Responsibilities: <ul><li>You can work full-time in your field of “Cloud Operations” - from scripting to strategy - and represent our department internally in training courses and international communities of practice and optionally also externally in lectures.</li><li>As a DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) you will also work closely with product managers, product owners, system architects and other roles to support the development goals in the individual applications on the platform.</li><li>With us, you will take responsibility for the automation of all aspects of configuration, monitoring and deployment of our cloud applications</li><li>The support of the operation of our Azure IaaS and PaaS production and development systems is part of your varied area of ​​responsibility</li><li>You work in the local DevOps team and are a competent contact for developers, product owners and the global IT functions (e.g. Business Continuity Management and Information Security)</li><li>International coordination of experiences and best practices with Enterprise Architects in the Group</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Several years of experience with Microsoft Azure, ideally in a hybrid IaaS/PaaS solution</li><li>Very good knowledge of professional and technical issues of provisioning and operation (ITIL, IaC etc.)</li><li>Passion for automating the entire software lifecycle</li><li>Solid knowledge of Powershell or bash, Linux-based operating systems, networks, security and protocols</li><li>Infrastructure as Code with Ansible, ARM, Bicep or terraform/terragrunt and Azure DevOps CI/CD</li><li>High availability and disaster recovery of various Azure-based services</li><li>Ideally experience in hosting PostgreSQL</li></ul>

Responsibilities:Handle process activities such as studies and design modifications in the operating facilitiesDevelop simulation models for assigned operation facilitiesDevelop, review and/or validate plant mass balancesCheck plant performance to ensure it is running up to its designLook for opportunities to optimize operations and implement them accordingly.Use the software simulation programs such as HYSYS and promax.Provide technical direction/support to in-Kingdom and out-of-Kingdom design contractorsFormulate and implement long-term strategies to improve operations and reduce costsLead groups of engineers in the shutdown and start-up phase of existing plants.Participate in standards reviews to assure inclusion of requirements that are of practical benefit to field operation and maintenance in regard to safety and efficiency of the plant.Provide guidance on standards development through technical committee participation. Evaluate DGA/TEG monthly lossesIssue report covering bottlenecks, deficiencies, and recommendations and follow-up on the implementationLead process and equipment optimization studiesLead feasibility studiesLead PHA and HAZOP studiesInitiate and coordinate ESA'sDevelop implementation plan for critical recommendationsEnsure implementation plan is executed for the system under study and propagated to other applicable systems.Lead Health, Safety and Environmental studiesLead Energy Optimization / Conservation studiesInitiate process safety relief audit studies.Lead Water conservation studiesperform management of change (MOC)verify system operations and performance after implementing the recommendationsRequirements:As a successful candidate you should have a BS in Chemical Engineering with (10) years of experience in relevant gas processing operation facilities in Oil/Gas Industry, knowledge and experience in software simulation programs such as HYSYS and promax and strong knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles, calculation methods, design details, and aware about the processing codes and standards.You should have excellent experience and knowledge in design and modification, reviewing the standards and how to develop and evaluate studies

Responsibilities:As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:Provide engineering technical support to the Refinery Operations.Perform unit monitoring and performance evaluations.Conduct troubleshooting/assisting operations divisions in resolving Operations related problems.Monitor Advance Process Control and alleviate the constraints to maximize APC utilization.Conduct catalyst performance analysis, yield estimates and life cycle estimation.Lead HAZOP, MOC, Root Cause analysis and incidents investigations.Prepare annual and long range operating plans and objectives.Identify the units constraints and perform debottleneck studies.Conduct engineering studies to improve refinery gross margins.Conduct energy audits and surveys to improve refinery energy performance and energy KPI’s.Provide capital project design reviews and commissioning support.Involve in development of procedures and reviews.Requirements:You must hold a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized and approved program. You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in CCR/Platforming and Naphtha Hydrotreating.Experience in the Crude Unit, Diesel Hydrotreating, Penex ISOM, Merox Units, Amine Treating and Sulfur Recovery Units will be an advantage.You must have a thorough knowledge of engineering practices, international standards, and economic principles.

Responsibilities:Review and monitor the performances of existing SRU & SWS facilities through key performance indicators (KPIs) representing the process plant’s optimum operability, profitability, reliability, and process safety. Issue quarterly SRU & SWS performance benchmarking reports highlighting the KPIs, analysis, and performance improvement recommendations.  Monitor and support the facilities in implementing the recommendations and closing the gaps identified in the quarterly performance benchmarking reports.  Conduct benchmarking and best practices exchange workshops internally among Global Manufacturing facilities (wholly-owned and affiliates) having SRU & SWS process technologies. Execution and deliverables of the workshops will be based on Benchmarking & Best Practices Exchange Agreement among Global Manufacturing facilities.  Issue by-monthly SRU & SWS technical best practices bulletin for sharing within Global Manufacturing facilities. Provide on-demand remote and/or field technical advisory support to Global Manufacturing facilities on matters concerning the operation of SRU & SWS which may include but not limited to process troubleshooting, start-up and shutdown activities, capacity test runs, technology pilot testing, and process design. Issue service report for every support activity provided highlighting the facilities need, actions taken, results, and lessons learned. In collaboration with Global Manufacturing facilities engineers, propose cost optimization or process improvement initiatives focusing on ‘low-hanging fruits’ with no or minimal capital investment required, through operational adjustment or design modification. Conduct internal assessments on SRU & SWS process engineering standards using  engineering standard references. Highlight any deviations or better standards applied by affiliates for endorsement to facility management or  Central Engineering. Support the implementation of relevant engineering standards to SRU & SWS across Global Manufacturing upon each facility management’s approval. Act as the Admin Area overall coordinator for cascading and driving Global Manufacturing and Corporate programs to the operating facilities for execution and effective monitoring. Participate in Business Plan development and coordinate with stakeholders for any capital investments on assigned process units and support techno-economic evaluations. Recommend and coordinate proven technology deployments in SRU & SWS process units. Liaise with Global Manufacturing Excellence-Manufacturing Technical Support Division and Engineering Services for any technology assessment and piloting support. Participate as subject matter experts on external benchmarking with 3rd party entities, which include but not limited to, Japan Cooperation Council Petroleum (JCCP) and Gulf Downstream Association (GDA). Participate in SRU & SWS hazard operability (HAZOP) and safety integrity level (SIL) studies as required by operating facilities. Participate in incident investigation activities concerning SRU & SWS process technologies as required by operating facilities. Act as overall coordinator on any SRU & SWS data required by Global Manufacturing Affiliate Affairs from  wholly-owned facilities.Requirements:You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related specialization. An advanced degree is preferred.You should have a minimum of 15 years total refinery or gas plants process units experience (process engineering and operations) with at least 10 years’ experience in handling SRUs/TGTU/SWS plants.Exposure to different SRU/TGTU process licensor technologies is a plus.
