Overview: <ul><li>The VP &amp; General Manager of the Sub Vertical will be a senior executive responsible for leading a global business with a P&amp;L of 600-M. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Incorporate best practices in developing, implementing, and executing processes related to recruiting, onboarding, policy administration, employee relations, performance management, payroll and benefits administration, employee development, and regulatory compliance, primarily for the Operations division.</li><li>Support performance management life cycle to include goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews.</li><li>Consult with employees and plant leadership to raise and resolve minor workplace issues. Role Description: <ul><li>The AD&amp;M business unit is seeking a Product Data Manager to document and improve SAP Master Data</li><li>across the areas of Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality and Plant Sap data.&nbsp;</li><li>This role will create Current State SAP Data Map, propose solutions including required resources and document Future State and associated Standard Work.&nbsp;</li><li>Ultimately this role will be responsible for Managing all Manufacturing SAP data.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Creation of Current State Map for each Plant, including how critical data is entered and by whom.</li><li>Create a Future State Map that identifies Best Practices for methods of entry and maintenance.</li><li>Define Resource Plan required to Execute and Maintain Future State Solution.</li><li>Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality and Plant Engineering Functions to ensure timely and accurate data.</li><li>Champion process and procedure changes through Lean activities to effect improvements in Data Integrity, Business Process throughput and data error proofing.</li><li>Develop and Mentor a team of Engineers, in all of the before mentioned activities.</li><li>Assist in ERP system data accuracy including but not limited to: routers, Bills of material, item master data, to enable flawless execution of production.</li><li>Work with other disciplines within the plant to maintain accurate specifications and documentation to support new product introduction</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience</li><li>8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment supporting SAP systems.</li><li>Individual should be a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast change, high paced environment</li><li>Must have experience with SAP system set up and use.</li><li>This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).&nbsp;</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident.&nbsp;</li></ul>
