Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own our clients strategy for the Focus Application – develop “where to play” and “how to win” plans by combining market and customer insights with knowledge of our clients product and go-to-market strengths.</li><li>Enhance application knowledge of our clients sales, product management, and engineering team members through Voice of Customer initiatives and market research. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Senior Solution Architect – AMEA will be the key responsible for driving solution strategy across tech programs for AMEA, for the purpose of business-IT joint strategy development, solution discovery, project planning &amp; delivery, risk management and relationship management.</li><li>SAP is the underlying stack for our Enterprise Systems and the solution architect will be pivotal in driving standardization in SAP Platform while collaborating with Business Units to deliver capabilities for Business.</li><li>Individual has direct accountability for the Standard and scalable solution design that are provided by our staff and third-party service providers.</li><li>This is a leadership role providing strategic direction to multiple globally diverse teams in the delivery of projects spanning across ERP and non-ERP platforms.</li><li>Works with all IT Services teams (Applications teams, business partners, business clients, external vendors, and service delivery partners, Security, infrastructure) to define, prototype, and implement new technologies in support of business objectives and projects.</li><li>This role will provide Business Technology thought leadership, bringing knowledge and solutions to drive business outcomes.</li><li>This role will be pivotal in enabling future-fit capabilities by framing the Technology Roadmap for AMEA, as well ensuring a standard template solution design for S4 HANA in AMEA.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>16-18 years of relevant technical and business work experience</li><li>Engineer/MBA or equivalent degree in Tech/ Information Systems from tier 1 college.</li><li>Manage senior business stakeholders in a matrix organization</li><li>Has the experience and cultural awareness required to work effectively with a global team.</li><li>Developing strategic plans and setting timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of solutions</li><li>Identifying opportunities for simplifications and digitization of various workflows across the organization</li><li>Supervising quality assurance processes, integration, and system tests</li><li>Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills</li><li>Ability to Communicate and inspire confidence at a senior level with technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>Experience in the identification, evaluation and documentation of process flows, risks, and controls</li><li>Expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S4, including all modules such as MM, FI, CO, SD, PM etc.</li><li>Good understanding and background on Business Processes as part of digitization</li><li>Should have run large scale tech led transformation programs</li><li>Ability to engage with functional business leaders at a strategic level, as well as with delivery teams at an operational level</li><li>Hands-on experience leading such areas end-to-end and track record of delivering results and business value</li><li>Requires team leadership skills, experience/in-depth knowledge of business operations and IT processes</li><li>Experience with organizational change management preferred</li><li>Experience managing multiple vendors and external project resources</li><li>Proven ability to manage talent and team</li><li>Very strong academic background</li><li>Can do attitude and problem-solving mindset</li><li>Proficient in English Language (Writing, reading &amp; Speaking)</li></ul>
