Overview: <ul><li>The VP &amp; General Manager of the Sub Vertical will be a senior executive responsible for leading a global business with a P&amp;L of 600-M. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead and manage a team of product managers within a specific product category to execute business growth objectives and align on strategic positioning</li><li>Own product life cycles, including road maps, line reviews, SWOT, and SKU harmonization/rationalization</li><li>Execute product development initiatives. You drive pack pricing initiatives through competitive analysis and market research and evaluate implemented initiatives.</li><li>Trade Investments - Setting trade investment budgets and a list price strategy for the DACH region as part of annual business planning.</li><li>Innovation &amp; Insights – Evaluate potential innovations commercially, including pricing recommendations and go-to-market strategies.
