Responsibilities: <ul><li>Incorporate best practices in developing, implementing, and executing processes related to recruiting, onboarding, policy administration, employee relations, performance management, payroll and benefits administration, employee development, and regulatory compliance, primarily for the Operations division.</li><li>Support performance management life cycle to include goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews.</li><li>Consult with employees and plant leadership to raise and resolve minor workplace issues. Regularly assess the plant climate and employee engagement.</li><li>Make recommendations to improve and ensure a vibrant culture and good work environment.</li><li>Administrative HR duties include answering general employee questions, maintaining employee files, data entry, managing job descriptions, unemployment claims, employment verifications, and creating KPI dashboards/reports.</li><li>Respond to employee HR-related questions regarding benefits, paychecks, leave of absence, PTO, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate onboarding for new employees, including temporary plant employees.</li><li>Create and conduct HR-related presentations such as supervisor training, Code of Conduct training, goal setting, and new hire orientation.</li><li>Led the Leave Administrative Process for our client regarding FMLA, Worker’s Comp, Personal leaves, military leaves, STD, and LTD; initiated leave cases and serve as a liaison between the company, employee, and our third-party leave administrator.</li><li>Assists with recruiting functions such as scheduling interviews, reviewing job openings, and reviewing resumes with hiring managers.</li><li>Reviews, maintains, and inputs employee data into UKG and runs regular reports to validate data entered into the system.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum of five years of recent work experience as an HR Generalist, including two years in a manufacturing environment working with an hourly population</li><li>Strong knowledge of FMLA and workers comp laws</li><li>Bilingual fluency (English and Spanish) - Ability to read, write and speak</li><li>Proficient in PC skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li><li>Ability to travel as needed to support business client groups (Approximately 25% domestic travel, which may require overnight stays)</li></ul> Education: <ul><li>BS or BA degree in human resources, business, or related field</li></ul>

The RoleFinance Strategic Projects is responsible for leading strategic finance and SSC projects focused on driving and executing strategic initiatives, such as technology implementations, standardisation and centralisation of back office transactional processes and identify continuous improvements opportunities. Will be required to work on cross-functional projects that have a significant impact on the financial performance and operations of the organisation.&nbsp; Key Responsibilities1. Collaborate with finance leadership and other key stakeholders to develop and execute the finance and Shared Services functions strategic roadmap. Align finance and Shared Services initiatives with overall corporate objectives and long-term financial goals. 2. Lead and manage finance and SSC related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired outcomes. Develop project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and manage project risks. 3. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within processes. Streamline workflows, implement best practices, and leverage technology to optimize finance and SSC operations. 4. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Evaluate investment opportunities, assess profitability, perform cost-benefit analysis, and provide financial insights and recommendations. 5. Support the implementation of financial and other related systems. Coordinate with IT teams and&nbsp;end-users to ensure successful system integration and user adoption. 6. Support change initiatives within the finance and SSC function and across the organization. Contribute to the development of change management strategies, communicate changes effectively, and support stakeholders in adapting to new processes or systems. 7. Identify and develop working relationships with stakeholders at all levels and ensures they are kept appropriately informed of project activities and are engaged and positively participate. 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and other business units, to understand their requirements and align project outcomes with their needs. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide management and asset reporting, forecasting, budgeting and on asset management.</li><li>Assist management to ensure business practices and processes are in line with good corporate governance.
