Responsibilities: Month-End Closing Process: <ul><li>Analyze P&amp;L and Balance Sheet by natural/line of statement.</li><li>Review general expenses accruals and prepaid.</li><li>Prepare intercompany recharge costs and the relevant invoices.</li><li>Analyze and prepare accruals for trade customers bonuses and penalties.</li><li>Calculate and update income and deferred taxes in the One Source system.</li><li>Control plan oversight on Financial Solution Center tasks.</li><li>Review regular reports and B/S account reconciliations via the accounting system.</li></ul> Direct Tax: <ul><li>Prepare P&amp;L by source, calculate transfer price adjustments, and monitor profitability.</li><li>Prepare the annual Transfer Price book report conduct FAS 109 studies, and RTP calculations.</li><li>Prepare income and deferred taxes for Statutory and Tax Return.</li><li>Provide support during tax audits.</li></ul> Statutory Reporting: <ul><li>Support in Statutory package preparation (P&amp;L, B/S, Note).</li></ul> Other Activities: <ul><li>Prepare presentation for Statutory auditors meetings.</li><li>Prepare and collect SOX requirements.</li><li>Support in balance sheet reviews and self-assessments preparation.</li><li>Support internal audits.</li><li>Manage non-SAP re-approval access.</li><li>Manage SAP SOD conflict access.</li><li>Support VAT and Intrastat controls and check the SDI platform.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance</li><li>Fluent English</li><li>5-7 years of experience in accounting or tax-related roles, in multinational/industrial companies or consultancy firms.&nbsp;</li><li>Solid knowledge of accounting, direct and indirect tax rules and regulations. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the development of power connector solutions, including sockets, high-speed connectors, and cable assemblies, from market definition through production and release, collaborating closely with customers, Product Managers, Sales, and Field Application Engineers to gather actionable Voice of Customer (VOC) insights.</li><li>Conceive innovative concepts for power connector products and perform feasibility studies, conducting mechanical and thermal simulations to evaluate design performance in real-world conditions.</li><li>Develop engineering evaluations and proposals focused on power connector applications, creating detailed designs, including 2D and 3D drawings, and performing Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and tolerance analysis.</li><li>Build prototype samples of power connectors, conduct validation testing to ensure compliance with performance and safety standards, and complete product qualification processes to finalize specifications.</li><li>Provide technical support to Operations, including Quality and Production teams, to enhance efficiency and ensure safe product launches, proactively resolving product-related issues and managing Engineering Change Notifications (ECN) and Product Change Notifications (PCN).</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs in power connectivity, fostering connections between business engineering teams and customer engineering teams to deliver optimal solutions.</li><li>Follow the LEAN Product Development (LEANPD) Project Process to ensure timely completion of new product development projects while adhering to quality standards and budget constraints, driving product development through stage-gate reviews.</li><li>Collaborate with global manufacturing resources, procurement, and external suppliers to meet technical, quality, and cost objectives specific to power connectors, providing thorough technical support to customer-facing teams.</li><li>Execute comprehensive technical documentation, including design drawings, engineering change notices, and design history files, ensuring all documentation reflects product specifications and development processes.</li><li>Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design and manufacturing processes for power connectors, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize product performance and efficiency.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience</li><li>Generally requires 5 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience with electrical components or devices, mechanical structure design, manufacturing tooling development (stamping, molding, assembly), or manufacturing process development</li><li>Knowledge in relevant mechanic design and development, including but not limited to, material selection, tolerance analysis, DFMEA, product qualification, etc.</li><li>Proficient
