Position Overview:&nbsp; <ul><li>Company is seeking a MGR II MFG &amp; PROCESS DVL ENGINEERING for Data &amp; Device BU with location in Dongguan, CN.&nbsp;</li><li>The MPDE Manager will lead a team of process development and automation engineers tasked with developing assembly processes for power cable assemblies and coordinating with the Dongguan manufacturing engineering team on the transition to mass production.</li></ul> Responsibilities:&nbsp; Allocate and balance the allocation of work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports; mentor, develop and motivate them; help resolve people/functional issues in the team to achieve targeted performance and retain key talent.
