Overview: <ul><li>The VP &amp; General Manager of the Sub Vertical will be a senior executive responsible for leading a global business with a P&amp;L of 600-M. The parts may be made at a company facility or at a sub-tier supplier.&nbsp;</li><li>Supports the MRB team functions for disposition of non-conforming products.</li><li>Visit local customers and travel within Southeast Asia to customer locations to review company product and application as it is being used by the customer and to foster productive working relationships.</li><li>Conduct audits at manufacturing sites and attend to customer audits.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with DC, Planner, Sales &amp; CCP on block stock &amp; RMA return.</li><li>Coordinate onsite sorting at customer site with Sales, Planner &amp; CCP.</li><li>Coordinate RMA request &amp; return with manufacturing.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Engineering with technical focus.</li><li>5+ years minimum quality assurance experience working in a global capacity.</li><li>Preferred customer quality experience in the electronics industry.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams, forge strong internal relationships, and drive transformation globally.</li><li>Knowledge and application of quality system regulations (ISO 9000, 14000 and 18000).</li><li>Experienced in the use of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 8D and other advanced statistical methods including Design of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Process Capability (CpK) techniques.</li><li>Possesses strong leadership skills and executive level presence.</li><li>Self-motivated, efficient, ability to work with little or no supervision, and committed to a team approach.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, organization, and project management skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.</li><li>May require travel to customers and other company locations, including overnight and multi-day trips.</li><li>Experience in core processes such as stamping, molding, plating and assembly preferred</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Define the strategic directions and marketing plan, guide portfolio priorities (new launches, pillar products’ renewal and animation of core catalogue)&nbsp;</li><li>Define clear messages to present to top management and accompany the teams in the preparation of meetings</li><li>Steer the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights, share findings with Travel Retail Zone to ensure the consistency of new product development with Travel Retail APAC needs (Travel Retail Exclusive Sets development for Chinese PAX)</li><li>Take ownership of international launches to create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences in the Travel Retail channel.</li><li>Supervise the entire development process and the respect of deadlines&nbsp;</li><li>Lead the marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and the adaptation of communication (imagery, digital, point of sales)&nbsp;</li><li>Mobilise other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc.) and partner agencies to develop a broader business strategy&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure perfect execution in store of the marketing and retail strategy (Merchandising, planogram, quality of service) in the Point of sales</li><li>Manage the budget (sales forecast; price strategy, profitability of the brand, P&amp;L, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Build, develop and manage your team, train them and develop their marketing expertise and know-how&nbsp;</li><li>Recruit, develop and manage team. Ensure development of expertise and know-how in marketing team</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>University graduated or above, preferable in Business, Marketing or related discipline&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience&nbsp;</li><li>In-depth sensitivity to our métier and in-depth product and brand knowledge</li><li>Research and market data analysis, highly analytical; Financial knowledge (P&amp;L, expansion analysis, sales forecasts)</li><li>Knowledge of Travel Retail dynamics and environment is a plus</li><li>Demonstrated leadership capacity and people development track record</li><li>Good understanding of FMCG or beauty industry</li><li>Good understanding of Chinese consumer and China’s digital eco-system</li><li>Fluent in English, bilingual (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred</li></ul>

Master degree is preferred</li><li>Have 6 to 10 years of experience in the delivery of training programs focused on leadership, management, and professional development.</li><li>Have experience in preparing a classroom learning environment and conducting training for 5 to 100 participants.</li><li>Have proven experience as a workshop facilitator delivering leadership, management, and supervisory knowledge and skills.</li><li>Have experience facilitating both in-person and virtual workshops.</li><li>Have experience using emerging learning technologies to enhance the learning environment.</li><li>Able to prepare a training classroom environment as well as conduct and evaluate courses.</li><li>Have strong ability to develop and maintain relationships at different levels within the organization and expert ability to effectively manage a classroom environment during training.</li><li>Have strong written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul>
