Responsibilities: <ul><li>Offering Enhanced Solution Delivery to Process Automation, Power Transmission &amp; Distribution, and Power Generation industries helping customers jumpstart to digital focusing on asset optimization, efficiency and &amp; thereby cost savings.</li><li>Dealing with customers on solutions that have a combination of technology and business process re-engineering that comprises end-end solutions covering IT (CRM platforms, Enterprise Content Management), OT, Security, Cloud Technologies, Data Analytics, and dash-boarding / visualization solutions, Smart Manufacturing/Industry 4.0</li><li>Participating and presenting in industry-specific events while liaising with key stakeholders in Govt sectors and building Go-To-Market plans.&nbsp;</li><li>Assessing future market trends in the industry and offering recommendations and closely working with internal sales to build a healthy funnel of projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Explore AI, Digital Twins, etc. to gain insights and strategic competitive advantage&amp; drive strategic initiatives with large accounts and end-user seminars.&nbsp;</li><li>Closely work with the internal strategic team to support and build eco-system partners to enhance solutions and customer experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Engaging with customers, and consultants, and mapping key stakeholders in an organization to educate and promote company solutions &amp; being a speaker to present company Enhanced Solutions to customers and industry events.&nbsp;</li><li>Managing end-to-end operations in the visualization of the shop floor to ensure enhanced production efficiency, quality, and reduced downtime.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education – Degree in relevant discipline with a minimum of 10+ years’ sales experience in the Automation sector.</li><li>Markets – Technically strong and familiar with smart manufacturing that covers – IoT, networking, security, edge, and cloud solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Should understand the entire automation process from the field to the control center/cloud. Experience in project sales with industry connections at every level with End Users, Consultants, System Integrators, and EPCs.&nbsp;</li><li>Relevant knowledge of field-level process areas in manufacturing will be an added advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Customers Define our Success – Should be able to independently conduct presentations and should be good at articulating business cases to customers/partners and senior management.&nbsp;</li><li>Organizational leadership skills - aggressive in achieving results, while collaborating and communicating effectively with other members of the team and partners.</li><li>Relevant Industry Experience – Process, Pharma, Metal, Mining, CPG, Cement, and other manufacturing industries.</li><li>Strong connections with consultants will be an added advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have connections with C-level executives at the end-user level.&nbsp;</li><li>Should have connections with major SIs and EPC contractors in this space.&nbsp;</li><li>A good social network will be preferred.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: You will be required to perform the following:Advise on bankability of project agreements and minimization of financing risk.Prepare business plans, financial forecasts, funding strategies and execution plans to support investment decisions and the optimal financing of projects.Coordinate the activities of investment banks, project advisors, project lenders and other project consultants in arranging the financing for projects.Provide professional and technical expertise for the analysis and solution of complex problems in any Treasury project finance area.Participate in and/or lead multi-disciplinary project evaluation and development teams assigned to grow and enhance current operations and profitability and to facilitate the successful implementation of the Company’s development strategies.Provide work direction and support to junior analysts. An MBA or other advanced business degree is preferred.Possess at least seven years of related project finance and corporate finance work experience, preferably in a banking environment or a major refining, petrochemical or energy industry corporation.Strong preference will be given to candidates with significant experience in Project & Structured Finance, Export Credit Agency Financing, Islamic Finance, the Debt Capital Markets, and the structuring of bankable commercial agreements.Significant exposure to joint venture development of mega-projects, EPC contracts, commercial & partnership Negotiations, financial modeling, economic evaluations, cash flow & variance analysis, project engineering and/or project management experience is highly desirable.Ability to quickly establish credibility in the position and to effectively interact with all levels of management, including senior leadership. Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix organization and with multi-disciplinary project teams and consultants to effectively and efficiently deliver results.Experience in leading and managing teams and/or organizations.Negotiation experience with and comprehension of complex legal agreements and banking documents.

About Facilities Planning Specialist:We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our Unconventional Resources Engineering and Project Management Department (UREPMD).UREPMD are responsible for building facilities in different asset areas throughout Saudi Arabia. They also provide guidance, advice, monitoring, and assistance to the organization with compliance to corporate safety, health and environmental requirements.Your primary role will be to develop methods for guidance, control and corrective action to ensure a safe operable and economic design within the framework of the project’s budget, material requirements, specifications and schedule. You should be an expert in one or more disciplines that directly affect project performance, including but not limited to planning and scheduling, project execution, estimation, cost engineering, geomatics, value engineering, and other value improvement practices.Responsibilities:As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:Provide expert advice and guidance in project planning, project execution, and/or project control.Assist in resolving project management problems related to your area of expertise, including project planning deficiencies, project quality defects (in engineering, procurement, or construction), schedule slippages, and potential cost over runs.Work closely with project engineers and other project professionals to provide work direction and guidance.Formulate and implement strategies to improve project planning, cost, schedule, and/or quality.Evaluate existing tools and methodologies in your area of expertise and make recommendations on their implementation.Lead internal or external problem-solving teams as directed by management.Conduct training courses in your area of expertise.Train and mentor developing engineers and other project management professionals.Participate in the development of standards, guidelines, instructions, policies and procedures on an as-required basis.Participate in the review and evaluation of the capabilities of E&C contractors, suppliers, and project management related service providers.Requirements:You must hold a Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical).
