Responsibilities: <ul><li>Deliver on all KPIs that help the business achieve its goal</li><li>Lead and drive suppliers’ quality improvement continuously based on company internal or customer requirements.</li><li>Customer complaint handling, work with company CQE or directly with customers for complaint and feedback to supplier, verify the root cause and follow up actions Investigate root cause of Quality issues and following through with timely and effective corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence for customer and internal issues.&nbsp;</li><li>Regular quality system audit or process audit for suppliers.</li><li>Supplier’s performance metrics development and report to top management</li><li>Supplier performance assessment and training.</li><li>CoPQ &amp; Yield improvement; Management review and action implement.</li><li>Define cosmetic standard and QIP dimension and drive suppliers to follow up&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate annual audit /onsite process audit when Quality issue or customer complaint arises</li><li>NPI &amp; Migration projects (BKM/GR&amp;R/FAAR/Safe Launch/Sample verification) follows and improvements/PPAP preparation</li><li>Product process control(identify risk and work out mitigation plan) 5M1E change control verification, follow up approval process on customer side and implement process on supplier side Monitor supplier quality performance, summarize score card for supplier performance, request improvement for risk supplier.</li></ul> Requirements: Educational Degree:	 <ul><li>B.S. degree (or above) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent practical experience.</li></ul> Professional Experience (years in what processes and function): <ul><li>8-12 years’ working experience in supplier quality or in related quality function areas, working experience in connector, Cable assembly, Cage assembly, Antenna manufacturing is a plus.</li></ul> Special Qualifications, Knowledge &amp; Skills: <ul><li>Have advanced knowledge of the supplier management, certified ISO9001/IATF16949 internal auditor is preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Clear understanding of connector, cable assembly, antenna, busbar quality and requirements,including measurement techniques, would be a distinct advantage.</li><li>Strong root cause analytical and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Good knowledge in quality tools such as BKM, Cpk, SPC,8D, FMEA, Gage R&amp;R, Poka Yoke.</li><li>Demonstrated negotiation skills, good communication in bridging between company and suppliers as quality side</li><li>Ability for periodic travel required. (25%~50%)</li><li>Strong communication skills, good at English, including writing, reading, speaking</li><li>Connector/cable assembly/antenna/busbar manufacturing experience is a plus</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Overall responsible for Export &amp; Import department</li><li>Explore cost competitive Sea and Air rates, Export Incentives, Export MIS preparations</li><li>Coordinating with Marketing for export activities and also with export customer, Vendor, Courier Service, Factory for dispatches and Bank.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure that all export and import activities comply with international trade laws, regulations, and company policies, including customs regulations, trade sanctions, and export control laws.</li><li>Oversee the preparation, verification, and submission of required documents for export and import transactions, such as bills of lading, invoices, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.</li><li>Monitor and control costs related to logistics, shipping, customs duties, and other trade-related expenses to optimize profitability</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>CA Inter &amp; Any EXIM degree.</li><li>3-5 yrs experience Manufacturing Industry &amp; relevant profile is must</li><li>Team handling capabilities and experience.</li><li>Experience in handling financials tools (LC, BC, Supplier Credit, BG etc)</li><li>Candidates having experience in the field of Accounts and Finance will have added advantage.</li><li>Good at Multitasking, Mathematics &amp; Analytical skills</li><li>Computer Savvy, Good in excel, Working experience in ERP</li><li>Excellent communication skill in Hindi (Verbal) &amp; English (Written &amp; Verbal)</li></ul>
