Responsibilities: <ul><li>Reports to EHS site Manager and Construction Project Manager all EHS related issues, concerns, improvements with a goal on achieving leading indicators and ZERO Recordable Incident Rate. </li><li>Ensure EHS compliance to all legal and other requirements associated with regulatory, local and other requirements.</li><li>Facilitates risk assessment to identify critical safety or health hazards and environmental aspects per company standard/spec and local regulatory standards.</li><li>Works with Project Management Team and Contractor’s leadership team to create targets and objectives based on key EHS risks.</li><li>Verify the EHS plan from Project Management company (PM), and work with PM to validate EHS plan from general contractor (GC).</li><li>Manages and directs construction site in achieving EHS targets &amp; objectives.</li><li>Involve in design review and make sure safety lesson learned are considered in new building design.</li><li>Pro-actively drives and promotes EHS culture throughout the construction site, e.g. by driving leading indicators.</li><li>Ensure zero tolerance culture is developed, recognition plan and discipline actions are in place and effective, and discipline actions well followed for unsafety behavior at construction site.</li><li>Drive construction EHS through close coordination with management team, safety leaders and EHS officers of company project management team, PM, GC, subcontractor per their scope of work, EHS plan, etc.</li><li>Organize regular EHS performance review to PM and GC EHS leaders per SOW and EHS plan, provide in time feedback to company project management team and leaders of PM and GC.</li><li>Report all EH&amp;S data and information as required by company. Use established EHS data processes such as Velocity to manage data such as injuries and illnesses, environmental metrics, risk assessments, EHS action items and other pertinent information.</li><li>Working with Construction project management team to develop management of change program at construction site.</li><li>For example, design change may trigger additional actions for safety, or to monitor and follow EHS law and regulatory revisions and report to EHS manager and Project Manager for actions required.</li><li>Training shall be delivered to leaders of project team, PM and GC about related safety alerts, new specifications and requirement from company, etc.</li><li>Work with site EHS leader and Construction Project Manager to prepare, submit and disseminate information in compliance with regulatory agencies in order to ensure timely submittals.</li><li>Work with Project and Construction Management team to ensure that all key EHS operational controls are in place and that EHS action items are resolved on a timely basis.</li><li>Strict Supervision of all contractor activities with PM in order to ensure compliance with EHS Work Permit.</li><li>Ensure emergency preparedness is in place, e.g. Construction Emergency Response Team ready to deploy in the events of fire, earthquake and strong typhoon.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>College degree, major in Environmental, Safety, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or relevant.</li><li>5 years minimum as manager or can consider 10 years as safety supervisor / senior engineer.</li><li>Actual experience as Safety Officer or Pollution Control Officer role is an advantage.</li><li>Experience in working with multinational company local or in abroad.</li><li>Comfortable to Speak and write English to all level of organization.</li><li>Demonstrated ability in conducting EH&amp;S audits and inspections.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Equipment design and debugging reception <ul><li>Work with vendors to set up/debug automation machine; Timely feedback and solve the problem to ensure the progress of the project</li></ul> Technical support <ul><li>Provide technical support to manufacturing during pilot run and production start-up/change over</li></ul> Problem solving <ul><li>Problem identification and trouble-shooting a wide range of complex mechanical problems for automation line</li><li>Responsible for the effective communication across the company</li></ul> Training guidance <ul><li>Instruct technicians and participate in automatic line maintenance and product changeover work</li><li>Line maintenance/change over together with/guiding the technicians to make sure automation machine run smoothly</li></ul> Requirements: Education, Technical Qualification &amp; Experience <ul><li>Bachelor degree, major in mechanical engineering/automation/mechatronics, the academic requirements can be relaxed for outstanding candidates</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience w/ automated assembly machines, skilled in fixture/jig design and trouble-shooting for automation machine;</li><li>Familiar with Vision Inspection (Keyence/Cognex), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Pneumatics, sensors, motors and other motion control devices and components selection;</li><li>Robot knowledge will be a plus;</li><li>Interfacing knowledge between mechanical and electrical;</li><li>Familiar with Pro-E or SolidWorks, AutoCAD software to create 2D and 3D drawing;</li><li>Proven strong analytical and problem solving skills, good interpersonal skills.</li><li>English skills, able to ready technical materials in English.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Policies and Procedures <ul><li>Develop and implement the manufacturing related policies and procedures in order to align with government regulation and corporate policy.</li></ul> People Management and Development <ul><li>Allocate and balance work across direct reports; authorize subordinate to perform tasks in order to enhance their capabilities;</li><li>Review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports;</li><li>Mentor subordinates in daily work, provide technical and non-technical training;</li><li>Develop succession plan and employee development plan and monitor the execution;</li><li>Prepare manpower plan and application, conduct candidate interview and give opinion;</li><li>Conduct regular staff meeting on management skills improvement;</li><li>Resolve people/functional issues in the team in order to achieve targeted department performance and retain key talent.</li></ul> Production Capacity Plan <ul><li>Develop production capacity plan base on business forecast in order to improve manufacturing efficiency and achieve operation excellence.</li></ul> Manufacturing Management <ul><li>Manage Assembly , Molding, Stamping Operations along with EHS, Facility, Tooling maintenance and execute production plan ; Closely collaborate with quality, project engineering, Materials, ME, and solve operational issues, and update the key issues with ASEAN Operations Manager in order to improve manufacturing efficiency and achieve operation excellence.</li></ul> Key Engineering Capability Development <ul><li>Involve and support (including allocate resource and provide advice) key Engineering capability development in order to improve manufacturing efficiency and achieve operation excellence.</li></ul> Production Quality System and EHS <ul><li>Maintain production quality system in order to improve manufacturing efficiency and achieve operation excellence.</li><li>Monitor the implementation of company EHS policy in production process in order to improve manufacturing efficiency and achieve operation excellence.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor degree in Engineering.</li><li>12- 15 years manufacturing experience including 8 years general operational management experience.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>To effectively lead the Medical Writing activities for segment across therapy areas, providing effective business enablement and high edge scientific content towards achieving leadershinp in enhancing knowledge &amp; practices in diseases and therapy areas of interest.</li><li>Build content with KOLs in shaping therapy understanding and molecule understanding, CME/Ad board conduct, support guidelines, consensus etc.</li><li>Assist in highlighting new products for therapy prominence working portfolio and strategy team and marketing team.</li><li>To advertise scientific activities those are considered differentiated and purposeful for targeted audience.</li><li>Guide marketing teams while ensuring proper medical communications are delivered as per compliance.</li><li>Identifying need and planning content marketing and publishing activities.</li><li>Close coordination with clients and internal team handling.</li><li>Studies for Digital Platforms &amp; Other activities.</li><li>Compliance in medico marketing activities.</li><li>Evidence generation activities.</li><li>Training and Development.</li><li>Scientific Updates.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>7-8 years of experience in Medical Writing.</li><li>B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. + PhD in relevant field OR Pharm D.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Leader in ASEAN Problem Solving (PS) Committee. Organize regular meetings to review status &amp; planning.</li><li>Promote PS culture throughout the Plant and ASEAN at all levels.</li><li>Promote the selection of the projects that will have the highest impact on plant metrics (eg. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develops &amp; delivers Singapore zone strategies for Medical Devices segment taking into account on competitive approaches and local market dynamics for technical and commercial inquiries by having regular direct engagement with Principals (Brand Owner).</li><li>Escalate each product specialist team’s activities and technician/service team also monitoring their progress.</li><li>Develops and manages regional collaboration and reference sites for the specific Medical Devices segment.
