Overview: <ul><li>The VP &amp; General Manager of the Sub Vertical will be a senior executive responsible for leading a global business with a P&amp;L of 600-M. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own our clients strategy for the Focus Application – develop “where to play” and “how to win” plans by combining market and customer insights with knowledge of our clients product and go-to-market strengths.</li><li>Enhance application knowledge of our clients sales, product management, and engineering team members through Voice of Customer initiatives and market research. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Connector research and development.</li><li>Technical communication with customers and frontend team to confirm/understand their applications and technical requirements.</li><li>Translate requirements into engineering specification and provide solutions with new product designs on time.</li><li>Responsible for design concept making, mechanical analysis, building 3D models and 2D drawings, GD&amp;T, part list/BOM, DFMEA, product specifications, application specifications, etc.</li><li>Lead the design review for compliance with engineering principles, product standards, customer contract requirements.</li><li>Lead design review with cross functional teams to confirm the manufacturing feasibility and product quality.</li><li>Leads EV/DV/PV tests to validate product designs.</li><li>Responsible for FAI review, co-working with project team and providing on-site support at manufacturing site for product ramp-up on time</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree majored in mechanical engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, physics, etc.</li><li>More than 8 years mechanical design experience, connector-related is preferred, independently new product development is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of connector fundamentals, capable of connector component design, preferred that knowledge of high-speed connector applications.</li><li>Familiar with GD&amp;T, tolerance analysis, mechanics of plastic/metal materials and basic knowledge in injection molding, stamping and assembly.</li><li>Skilled in at least one 3D Software: Creo, Pro/E, Catia, UG or SolidWorks. Skilled of office software such as Word, Excel, PPT.</li><li>In-depth knowledge and experience of CAE for mechanical/structural simulations.</li><li>Proficient in writing and reading English. Chinese language skill is a plus.</li><li>Good communication skills, high teamwork spirit and teamwork experience, ability to work with multicultural engineering teams and cross functional environments.</li><li>Effective problem-solving skills, to be innovative, willingness/ability to deal with multiple products and assigned tasks</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Experience &amp; knowledge with Digital commerce, Hyper personalization, connected experience and able to articulate new systems around the theme.</li><li>Able to understand the downstream business process which stitches the technology and platforms for a new age Airline solution</li><li>Completely understands concept of Cloud Native, on ground journey to cloud success deliveries carried out, Scaled Enterprise Integrations done for larger transformation and consolidation systems for multiple organizations</li><li>Experience in orchestrating the solution shape up of large-scale processing and business services projects</li><li>Create business arch models that reflect client strategies and goals to cover the entire digital transformation journeys in IT landscape</li><li>Find ways in which to improve client IT departments functions to support client future goals mainly for all the digital platform landscape covering, Interactive, Mobility, Integrations Cloud systems</li><li>Deliver Technical Specifications end to end.</li><li>Design custom development solution that meet customer requirements</li><li>Progress through full development lifecycle for custom solution</li><li>Strong collaboration with team software engineer consultants onshore &amp; offshore</li><li>Deploy new solutions to production environments</li><li>Innovate on new ideas to solve customer needs &amp; assist to market internally new solutions</li><li>Provide project estimates and timelines to drive new business</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Experience &amp; knowledge with Azure Cloud platforms. Strong Cloud Native knowledge</li><li>Good understanding of Amadeus reservation, ticketing, payment and loyalty solutions</li><li>Able to explore Amadeus core capabilities and enhance via orchestration with 3rd party partner services</li><li>Good experience in working with Payment aggregators</li><li>Experience &amp; knowledge with Web Analytics or Digital Marketing, Deep Understanding is must</li><li>Experience &amp; knowledge with FED frameworks like Angular, Native mobile mainly from Design aspects</li><li>Experience &amp; knowledge with Digital Integration / API Middleware platforms. Strong in Integration Architecture concepts</li><li>Experience &amp; knowledge with GenAI, ML/AI. Good to have knowledge</li><li>Experience &amp; knowledge with Customer Data Platform (CDP). Any tool knowledge</li><li>Experience as an enterprise technical or engineer consultant</li></ul>
