Role Description:We are looking for a strategic thinker and leader for this role, someone who is passionate about using data to inform and shape company decisions and strategies.You will also be responsible for hiring , coaching and training (new) team members.This includes coordinating resources and activities to achieve project goals.You will also dare to voice your opinion within the organization and steer where you can. Responsibilities:As a Business Intelligence (BI) Manager, you will lead data and analytics strategy, guiding Business Intelligence & Customer Analytics (BICA) team to deliver insights that drive decision-making and business success.You will lead a diverse team of six with different nationalities spread across Belgium and the Netherlands. As the leader of the BI team, you will set an overarching roadmap for data and analytics initiatives.Central to this is bringing the two country teams together into a common team. The role also includes full responsibility for managing the entire stack for delivering our data products, with the BI Manager directly supervising the BI & Analytics team to ensure these products are delivered successfully and on time. Team Guidance and Coaching: Support and guide the BI team in daily activities.
