Role Description:The Head of Freight Forwarding Commercial SSA is responsible for developing the business within assigned industry verticals in SSA, focusing on new customers, geographic development, and Freight Forwarding sales activities across the SSA Region.This role will involve leading the creation of trade lane strategies and products, leveraging Freight Forwarding and other relevant capabilities in the Region, and developing specific products to enhance trade through key assets and capabilities in the Region. This role will foster design build and integrate products and solutions that bring Africa to the world to Africa.Responsible for integrating sales and operations planning for accurate strategy development and forecasting, and providing relevant reporting to stakeholders to guide and measure sales strategies and impact.Collaboration and integration with Regional and Global business development teams will be key, and the role will require strong focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, team leadership and managing key strategic Regional accounts.In addition he/she will be tasked with maintaining and growing the existing book of business for the defined regional accounts through successful contract renewal strategies and addressing scope change opportunities commercially within the existing business. Responsibilities:Lead the creation, implementation, and oversight of a comprehensive business development and sales strategy for the Freight Forwarding capability for our client. Role Description:Our partner is now looking for the right person to fill the position as Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist functionally responsible for C&B in UK and in Denmark.The vast majority of the employees in these countries work within Business Area Wind, Heat and Staff.The position reports to the Director Compensation & Benefits and is a member of the C&B team of our partner.The main responsibility for the team is to develop and drive the Compensation & Benefit agenda for our partner.The Compensation and Benefits team consists of, in addition to the Director C&B, Country leads for Sweden, Germany and The Netherlands respectively and C&B Specialists, all in all 14 persons.What are you going to do as C&B Specialist? The main responsibilities for the Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist (UK and Denmark) are to implement global Group C&B processes in UK and Denmark and a full responsibility for all C&B specific matters within these countries.The UK/Denmark-lead for Compensation & Benefits is responsible to drive the compensation and benefits agenda in these countries at strategic and operative level and to ensure that our remuneration enables the organization within our partner to drive/support a high-performance culture and to secure relevant and diverse competence and talent.To attract and retain talent is a top priority for our partner and very important within Business Area Wind, Heat and Staff where the need of specialist competence in a market with high competition for talents is key.The UK and Denmark-lead is also contributing to the development of group processes related to Compensation & Benefits, including ASR, STI, International Assignments, salary setting processes in general, variable pay programs, Job Evaluation etc. and responsible for its implementation and execution in the countries.The UK/Denmark -lead will work closely with HR managers, HRBP's and the Shared Service organization/HR Ops ensuring smooth and efficient work processes and well established and accepted “ways of working”Responsibilities:With the foundation of the group reward strategy and policies drive the work with setting the salary structure for the different job roles in the countries to secure a competitive total compensation setupDrive the Annual Salary Review for UK/DK end to end.Drive the annual STI process end to end in the countriesEnsure that managers in continuously receives relevant training within the function.Fully accountable for developing and implementing country specific policies within C&B.Provide input of the estimated total compensation cost into the yearly budget-processEnsure seamless and efficient processes and well accepted “ways of working” within in the function, well in sync with the Shared Service organization/HR Ops and other stakeholders.
