Role Description: <ul><li>The AD&amp;M business unit is seeking a Product Data Manager to document and improve SAP Master Data</li><li>across the areas of Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality and Plant Sap data.&nbsp;</li><li>This role will create Current State SAP Data Map, propose solutions including required resources and document Future State and associated Standard Work.&nbsp;</li><li>Ultimately this role will be responsible for Managing all Manufacturing SAP data.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Creation of Current State Map for each Plant, including how critical data is entered and by whom.</li><li>Create a Future State Map that identifies Best Practices for methods of entry and maintenance.</li><li>Define Resource Plan required to Execute and Maintain Future State Solution.</li><li>Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality and Plant Engineering Functions to ensure timely and accurate data.</li><li>Champion process and procedure changes through Lean activities to effect improvements in Data Integrity, Business Process throughput and data error proofing.</li><li>Develop and Mentor a team of Engineers, in all of the before mentioned activities.</li><li>Assist in ERP system data accuracy including but not limited to: routers, Bills of material, item master data, to enable flawless execution of production.</li><li>Work with other disciplines within the plant to maintain accurate specifications and documentation to support new product introduction</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience</li><li>8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment supporting SAP systems.</li><li>Individual should be a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast change, high paced environment</li><li>Must have experience with SAP system set up and use.</li><li>This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).&nbsp;</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Coordinates the End of Month Financial closing processes including the full consolidation of subsidiaries and branch activities and maintain documentation and analysis for audit and compliance purposes.</li><li>Prepare auditor-reviewed quarterly consolidated financials for the group of entities under mandate.</li><li>Prepare the statutory financial statement of multiple entities and perform the consolidation as applicable in conformity with applicable standards.</li><li>Manage the audit of multiple entities with external auditors and local managements of respective entities.</li><li>Draft the Directors Report and coordinate the collection of required information from internal stakeholders.</li><li>Support periodic preparation of financial and management reporting to management and stakeholders at the parent.</li><li>Align with Tax Unit for tax compliance activities and supporting the maintenance of the Tax Control Framework.</li><li>In alignment with Compliance, ensure external compliance with regard to chamber of commerce and Tax reporting.</li><li>Collaborate and coordinate with other Finance teams in relation to End of Month Financial closing processes (i.e. Treasury, Debt Management, IPM, Operations, GRC).</li><li>Maintain the General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, and manage changes in line with policy.</li><li>Review detailed procedures and guidelines, these include conducting review of company finance and accounting guidelines and office manual.</li><li>Perform technical accounting analysis and develop memos for documentation and collaboration of informed decision making.</li><li>Enforce procedure compliance throughout AOC and coordinate internal and external audits on behalf of the Finance Unit.</li><li>Advise the Finance Supervisor on complex finance issues.</li><li>Assist with the coordination of Internal Audit.</li><li>Maintain Internal Control documentation in the best order.</li><li>Maintain and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements in local jurisdictions.</li><li>Prepare CBS reporting documentation and coordinate monthly and quarterly reports in line with the timeline</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor (/Master) degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.</li><li>Combination of Big 4 and industry experience is a must.</li><li>Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately in English (Dutch is a plus).</li><li>Minimum of 9 years of progressive technical work experience in external audit, financial reporting, consolidation, financial statement preparation.</li><li>Strong understanding of IFRS standards and its application.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of MS Office, S4/HANA, SAP Central Finance, advanced skills in Excel.</li><li>Experience with BPC is a plus.</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>
