Responsibilities: <ul><li>The Brand Manager will be managing a portfolio of DTC consumer health products.</li><li>Key responsibility includes developing annual brand marketing plan and launch plan in line with strategy, budget and targets of company.</li><li>Lead the development of launch plans and tactics, engaging in activities such as Brand Strategy, Strategic/Operational Planning and Execution.</li><li>This position covers the Philippine market.</li><li>The Product Manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams both internally and externally - sales, finance, supply chain and third-party agency partners.</li></ul> Major activities <ul><li>Lead in go to market strategy, launch execution, activation, advertising and promotion for deployment of Brand Marketing Plan.</li><li>Drive the brand by working cross functionally and tracking development of all product initiatives to ensure timely launch of NPD within objectives and timeline.</li><li>Provide monthly analysis and findings with plan of actions using market share and available data.</li><li>Responsible in managing brand budget. Monitor and control A&amp;P expenditure within budget allocations.</li><li>Lead on-going analysis and review of new products, category, market trends, promotional programs and competitive information as part of a situation assessment on brand performance and product pipelining.</li><li>Involved in the S&amp;OP process, which involves monthly inventory sales forecast and monitoring as well as the interface between supplier and partners.</li><li>Knowledgeable in product lifecycle management</li><li>Familiar with digital and social media platforms.</li><li>Familiar and comply to advertisement compliance for healthcare products</li><li>Familiar with business to business (corporate) marketing</li></ul> Integrity &amp; Compliance: <ul><li>Works within Integrity &amp; Compliance policies and all company policies and ensures those around him/her do the same.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree in Business/Marketing preferred.</li><li>Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.</li><li>Understand consumer sales journey and familiar with social media platforms.</li><li>Good analytical skills, evaluate data and provide insights to improve sales.</li><li>Min 3 years of brand management and trade marketing experience from Consumer Health/FMCG products.</li><li>Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills and able to illustrate agility to work and manage cross-functional teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to demonstrate new pilots in the areas of digital and analytics</li><li>Detail oriented and having the ability to actively listen.</li><li>Solid communication skills including presentation, verbal and written abilities. Shortlisted candidates are required to do a business case project.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Strategically focused, results oriented with strong problem-solving skills</li></ul>
