documents.</li><li>Reporting progress of the requested supporting documentation and escalate issues, to the accounting teams in EMEA and APR.</li><li>Liaise with and escalate to, in case of missing documents, with the logistics and customer services department in EMEA and APR.&nbsp;</li></ul> Accounting Support: <ul><li>Responsible for running repetitive transactions with some guidance, across a large number of legal entities, potentially regionally independent</li><li>Preparation and maintenance of assigned balance sheet accounts</li><li>Manage cash clearing and other in transit accounts</li><li>Preparation of accounts reconciliations</li><li>Calculation and preparation of standard and ad hoc journal entries such as , but not limited to accruals and prepayments</li><li>Any other transactional accounting tasks</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting.</li><li>Looking for a candidate with minimum 2 - 5 years of accounting or auditing experience within a multinational company.</li><li>User knowledge of PC based and mainframe computer systems, preferably SAP R3 and Microsoft office.</li><li>Fluent in English both written and spoken.</li><li>Good interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>A team player, being able to work independently, accurately and with tight deadlines.</li><li>Possess analytical and problem-solving skill sets, including the capacity to apply analyze accounting process for improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Has a "can-do" attitude, pro-active, flexible mind-set.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Proactively drives outstanding performance in Safety and Quality in Delivery Operations</li><li>Responsible for driving a culture of Safety and Quality throughout the organization</li><li>Accountable for the use of correct installation methods and tools by the installation team, and for proper risk assessment for parts of installation where method is not feasible</li><li>Establishes and promotes service-minded culture and outside-in thinking in Delivery Operations</li><li>Captures and feeds Voice of Customer throughout Delivery Operations</li><li>Manages customer disputes and escalations, and tracks NPI and transactional survey feedback</li><li>Leads, evaluates, and develops his/her operations team and professionals to achieve the established safety, quality, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals. Identifies and address competence development needs for project management and installation.</li><li>Accountable for his/her Delivery Operations team’s adherence to Company’s Way and standard ways of working requirements&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Sets individual targets and actions together with his/her team members using data and KPI’s to achieve the set objectives, as well as to identify waste, find root causes, and continually improve standard ways of working</li><li>Regularly performs Gemba walks on site and/or process audits to understand how Delivery Operations happen on site level, assesses deviations from standard ways of working (installation methods, safety policies and Way/Frontline processes), and allocates improvement opportunities to the team members</li><li>Ensures every member of the team follows standard ways of working</li><li>Drives efficient, safe, and high-quality installation operations in line with regulatory and methods, requirements, and site management practices</li><li>Responsible for Installation capacity planning</li><li>Accountable for optimized resource utilization (people and tools)&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that adds value to customers’ projects with seamless and reliable project delivery and proactive communication</li><li>Drives proactive, profitable, reliable, and efficient project management practices in line with methods.</li><li>Key responsibility will be overseeing all new business projects for UAE.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Safety and quality management</li><li>Revenue recognition and relevant financial understanding</li><li>Customer relationship management</li><li>Installation portfolio management</li><li>Project management</li><li>Forecasting and capacity planning</li><li>Managing performance&nbsp;</li><li>Basic knowledge of installation methods</li><li>Understanding of relevant laws, standards, norms and other requirements</li><li>General contractual understanding</li><li>Basic construction industry and building system knowledge</li><li>Change management, coaching and training skills</li><li>Subcontractor management</li><li>Lean fundamentals, lean thinking and continual improvement competence</li><li>Educational qualifications: Engineering background.&nbsp;</li><li>English (Practitioner), Arabic Language preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in leading people and leading managers (Operations Managers).&nbsp;</li><li>PMP certification would be an added advantage.&nbsp;</li></ul>
