Responsibilities: <ul><li>Leverage structured new product development process and stage gate frameworks to lead project activities from initial research &amp; development throughout the entire project development lifecycle.</li><li>Work closely with internal global cross-functional engineering teams and subject matter experts as well as external technical partners such as design houses and fab/foundry partners to plan and develop project scope, deliverables, required resources, detailed work breakdown structure, project budget, costing analysis, risk mitigation plans and project timing.</li><li>Keep projects on track and ensure timely completion within the defined scope, accountable for successfully meeting or exceeding commitments on product performance, product cost, cycle time, project cost and quality.</li><li>Work in conjunction with Engineering, Product Management, Business Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Finance and Sales</li><li>Conduct regular frequency of project meetings, maintain action RAIL, document all information and ensure meeting minutes and all data and information is appropriately shared.</li><li>Regularly publish progress status reports to leadership and stakeholders highlighting achievements, milestone deliveries and associated metrics</li><li>Proactively communicate escalations around challenges, gaps, support required and resource needs to quickly address issues before they impede successful delivery of the program.</li><li>Understand, track and articulate issues / risks / action items; work with responsible owners to address the items on a timely basis; update the appropriate stakeholders as needed.</li><li>Continuous risk assessment and problem resolution; apply change management, risk management and resource management best practices.</li><li>Constantly assess what is working, what is not working, identify areas for improvement and consistently drive continuous improvement</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors Degree in technical discipline (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Integrated Circuit Design, Physics or Equivalent)</li><li>12+ years of technical project management experience including full lifecycle developments (initial research &amp; development though series launch) with automotive electronics, integrated circuits, and sensors</li><li>Experience in all aspects of the design, development and deployment of ICs and Mixed Signal ASICs … System Specification, Architectural Design, Analog &amp; Digital Design, Functional Verification, Circuit Design &amp; Synthesis, Mixed-Signal Verification, Physical Design, Physical Verification &amp; Signoff, Fabrication, Packaging &amp; Test, Qualification &amp; Release</li><li>Experience with supplier management and working with external technical partners such as design houses and fab/foundry partners, conducting regular design reviews, process &amp; product audits, quality reviews, etc.</li><li>Experience with requirements definition, defining project scope and managing scope creep, identifying and mitigating risks, identifying and managing critical dependencies.</li><li>Experience leading global technology and product development teams in a cross-functional, multi-site environment to deliver projects with multiple dependencies and constraints.</li><li>Exceptional fluency in English</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with leadership, stakeholders, cross functional teams (engineering, product management, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, finance, sales) and subject matter experts.</li><li>Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions when presented with a series of challenges, conflicts and constraints.</li><li>Ability to drive to big picture goals and milestones while valuing and maintaining strong attention to the details.</li><li>Willingness to travel as required, ~25%</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for China new business acquisition and growth by providing solid financial analysis.</li><li>Co-work with function team closely including sales, operation, purchasing, engineering, and plant finance team to develop the business case for all new business quotes</li><li>Review overall programs cost development and ensure it is done properly according to actual or solid estimate through input from purchasing or benchmark data.</li><li>As key communication interface, make sure projects’ engineering proposal /manufacturing footprint/make or buy assumption/commercial terms/commodity economics/ logistic concept etc. are consistent.</li><li>Work with operation team for the most cost-effective manufacturing strategy as per multiple factors – JV relationship, manufacturing footprint, volume, VI (vertical component) content etc.</li><li>Keep close communication with operation and plant finance team to understand the labor and overhead cost structure.</li><li>Work with industrial engineering team to make sure capacity, investment, and cycle time etc. are consistent with volume/engineering assumption.</li><li>Provide optimization suggestions to purchasing, engineering and operations to optimize the cost.</li><li>Provide financial study on business case through Sensitivity / Scenario analysis.</li><li>Proactively participate in the discussion with commercial team on quoting language to make sure all the key assumptions are properly reflected in the quote letter and company is not exposed to major risks.</li><li>Work closely with Plant Controller for program financial assumption deliverable.</li><li>Communicate with sales leader for pricing strategy and get APO commercial finance/sales leads approval all APR/quotations.</li><li>Support the management decision by providing strategic analysis.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Finance background with experience in FP&amp;A, in manufacture industry</li><li>Solid experience on new program quote</li><li>Good Mandarin and English verbal / written communication skills</li><li>Good communication skill with multi-function and China local team</li><li>Strong analytical mind and presentation skills</li><li>Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).</li><li>5 years+ working experience in MNCs in Auto Industry Company with cross-functional departments in program financial control and costing / financial analysis role</li><li>Full experience and knowledge on product and process for complete seat</li><li>Familiar with manufacturing cost management and procedures.</li></ul>

Overview: <ul><li>The Senior Costing Analyst is responsible to support new project quotations and conduct should-be-cost analysis to obtain cost saving opportunity.</li><li>This role involves collaborating with various departments to gather information, analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost optimization besides able to adapt with fast paced work environment.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Evaluate Bill of Materials (BOM) input and review BOM assumptions.</li><li>Understand and adhere to standard costing processes to defined product target price and tooling cost</li><li>Estimate product unit cost and tooling cost to establish target prices and tooling costs for new project quotes on specified commodities.</li><li>Providing support of cost analysis during the sourcing phase/conduct should be cost (e.g., stamping, injection molding, die casting).</li><li>Work closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure target price achievement.</li><li>Review supplier quotes and cost breakdowns to support gap closure analysis.</li><li>Collaborating with team mates to evaluate and review different design-engineering and VAVE initiatives.</li><li>Provide support for critical project Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and conducting cost walk/ variance analysis.</li><li>Able to work under pressure and meet target deadlines.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Purchasing or other related course.</li><li>At least 5 years of working experience in Automotive/ Mechanism design/ Manufacturing/ Industry Engineering.</li><li>Experience in stamping, injection molding manufacturing and tooling design who expresses strong motivation to transfer to costing is an advantage.</li><li>Proficient communication skills with regional stakeholders. Fluent in both English and Mandarin to deal with China region.</li><li>Willing to work under pressure especially with flexible working time in China and Malaysia to adapt with dynamic changing market associated with Chinese OEM.</li><li>Excellent skill on Microsoft Excel, PPT, Word and experience with database management is plus</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>To drive business development through strategic consulting. Analyze SoM in defined region and SoB at each customer</li><li>To develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business in the market and achieve sales target</li><li>Explore new product lines in alignment with strategy department inline with capabilities to grow business</li><li>Lead CFT to ensure satisfactory resolution of all quality / supply related customer issues.</li><li>To ensure maximum customer satisfaction by ascertaining adherence to QCDM goals</li><li>To maintain strong networking and good relationship with customers</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>12-17 Years in business development at reputed tier1 suppliers (preferably engine/ powertrain components)</li><li>Experience of business development with 4WH OEM’s is must along with experience on handling their Tier 1’s</li></ul>
