Responsibilities: <ul><li>Subject matter expert in high-speed test systems and validation activities through product development cycles</li><li>Establishing testing requirements for new products based on electrical and software specifications</li><li>Development of high-speed cables test systems/fixtures from conception to manufacturing deployment</li><li>Test system architecture, system diagramming, test software, hardware build, and validation into manufacturing of product</li><li>Creating actionable recommendations based upon design reviews and product specifications</li><li>Making data driven decisions about the product functionality and areas for improvement.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Master’s degree preferred</li><li>Minimum of 10+ years of work experience in a high-speed test engineering role&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with cable/cable assembly designs (high speed twin-ax cables, direct attach copper (DAC) cables, active copper cables)</li><li>Experience with high speed test equipment (Digital Sampling Oscilloscope, Vector Network Analyzer, Bit Error Rate Tester, TDR, Pattern Generators, Power Supplies, etc.)</li><li>Strong experience with Python</li><li>Strong analytical capabilities to interpret test/lab data to identify issues and provide solutions to fix identified problem.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in project leadership, especially as it applies across design, development &amp; manufacturing teams</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to work in a global environment – able to accommodate varying time zones, fluent in English (verbal/written), able to collaborate with individuals across geographies</li><li>Individual must be highly motivated, a quick learner, and able to work independently</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Subject matter expert in signal integrity design, simulation and validation activities through product development cycles</li><li>Establishing signal integrity design performance/functional requirements for new products by closely engaging with front teams / lead customers&nbsp;</li><li>Performing signal integrity simulations for multiple high-speed standards on each product. Position Overview:&nbsp; <ul><li>Company is seeking a MGR II MFG &amp; PROCESS DVL ENGINEERING for Data &amp; Device BU with location in Dongguan, CN.&nbsp;</li><li>The MPDE Manager will lead a team of process development and automation engineers tasked with developing assembly processes for power cable assemblies and coordinating with the Dongguan manufacturing engineering team on the transition to mass production.</li></ul> Responsibilities:&nbsp; Allocate and balance the allocation of work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports; mentor, develop and motivate them; help resolve people/functional issues in the team to achieve targeted performance and retain key talent. Lead a team of engineers who will: <ul><li>Develop power cable assembly manufacturing process in accordance with LEANPD product development.&nbsp;</li><li>Drive for excellence in existing manufacturing technologies and methods.&nbsp;</li><li>Strive to implement new manufacturing technologies to provide improved process and tolerance control.&nbsp;</li><li>Support Product Development in the optimization designs (DFM) and piece parts for manufacturability; realizes sample tooling, product samples and prototypes.</li><li>Design, develop, and qualify tooling and processes to meet company Data and Devices quality and production standards.</li><li>Support supply chain to verify supplier compliance and capability.&nbsp;</li><li>Act as the binding element between product development and manufacturing engineering, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of this critical interface.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain communication with project management team to understand current and future strategic business needs</li><li>Prioritize and time manage a portfolio of projects/work efforts based on criticality and business need</li><li>Provide readouts to Director and VP level cross function management as necessary</li><li>Work with Dongguan operations team to assign resources necessary for the successful execution of new product development</li><li>Facilitate and coordinate cross-function communication across globally matrixed organization&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor or above degree with mechanical/electric related majors;</li><li>At least 5 years related experience managerial level in multinational manufacturing site</li><li>Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma. etc. industrial methods/tools</li><li>With 2 years or above work experience in cable assembly industry is preferred</li><li>Fluent in English and good presentation skills</li><li>Familiar with MS software</li><li>Familiar with industrial specification (i.e. IPC 620)</li></ul>

Job Summary: <ul><li>Design and develop manufacturing process, tool, fixture and related equipment for cable assembly as project schedule with the objective of ensuring the whole manufacturing process is competitive and meet cost target within the direction of department manager and project manager.&nbsp;</li><li>Design and develop manufacturing process for new project/product, meet CoPQ and delivery target.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Manufacturing Process Development: <ul><li>Define, review and confirm the entire manufacturing process from start to finish.</li><li>Coordinate Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review, and initiate Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) with core team members.</li><li>Prepare documentations and process specifications for production.</li><li>Lead team in identification, tracking and resolution of engineering issues using the Failure Analysis and Corrective Action (FACA) form.</li><li>Continuous manufacturing process improvement with company OA tools for cost reduction.</li></ul> Assembly Tool, Fixture and Equipment Development: <ul><li>Evaluate new tool, fixture, and equipment demand/cost for new projects.</li><li>Design and review the tool, fixture and equipment with core team members meeting company engineering and EHS requirement.&nbsp;</li><li>Upload all tooling prints to company data management system(DM.TEC, PDMLink, etc.)</li><li>Discuss and review details of tool/fixture/equipment with outside supplier.</li><li>Follow up the purchasing process to fabricate new tool/fixture/equipment.</li></ul> Qualification for Manufacturing process, Tool, Fixture, and Equipment: <ul><li>Condition all tool, fixture and equipment, lead the tool/fixture/equipment qualification by running samples or LVM.&nbsp;</li><li>Follow up the documentations for qualification, using company standard format and follow up the approval.</li><li>Coordinate pilot run for new products and solve engineering issues, make sure the manufacturing process capability meet engineering, quality and customer requirement.</li></ul> Technician Guidance: <ul><li>Coach, train and develop operator and technician in order to ensure their technique could be succeed and get continuous upgraded.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor degree or above. Mechanism engineering related background.&nbsp;</li><li>5 years’ working experiences in related field.</li><li>Good coordination and communication skill, accountability, integrity, customer focus.</li></ul>
