Overview:&nbsp; <ul><li>The Aerospace, Defense &amp; Marine (AD&amp;M) Business Unit is currently seeking a plant controller to support its Mansfield OH, and Hauppauge, NY locations. The Plant Controller must be an exceptional Business Partner to the plant manager and his/her teams.&nbsp;</li><li>This position is responsible for pulling together all plant financials, analyzing and bridging between details at the entity level, and up-leveling results for review by global management.&nbsp;</li><li>The role reports directly to the Sr. Mgr. Controller, with a strong dotted line to the Plant Manager.</li></ul> Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>This position may involve working with technical data, technology, software/source code, hardware, or other items (collectively “items) subject to U.S. and non-U.S.&nbsp;</li><li>export control laws and regulations. </li><li>Under these regulations, it may be necessary to verify a candidate’s national origin and/or citizenship status to determine whether a U.S. or other government export license is required before releasing its technologies to the candidate.&nbsp;</li><li>If determined that client will require a license or will be prohibited by applicable laws from providing the candidate with items necessary for the performance of this position, then client will expressly reserves the right to either&nbsp;</li><li>a) make an offer of employment contingent upon receiving required export licenses from the appropriate government agency,&nbsp;</li><li>b) consider the candidate for a different position that is not subject to such restrictions, on whatever terms and conditions shall establish in its sole discretion or c) decline to move forward with the candidate’s application.</li></ul> Requirements: Experience: <ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting&nbsp;</li><li>Fluent in English, and Spanish would be a plus.</li><li>5 - 10 years of Finance experience in a manufacturing environment - Required</li><li>Accomplished knowledge in standard costing, variance analysis, cost accounting, cost analysis, and reporting matters.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong background in Financial Analysis and Forecasting Modelling.&nbsp;</li><li>Prior finance experience in general accounting principles and processes.</li><li>Understanding of financial drivers and their impact within a manufacturing environment&nbsp;</li><li>Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence concepts.</li><li>Proficient in understanding of manufacturing, procurement, and other Supply Chain matters&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with SAP, Excel, and BI tools.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>Assistant Manager, Finance and Accounting, IndiaOver</li><li>The Assistant Accounting Manager, India is the key Finance &amp; Accounting contact for all operations in India.&nbsp;</li><li>Key responsibilities will include compliance with all local financial regulation, preparation and delivery of the&nbsp;statutory accounts for the India entity, filing of VAT submissions, income tax filings, managing statutory and&nbsp;other audits etc.</li><li>This role will be based in India, and will report directly to the Controller, EMEA and Asia/Pacific&nbsp;Regions</li><li>The Assistant Accounting Manager will also be responsible for all contacts with local authorities, both for Finance as&nbsp;well as tax matters and other (statistical/Central bank reporting etc).</li><li>He/she will work in close collaboration with the&nbsp;external auditors and the tax team to this effect but will also have a direct connect with the Finance&nbsp;</li><li>Organization including treasury and AR/AP support where necessary.</li><li>With a sound understanding of the local entity underlying business, he/she will support an effective control environment and have a key role in the delivery of all controllership activities relative to the legal entity under his/her responsibility.</li><li>This includes Financial Accounting, Reporting and InternalControls.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Main country contact for Finance and Accounting in India</li><li>Key business partner for regional leadership where necessary</li><li>Main contact to local authorities re. different financial matters, including tax and treasury related matters.</li><li>Support the Finance organization during month-end closing activities</li><li>Analysis of Balance Sheet and Income Statement for entities under responsibility</li><li>Other compliance matters (e.g. Statistical/Central bank reporting)</li><li>Provide support for accounting matters related to projects with implications for the entities under responsibility</li><li>Support execution and maintenance of effective Internal Controls in line with the internal policies</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance</li><li>5+ years of progressive accounting experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of statuary tax fillings and financial reporting requirements</li><li>Experience working in a manufacturing or chemical industry preferred</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP software (S4 HANA)</li><li>Based in Vadodara, Gujarat&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Leading and developing people <ul><li>Where applicable, lead, direct and develop a team of finance professionals in the unit to achieve established goals, especially in terms of effective business partnering</li><li>Coach and engage the team for future requirements</li><li>Responsible for collaborating and communicating with other finance units, teams, internal or external partners who are providing services to the unit or units</li></ul> Effective business partnering <ul><li>Drive business performance and decision-making by providing strategic guidance, actionable insights, and recommendations to business stakeholders</li><li>Develop and support the strategy implementation, specifically in customer-facing finance activities such as invoicing, collection and customer financing</li><li>Contribute to strategic planning at the management team level helping to drive top-line growth and operational efficiency</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities for improvement by collaborating with different functions</li><li>Support business stakeholders to focus and prioritize activities that drive customer value and business performance most</li></ul> Efficient financial transactions <ul><li>Responsible for end-to-end finance processes performance in Egypt with complete and accurate financial records</li><li>Accountable for compliance with local statutory requirements and regulations in areas of financial reporting, treasury, and tax</li><li>Ensure compliancy of internal controls and policies</li><li>Accountable for efficient and compliant management of financials in the unit or units, specifically in areas of cash flow and accounts receivables</li><li>Responsible for driving the forecasting and budgeting processes in the unit or units</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors or master’s in finance is a must</li><li>Minimum 5 years in a Finance Manager or Controller position</li><li>Experience in multi-national companies is a must</li><li>Experience in Matrix Organizations</li><li>Business acumen – proven track record of successful business partnering ability to provide actionable insights, influence decision-making and proactively drive business performance</li><li>Good English skills, strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>Has a structured, organized, effective working style and the ability to adapt and navigate in a fluid and fast changing business environment.</li><li>Ability to handle a significant workload and meet tight deadlines</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team in a cooperative manner</li><li>The person will be responsible for financial matters in Egypt</li></ul>

Responsibilities: You will ensure that the legal entity's financial reporting is prepared in a timely manner in accordance with both Company Accounting Standards and statutory requirements.Oversee the defined tasks in the month-end closing process executed by finance operations partner(s), Company Business Services, and the finance Global Process Owners (GPOs) are performed.Collaborate with the finance operations partner(s), Company Business Services, and finance on close activities, providing local business insight and supporting evidence on account movements.Review and approve key reconciliations journal entries and the bridge between Company Reporting (IFRS) and statutory reporting.Ensure that proper balance sheet reconciliation is prepared for the legal entity per the Company balance sheet reconciliation policy.Manage the timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of both legal entity and business line/unit results and forecasts in the organisation consolidation system (CPM Beacon) in collaboration with business controllers.SAP and CPM Beacon (SAP BPC) or similar application, working knowledge preferred.Knowledge of IFRS as well as local GAAP and other relevant local tax & legal legislation.Organize and run periodic financial performance and balance sheet reviews with the Finance Director, Business Controllers, Company Business Services, and finance operations partner(s).Ensure that statutory and tax reporting are filed in accordance with both, the local legislation and globally agreed timelines.Manage audit process ensuring that both group as well as statutory audits are conducted in accordance with globally defined schedules and scope.Continuous follow-up of local legislation and understanding of potential impacts on our business and financial reporting.
