overview: <ul><li>We are seeking for an experienced SAP SD Functional Analyst who has been through at least a FULL life-cycle implementation for S/4HANA.&nbsp;</li><li>Candidate must possess thorough understanding of SD-related Simplification items in S/4HANA and has played a key SD functional role in Testing, Data Migration and Cutover during their previous S/4HANA implementation.</li><li>Candidate should process strong SD business background, has hands-on with the related configurations and able to perform deep analysis to develop high quality work including functional and technical specifications.</li><li>Candidate will need to be detail oriented, a good team player and has excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and business. This is key for supporting the various S/4HANA implementation phases including Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Mock/Actual Cutovers.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Hands on role in Test scope definition and Test scripting. Unit Test and String Test execution after code remediation. Perform end-to-end Integration Testing and supporting User Acceptance Test.</li><li>Perform Data Validation using Clients selected tools during each data migration cycle.</li><li>Coordination across multiple tracks and functions for Cutover discussion and activities.</li><li>Deep-dive analysis of issues identified throughout Testing, Business Data Validation and Cutover cycles. </li><li>Work across teams for triaging issues and resolution under time pressure.</li><li>Execute projects, setting project deliverables priorities, monitoring, reporting on the process, progress, risk, and result. Effectively communicate project status to the project stakeholder on a regular basis.</li><li>Partner with business to ensure their expectations are met and managed. Ensures consistent delivery of quality projects and adhere to Clients Project Life Cycle.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors Degree from accredited university in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering.</li><li>5-8 years of experience.</li><li>At least one FULL life-cycle implementation of SAP S/4HANA.</li><li>At least 6+ years of SAP SD working experience in high tech manufacturing/OEM or consumer product environment.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Configure SuccessFactors Platform module to solve complex problems within defined deadlines.</li><li>Design prototypes, implement and test configurations and troubleshoot software applications.</li><li>Analyze organizational needs, end user requirements and requests and existing software structures to identify and create new features that will increase efficiency and optimize</li><li>functionality.</li><li>Perform tests to determine usability and catch defects before releasing the application toother internal users.</li><li>Systemize and coordinate upgrades and updates to minimize downtime, allow for continuous integration and ensure the highest priority issues are being addressed.</li><li>Provide subject matter expertise to design and build models and implement new application functionality that aligns with overall corporate objectives.</li><li>Collaborate with end users to assess system performance, acquire feedback and identify areas where improvements are necessary and incorporate user feedback into forthcoming</li><li>initiatives to guarantee an optimal user experience.</li><li>Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.</li><li>Collaborate with IT teams to manage integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR systems or third-party applications.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience</li><li>Certification in SuccessFactors Platform</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of software design and principles</li><li>Experience in designing and building modern SF platform experiences including mobile and security.</li><li>Minimum of four years of related work experience</li><li>Other minimum qualifications may apply</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for the day-to-day operations and longer term planning for manufacturing functions, including manufacturing, production control, engineering, inventory control, purchasing and shipping/receiving activities. Defines goals, improves technologies, and resolves problems.&nbsp;</li><li>Translates customer requirements into state-of-the-art manufacturing strategies and processes, resulting in cost effective processing and profitable manufacturing of company products. Develops operations-related plans, budgets, and policies and procedures. A key member of TE Energy team, directing Operations and responsible for the planning, controlling, manufacturing, production of goods, and service delivery. </li><li>Operations is also responsible for quality service delivery and supply chain management needed to ensure materials arrive to produce goods and ensure that orders are processed and shipped appropriately. </li><li>In addition to on time deliveries to global customers, the U.S. location is responsible for supplying critical function components to global customers for rapid end item configurations and delivery to customers.&nbsp;</li><li>Direct oversight to ensure that operations is running efficiently and effectively, and that demand is met.&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with the BU General Manager and other senior leaders in a matrixed organization in the development and formulation of long and short-range strategic planning, budgets (including capital investment), policies, programs, and objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Drive innovation management through the business keeping abreast of market trends and creatively applying new technologies across the entire operations value chain.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor and oversee Quality and Continuous Improvement (TEOA) initiatives to enable the BU to meet or exceed plan targets. This includes manufacturing, procurement, and business processes.&nbsp;</li><li>Define required strategies and define infrastructures and organizational structures to meet company, customer and market expectations proactively. </li><li>Develop, coordinate and drive the operations plans and establishes procedures for maintaining high standards of operations to ensure that products and processes conform to established customer and company standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Cascade strategic objectives for Operations functional leadership. Set and clarify requirements and expectations for direct and matrixed reports based on the strategic direction and needs of the business.&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with Human Resources to lead the team with integrity and to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment that promotes employee wellbeing, engagement &amp; quality of life.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and deliver clear and concise communications both up, down, and sideways across the organization.&nbsp;</li><li>Organize Plant and supplier’s capacity and technical capabilities to meet planned production schedules.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor and oversee operational activities with the objective of maximizing the use of organizational resources to meet and/or exceed established KPI’s (TEOA (Lean), Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost.).&nbsp;</li><li>Drive organization structures and programs (footprint changes, migration/localization, new product launch, process and equipment requirements) to meet BU/regional goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor and oversee the full value chain from procurement and production to shipment and beyond.&nbsp;</li><li>Work actively with supply chain leaders to ensure that supply is consistently synchronized to demand to maximize revenue and delivery performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Take a holistic view of global capacity and through the S&amp;OP process plan the necessary global capacity expansions or shifts to align regional supply to regional demand.&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with Plant Controllers and Plant Managers to understand spending activities &amp; trends, how they match up to targets, and course correct. </li><li>Draw on relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>In this section, list the core requirements for this job.&nbsp;</li><li>Next to each, list the level of proficiency desired for this job. Responsibilities:Collaborating with clients to understand their business processes and financial requirements.Designing and implementing custom solutions to address specific business requirements that cannot be met through standard SAP configurationConducting thorough testing of SAP FICO configurations and customizations to ensure accuracy and functionality.Creating and maintaining documentation for SAP FICO configurations, customizations, and processesTo drive business discussions, providing direction and assume full responsibility for projects. The candidate must be able to take leadership in the technical and functional analysis, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, implementation, and daily support.  Lead business discussions to collect the requirements, prepare business documentation, design, configure, test solutions. Track record of supporting systems with global implementationsCoordinate with all stake holders to drive end to end solutions, bring value delivery, provide day to day support/trouble shooting issues. Requirements:Solid experience in SAP FI & CO and integration to MM and SD.Hands on Experience in end-to-end implementation, Support, data migration and roll out of projects in all phases of design, implementation, and testing.Configure SAP FICO module settings, including chart of accounts, posting periods, document types, tax codes, and currency settings, to support financial operations and reporting.Experience in Data Migration/Cutover activities such as master & transaction data.Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestiture projectsAble to handle all modules of FI + COBAP Debugging knowledge is added advantage Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skillsProactively identify areas for process improvements.Provide subject matter expertise with SAP best practices Stay current with SAP FICO module updates, new features, and industry best practices to continuously improve SAP FICO system functionality and drive business value.FICO Data Migration/Cutover activities of Master & Transaction DataFI/MM and FI/SD integration Ex: Integrating with Treasury Management platforms (e.g. Kyriba) and Tax Compliance software (e.g. SOVOS)Flexible with working in shifts per business demand & overtime.Technical experience including debugging, SAP tables, OSS note application, testing, and coordination with developers is required. The candidate must be able to demonstrate skills in: Leadership, Communication and Adaptability.
