Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Lead the sales back-office team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales agreements and service portfolio.</li><li>Lead the accounts receivable team in building and delivering accurate and timely customer invoices.&nbsp;</li><li>Review invoices prior to issuance to ensure that they are correct, adhere to company policies, and are following contract terms and accounting standards.</li><li>Drive and refine collections procedures and strategies to maintain and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).</li><li>Oversee the application of cash receipts and posting. Actively reconcile payments and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.</li><li>Coordinates the sales and Accounts Receivables team to resolve any customer billing escalations. Work with the accounting team to identify and reserve for bad debt appropriately.</li><li>Evaluate, suggest, and manage credit limits for both new and existing customers and identify any credit risks.</li><li>Establish and nurture robust relationships with customers to address billing inquiries proactively and facilitate prompt payments.</li><li>Work closely with the revenue team on billing flows from Salesforce, and with the implementation team to coordinate on invoicing, in line with company service level agreements and terms and conditions.</li><li>Compile and present comprehensive weekly accounts receivable reports to drive insights on aging, collections performance, and cash flow forecasting.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process enhancement and automation within the accounts receivable domain.</li><li>Spearhead, participate in, and execute initiatives to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and elevate accuracy (inclusive of process changes and/or system migrations).</li><li>Other duties or functions as may be needed and assigned.</li><li>Perform periodical tasks relating to the function (reconciliation, reporting, and review).</li><li>Assist with the coordination of Internal Audit.</li><li>Maintain Internal Control documentation in the best order.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Math, or a related field.</li><li>A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Sales and Accounts Receivable roles, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of Accounting and Financial Reporting.</li><li>Strong communication (written and verbal), negotiation, interpersonal, and managerial skills.</li><li>Proficiency in using advanced accounting software (ERP and/or Accounts Receivable software systems; knowledge of SAP Cloud is a plus).</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the development of power connector solutions, including sockets, high-speed connectors, and cable assemblies, from market definition through production and release, collaborating closely with customers, Product Managers, Sales, and Field Application Engineers to gather actionable Voice of Customer (VOC) insights.</li><li>Conceive innovative concepts for power connector products and perform feasibility studies, conducting mechanical and thermal simulations to evaluate design performance in real-world conditions.</li><li>Develop engineering evaluations and proposals focused on power connector applications, creating detailed designs, including 2D and 3D drawings, and performing Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and tolerance analysis.</li><li>Build prototype samples of power connectors, conduct validation testing to ensure compliance with performance and safety standards, and complete product qualification processes to finalize specifications.</li><li>Provide technical support to Operations, including Quality and Production teams, to enhance efficiency and ensure safe product launches, proactively resolving product-related issues and managing Engineering Change Notifications (ECN) and Product Change Notifications (PCN).</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs in power connectivity, fostering connections between business engineering teams and customer engineering teams to deliver optimal solutions.</li><li>Follow the LEAN Product Development (LEANPD) Project Process to ensure timely completion of new product development projects while adhering to quality standards and budget constraints, driving product development through stage-gate reviews.</li><li>Collaborate with global manufacturing resources, procurement, and external suppliers to meet technical, quality, and cost objectives specific to power connectors, providing thorough technical support to customer-facing teams.</li><li>Execute comprehensive technical documentation, including design drawings, engineering change notices, and design history files, ensuring all documentation reflects product specifications and development processes.</li><li>Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design and manufacturing processes for power connectors, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize product performance and efficiency.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience</li><li>Generally requires 5 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience with electrical components or devices, mechanical structure design, manufacturing tooling development (stamping, molding, assembly), or manufacturing process
