Overview: <ul><li>The successful candidate will be involved across the organization in a variety of areas – looking to make an impact by implementing strong financial planning and analysis. </li><li>The candidate will be “hands on”; Key tools used: Hyperion and Excel.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Interact with plant FAs(Located in China, India and Thailand), operations and functions to ensure forecasts are appropriate.</li><li>Assist in timely and accurate preparation and consolidation of monthly closing, rolling financial forecasts, annual financial budget and 5 years LRP for Asia surface segment plants</li><li>Perform standard analyses on volume, revenue, OI, free cash flow, capital spending, function savings etc. to provide information on early business indicators and to support decision making</li><li>Establish and maintain key operational reports</li><li>Analyze financial data to ensure proper accounting procedures have been followed</li><li>Assist with and manage various ad hoc projects as needs.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting, Economics.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and Hyperion system knowledge preferred.</li><li>5+ years combined experience in the fields of Accounting, Financial Analysis and/or Auditing in a manufacturing industry/ MNC.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Capable of independently manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment with a high level of precision.</li><li>Fluent Mandarin Chinese speaking.</li><li>Strong P&amp;L Logic.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Coordinates the End of Month Financial closing processes including the full consolidation of subsidiaries and branch activities and maintain documentation and analysis for audit and compliance purposes.</li><li>Prepare auditor-reviewed quarterly consolidated financials for the group of entities under mandate.</li><li>Prepare the statutory financial statement of multiple entities and perform the consolidation as applicable in conformity with applicable standards.</li><li>Manage the audit of multiple entities with external auditors and local managements of respective entities.</li><li>Draft the Directors Report and coordinate the collection of required information from internal stakeholders.</li><li>Support periodic preparation of financial and management reporting to management and stakeholders at the parent.</li><li>Align with Tax Unit for tax compliance activities and supporting the maintenance of the Tax Control Framework.</li><li>In alignment with Compliance, ensure external compliance with regard to chamber of commerce and Tax reporting.</li><li>Collaborate and coordinate with other Finance teams in relation to End of Month Financial closing processes (i.e. Treasury, Debt Management, IPM, Operations, GRC).</li><li>Maintain the General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, and manage changes in line with policy.</li><li>Review detailed procedures and guidelines, these include conducting review of company finance and accounting guidelines and office manual.</li><li>Perform technical accounting analysis and develop memos for documentation and collaboration of informed decision making.</li><li>Enforce procedure compliance throughout AOC and coordinate internal and external audits on behalf of the Finance Unit.</li><li>Advise the Finance Supervisor on complex finance issues.</li><li>Assist with the coordination of Internal Audit.</li><li>Maintain Internal Control documentation in the best order.</li><li>Maintain and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements in local jurisdictions.</li><li>Prepare CBS reporting documentation and coordinate monthly and quarterly reports in line with the timeline</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor (/Master) degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.</li><li>Combination of Big 4 and industry experience is a must.</li><li>Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately in English (Dutch is a plus).</li><li>Minimum of 9 years of progressive technical work experience in external audit, financial reporting, consolidation, financial statement preparation.</li><li>Strong understanding of IFRS standards and its application.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of MS Office, S4/HANA, SAP Central Finance, advanced skills in Excel.</li><li>Experience with BPC is a plus.</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Sourcing and contracting for product and service for assigned commodities in Penang plant.</li><li>Develop local suppliers, drive supplier base consolidation.</li><li>Drive process and efficiency improvement in Penang plant.</li><li>Stake holder management, collect VOC and continuously improve the efficiency and cost</li><li>Coordinate with regional commodity managers and report to plant indirect procurement manager regarding process, strategy and key spendings.</li></ul> Requirement: <ul><li>Mandarin Speaking</li><li>Minimum 3 years of indirect sourcing experience</li><li>Bachelor degree holder or above</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Sourcing and contracting for product and service for indirect procurement in Penang plant.</li><li>Lead the sourcing process in Penang plant for all indirect procurement commodities</li><li>Develop local suppliers, drive supplier base consolidation.</li><li>Drive process and efficiency improvement in Penang plant.</li><li>Stake holder management, indirect procurement process owner in Penang plant</li><li>Coordinate with regional commodity managers and report to sub-regional procurement manager regarding process, strategy and key spendings.</li><li>Mange a small team in Malaysia and support the indirect sourcing in Philippines as project needed.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Mandarin Speaking</li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience</li><li>Bachelor degree holder or above</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Experience &amp; knowledge with Digital commerce, Hyper personalization, connected experience and able to articulate new systems around the theme.</li><li>Able to understand the downstream business process which stitches the technology and platforms for a new age Airline solution</li><li>Completely understands concept of Cloud Native, on ground journey to cloud success deliveries carried out, Scaled Enterprise Integrations done for larger transformation and consolidation systems for multiple organizations</li><li>Experience in orchestrating the solution shape up of large-scale processing and business services projects</li><li>Create business arch models that reflect client strategies and goals to cover the entire digital transformation journeys in IT landscape</li><li>Find ways in which to improve client IT departments functions to support client future goals mainly for all the digital platform landscape covering, Interactive, Mobility, Integrations Cloud systems</li><li>Deliver Technical Specifications end to end.</li><li>Design custom development solution that meet customer requirements</li><li>Progress through full development lifecycle for custom solution</li><li>Strong collaboration with team software engineer consultants onshore &amp; offshore</li><li>Deploy new solutions to production environments</li><li>Innovate on new ideas to solve customer needs &amp; assist to market internally new solutions</li><li>Provide project estimates and timelines to drive new business</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Experience &amp; knowledge with Azure Cloud platforms. Strong Cloud Native knowledge</li><li>Good understanding of Amadeus reservation, ticketing, payment and loyalty solutions</li><li>Able to explore Amadeus core capabilities and enhance via orchestration with 3rd party partner services</li><li>Good experience in working with Payment aggregators</li><li>Experience &amp; knowledge with Web Analytics or Digital Marketing, Deep Understanding is must</li><li>Experience &amp; knowledge with FED frameworks like Angular, Native mobile mainly from Design aspects</li><li>Experience &amp; knowledge with Digital Integration / API Middleware platforms. Strong in Integration Architecture concepts</li><li>Experience &amp; knowledge with GenAI, ML/AI. Good to have knowledge</li><li>Experience &amp; knowledge with Customer Data Platform (CDP). Any tool knowledge</li><li>Experience as an enterprise technical or engineer consultant</li></ul>

Responsibilities:Consolidate financial data including from the Company, subsidiaries, and joint venture entities.Create financial statement review, analysis, and preparation.Research accounting literature to address current issues involving accounting and financial reporting.Perform analysis, make recommendations, and prepare responses on consolidation matters.Prepare confidential and technical financial reports and forecasts.Coordinate with auditors and provide full support for audit/review of consolidated financial statements.Provide financial expertise to subsidiaries, joint ventures, or within the Company.Provide Joint Venture, M&A integration support from a financial statement perspective.Provide ad hoc financial expertise as required.Requirements:As the successful candidate, you will Hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a degree in a related field.A graduate degree is also desirable, as well as any relevant advanced professional competencies evidenced by professional certifications such as a CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA.Accounting-focused professional licenses and/or other forms of continuing professional education is required.A minimum of ten years of relevant experience is required in relevant industries, which may include experience in financial statement consolidation, financial analysis, financial statement preparation, accounting research, mergers and acquisitions, taxation, process/change management, and strategy/management consulting.Specific operational experience in energy related activities, infrastructure, utilities (public and/or private), joint ventures and subsidiaries, government sector, non-profits, and public administration would be desirable.Specific corporate business integration experience would also be desirable (startup experience and related activities).You will have extensive knowledge of accounting policies and procedures established pursuant to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as well as a strong understanding of the content of financial statements prepared within the IFRS framework.Extensive knowledge of accounting policies and procedures in the oil and gas industry and the ability to conduct research on an IFRS or Company's accounting or financial reporting matter is preferred.You will be able to prepare preliminary findings, analyze alternative approaches, and recommend a preferred action for the Organisation.You will have demonstrated the capability to make presentations or lead meetings, including at the executive level. Leadership skills are desirable.Proficiency in both oral and written English is required.SAP or equivalent Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems experience is highly desirable.
