Overview: <ul><li>The VP &amp; General Manager of the Sub Vertical will be a senior executive responsible for leading a global business with a P&amp;L of 600-M. Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Agrees on performance expectations with the commercial team and works with GM/Unit staff to deliver against these expectations&nbsp;</li><li>Approves (w/GM consent) specialty orders, uplifts, and responsible for invoice accuracy and timelines.&nbsp;</li><li>Works closely with the production team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of current specifications and customer expectations through routine audits.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures supply chain/purchasing has current up to date data and support purchasing requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that all processes and procedures related to specific flights are completed, quality standards are met, and additional revenue opportunities documented on invoice.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates the customer goals and represents the customer interests to the local GGI team.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of unit capabilities and services, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client w/GM approval.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Reports to the GM and or Account Director, providing regular input on all account activity, including service status and call reports on a weekly basis.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provides coordination between customer and GGI on special events such as Menu Presentation (scheduling, transportation, security, specs available, tent cards, tasting equipment, unit tours, beverages, etc.).&nbsp;</li><li>Owner of T-minus schedule to facilitate changes and bringing all departments together for success.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains a professional appearance at all times. Local Director) of any problems that may arise.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Weekly inventory status checks. SR&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provides regular two-way communication between the client and local GGI, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Inventory Management: <ul><li>Ensures customer inventory sheet to be current and up to date par levels.&nbsp;</li><li>Manages inventory process taken accurately and on time. Results reviewed before submission to the customer. Communicate to the customer when par levels need to change. SR&nbsp;</li><li>Provides customer feedback to help customer reduce costs through inventory management.&nbsp;</li><li>Warehouse space, issue here is to not be a warehouse for obsolete or excessive inventory. SR&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that Customs requirements, GGI Bonded policy and local Agriculture (compliance agreement) are implemented. Responsibilities: Leadership and Management The Business Intelligence Manager will oversee all activities that optimize the value, cost and risk of BI/analytics applications: <ul><li>Independently lead and deliver a few analytics projects at a time. Acts as the analytics translator and negotiator between the business and data teams.</li><li>Work with BU CIOs and collaborate with other IT leaders to develop overall IT strategy in the context of the business strategy.</li><li>Develop productive relationships with business leaders across the organization to influence how BI/analytics applications can enable new sources of value.</li><li>Define and enhance methodologies and practices for the application life cycle management in line with best practice and practical experience of continuous improvement.</li><li>Own all communication channels pertaining to assigned projects, including regular stakeholder review meetings</li><li>Assist in managing analytics group personnel and in developing their skills and capabilities to meet the needs of the organization.</li><li>Implement and manage application life cycle management status reporting, metrics, and benchmarks.</li></ul> Behaviors and Competencies The Business Intelligence Manager acts in a leadership role and must demonstrate the following leadership attributes: <ul><li>The ability to uphold the goals and culture of the organization.</li><li>The ability to lead, enable and motivate teams by providing advice and guidance in an inclusive fashion.</li><li>An understanding of strategic business objectives and the ability to drive results toward those objectives.</li><li>Openness to, and the ability to deal with, rapid change in business needs, processes, and technologies.</li></ul> Requirements: Skills The Business Intelligence Manager must be able to demonstrate the following: <ul><li>Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.</li><li>Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical people to enhance understanding and drive decisions that lead to positive outcomes.</li><li>Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels in a matrix-management environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.</li><li>Strong analytical, data-processing and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in process formulation and improvement.</li><li>Ability to operate and perform in a fast-paced environment managing few projects at a time</li></ul> Knowledge The Business Intelligence Manager must have an in-depth knowledge and experience of the following: <ul><li>Experience with data science, RPA, data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI, UiPath and Python&nbsp;</li><li>IT BI/analytics applications, operations, service, and support organizations.</li><li>Data processing, analysis, and quality management tools.</li><li>Development and implementation of processes and policies.</li><li>Lean IT, agile development, and DevOps principles and frameworks.</li></ul> Experience The following experience is considered essential: <ul><li>Leading a team of at least 20 members in application development, implementation, or management.</li><li>Total 10+ years experience.</li><li>3-5+ years of experience in Software design/development, application architecture, project management, software as a service (SaaS), data management/governance, business intelligence and business process analysis.</li><li>3-5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience building cross-organizational consensus with exposure to technology providers and/or business clients.</li><li>5+ years of demonstrated experience in liaising with middle and senior management.&nbsp;</li><li>The following experience is considered desirable but not mandatory:</li><li>3-5+ years of experience working in the Manufacturing / Hi-Tech industry.</li><li>3-5+ years of experience in managing external IT service providers.</li><li>3-5+ years of experience managing the risk and cost implications of IT contracts or contract negotiations.</li><li>Membership of professional organizations, trade or user groups and a pattern of regular attendance at industry conferences to enhance knowledge of current technology.</li></ul> Education and Training <ul><li>An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in computer science, engineering, business management or a related field</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for matching PO/goods receipts/invoices and record accurately, resolve problems related to discrepancies in time.</li><li>Responsible for expense booking with correct chart of account and verify the supporting documents to compliance with internal policy.</li><li>Reconcile and track the invoice for advance payment and follow up on the long-aged AP items.</li><li>Ensure monthly closing related works completed on schedule. Such as bank reconciliation, Intercompany reconciliation, VAT reconciliation, APV and GRNI analysis</li><li>Complete Inter-company reconciliation monthly and make sure no OOB.</li><li>Perform supplier statement reconciliations accurately and in a timely basis</li><li>Provide account analysis related to AP accurately and on time.</li><li>Communicate with plant account staff efficiently</li><li>Assist internal and external audit</li><li>Execute continuous improvement initiatives, and support the simplification and standardization of finance processes across various entities.</li><li>Strictly follow the internal control policies and procedures</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education: Bachelor in accounting or finance</li><li>Experience: 3 years Accounting work experience with at least 1 years in AP accountant role.</li><li>Knowledge of ERP systems and office software, QAD preferred</li><li>Experience in a shared services environment preferred.</li><li>Good inter-personal and communications skills</li></ul>
